I like this location because it offers better deals than other locations but service is got or miss. I've been here where the service was great and quick and other times there's no greeting at the door or the time the employee asked what I wanted then asked a completely different guest their order right away after then completely forgetting my order and having to ask me again it was funny and annoying at the same time. Wasn't that big of a deal, I got my food and moved on. But I come here if the deals are good. Convenient location right off the freeway. We stopped in just before closing time, and they were happy to make our sandwiches. The foods always good here, very filling, fresh and made to order. We have been getting the giant after dark special, but one get one half off. The service was pretty quick and the servers are attentive to details. They made my favorite, the original Italian just the way I like with everything and extra hot cherry peppers. We also like to order the 99, which is my husband's favorite. I was very excited....because I got an email from Jersey Mike's stating that I had a birthday sandwich. I lost the email once....then found it again....I decided to go after my meditation meeting. Again, I lost the email. The cashier was very helpful....told me to take my time. As it turned out, I couldn't use it because I haven't been there in over a year...why did I get the email.....I explained, that I used to go there when my husband was alive...because he ran liked your sandwiches....they did give me a military discount.....Jersey Mike's is kept very clean and they do have some seating inside....I would like to go back again with friends....but I will have to think about. read more

I had a really good experience here today. I stopped by around 6pm to order a giant California Club to take togo. There was a short line that moved quickly. I had such a wonderful experience at this location, all thanks to Kiara! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such a warm and genuine smile. You could truly tell she puts care into everything she does--our sandwiches were made with love, and they were absolutely delicious! The store itself was spotless and well-organized, and the service was incredibly fast and efficient. Kiara's positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, making this visit one of the best I've had at any location. We just walked into the Nordahl Jersey Mikes. The 2 girls working there were chatting. They didn't even acknowledge us as we were standing in front of them to order. Nothing- no greeting no I'll be right with you no eye contact. There was no other customers in the place. They stopped talking and still no acknowledgment. I looked at my husband and said are we invisible? Finally one of them said do you know what you want? We ordered a mini and a regular. The regular was the same size as the mini We tried to say something and she tossed aside one of the rolls but basically used a 3 inch for the bottom of the regular and a larger one for the top Needless to say we will not be going back to this location. We have never been treated like this at a jersey mikes before. Shame on them for the worst service I have had in a long time. read more

My son and I came in early afternoon, there were five employees in sight, one girl sweeping the floors, one girl at the slicer, and three dudes chatting behind the counter. There were no customers in the place (I should have took that as a sign), we waited at the order area, there were no greetings, no questions... as we watched the girl finish making her own sandwich, we told her our go-to order, a giant 9 Mikes way (has never disappointed elsewhere). She then turns around to take a break, apparently. Finally one of the guys asked what we wanted then he too just walks away out of sight without a word. Apparently he had to find the oldest most stale bread he could find. Worst sandwich ever, takes the skin right off the roof of your mouth. Definitely not "a sub above". I'll start my review by saying I'm not really a fan of sandwich places. No real reason, just not my first choice when I'm out and hungry. Oh, I'll still eat it..but it never really comes to the forefront of my mind if someone says..."where do you want to eat?". With that said, my son's school was having a fundraiser here, so being the dotting mother, I attended. Parking in a sea of minivans is easy as there's a huge lot attached to the strip mall. The staff was friendly and quick with our orders. When they ask you if you want it 'Mike's Way'...that means lettuce, tomatoes, oil and vinegar...well, I think it does. Our order consisted of three sandwiches: 1. Ham and cheese 2. BLT- bacon, lettuce, and turkey 3. Italian The sandwiches are on the bigger side as I could only finish half. There are three sizes...the middle size feeds 1-2 people. I can't comment on the price of the sandwiches since the fundraiser was donation based. The establishment is a decent size- no outdoor seating (which is fine since the front of the store faces the parking lot). Not my first choice to dine out (but I did say I'm not really a sandwich person) but I would recommend it to others. read more

Sub in a Tub.. What a great concept. I've been looking for great tasking food without bread for a few weeks now and I find out that Jersey Mike's has a concept called Sub in a Tub. Basically everything in a sub but in a togo salad clam. What I got a was a very healthy piling of lettuce, tomato, roast beef, and cheese, and of course Mike's Way. It was a great tasting salad with one caveat. It was a little difficult cutting the meat and cheese into manageable pieces with their cheap flimsy plastic utensils. So, getting past the cutting the salad into small pieces. This was a valid option for going bread free. Big taste, big portion.. read more

Thanks guys! You've made this tired over-worked chef and Mom so very happy! I was in about an hour ago to grab subs because I've been up since 3:00am on my feet as a pastry chef, and it's 97F today. Too hot and too tired to face my kitchen at home, my kid and I decided on subs. She orders a #13 ( ham, capacola, salami, prosciutto, and provolone). I get my standard #7 (turnkey and provolone) Mike's way. The adorable and very friendly young men behind the counter make our sandwiches and we are happily on our way! Once at home-tragedy strikes! My kid's sub is a #3 (ham and cheese only) and not the #13 that she ordered. (GASP!!!) So, we hop back in the car, and return to see the nice lads that made our dinner. They were profusely apologetic, made my kid and new sub, and since we brought the ham and cheese one with us they also offered to top that one off with all the "fancy" meats from the #13 as well. They really truly went a step above and beyond to correct their boo-boo. Thanks lads! You made my dinner, and my night!!! read more

Usually get delicious subs from this Jersey Mike's but tonight I feel like I was eating a bread lettuce and mayo sandwich. I could not taste the ham or the provolone. Ordered online for pickup and ask for them to go light on the lettuce and tomatoes that was the only special instruction.
