Stopped by the Lynnhaven location this morning for a quick bite of breakfast. I was promptly greeted by a manager, who took my order. I Orderel the two for five dollar deal with a steak biscuit and sausage gravy. My food was promptly served steaming, hot, and fresh nicely done biscuits. read more

The a m mgr was past rude to me as a dasher. I went thru the drive thru and was asking ?'s how long have they been doing deliveries . She very rudely kept repeating herself to come in. I come in and say very nicely welcome Hardee's to dd, and then I said bye w/ no one even up at the front . I get my delivery and walk out the first door and have the second open and I hear her say something then I hear her call me a Bitch. I confronted her as she was trying to get me to get ahold of my cust. to see if they want another drink, and she didn't like that I confronted her about calling me a Bitch and she told me to get out. I called cust. serv. to. complain about her and my cust. and I'm not done I will b getting ahold of corp. soon. Unbelievable! I told dd to take them off my list that was the rudest experience EVER! Food ok, service ok, but needs improvement. Very pricey. Drive thru attendant asked us to pull up out of the drive thru lane when our food wasn't ready immediately, but there were no cars behind us in the drive thru? She said it's because her manager was 'flipping out' over the timer. I'm guessing it goes off once the vehicle pulls past the window. All four meals (three combos and a kids meal for a total of $49) were shoved into one brown bag which ripped as soon as we got it into the car. Why was the kids meal at least not in a separate bag? The buns on most of the burgers were hard on the bottom, with an attempt to make them softer by smothering excessive mayo and ketchup on it. Definitely not the Hardee's I remember. read more

In the very early morning hours when the very nice older lady is working this fast food place runs great.! But after 7/8 a.m that's when it all goes down hill and the people fall apart and so does the restaurant and the service starts to suffer bad..! The orders start getting all messed up and attitudes start flying.. There is poor management in this company after the early morning shift.. it's sad because the morning shift rocks..!! read more

DANA NEEDS A RAISE. She is an absolute PLEASURE when I come to this drive thru in the mornings, and that's at least a couple times a week. Always polite, efficient, and just an all around decent human being. It's hard to find people like her to work the fast food industry. If your company values her, promote her and give her a raise. My hubby and I went th rough their Drive Thru this morning. The order taker was not paying attention and got everythibg wrong. I tried ti correct her, but was told to go to the window. The cashier stated thst she could not change the order to correct it. She had us pull forward. An employee namaed AMANDA was really rude and brought out the incorrect order and started yelling that we got what was on the screen. Again I explained thst the order taker incorrectly rang up the wrong items. She snatched the bag and threw her arms up yelling Im not dealing with YOU WHITE PEOPLE!!!! FINALLY a person came out and made the order correct. I thanked her. However, this runner AMANDA needs to be dealt with. Waited in the drive through for 15 mins. I wasn't worried about the wait because I knew the lobby was closed. When I ordered my food the lady at window was so incredibly short and rude. She never looked at me and barely spoke to tell me my total. Not another word was spoken even when I spoke to her. I ordered cinnamon rolls since they no longer carry cinnamon raisin biscuits. When I got home one had no icing at all, another was put into the bag upside down so all of the icing stuck to the box. Also, one of the rolls was still doughy inside and not fully cooked. read more

Visited this location on March 3rd, 2021 around 6:15am for breakfast. Had two orders to fill because my co-worker was riding with me. When I arrived at the window and let the lady know I would be having two different orders she asked me to pull around because she said she couldn't take two different orders (What the heck is that about, it works the same way). No one else was in line for food so we were not holding up orders. We ended up just doing one order and me having to owe my co-worker money where she paid for mine (headache for me but hey lets just get this food so we can go to work ourselves). Young girl at widow was not hiding the fact that she is not a morning person or she was feeling some type of way this morning. She hands the first order to me and never speaks. I ask for ketchup and she looks at me and gives me a couple of packs without speaking NO SMILE. Second order is handed to me without the drink but she closes widow and walks off. We sit there until she notices we didn't drive off. She comes back and I tell her we didn't get the drink. With attitude she states she didn't know there was a drink and I said yes it comes with the order. Another older lady she watching and comes over and says hey it's my fault I didn't realize you ordered a drink. Again I state it comes with the order. So with both the ladies still trying to figure out about the drink the young girl brings a drink over and hands it out the window. Well what do you know it was a Dr. Pepper just like was ordered (I wonder how they just knew what I drink LOL). The food was pretty good but with all the EXTRA CRAP we went though to get it I just don't want to deal with again. So I think I will not be as quick to stop by for a no so quick breakfast again any time soon. Please do better and put someone with a happy attitude and a smile on there face in the drive thru. I understand it's hard to get going some morning but dang I am up headed to work myself and I smiled and addressed you in a respectful manner, please do the same. My family and I stopped to eat breakfast together before they head up north. The gm was rude as hell. She kept rushing for us to order. She kept tapping on the register. She had no patience at all and no hospitality. If she's working I recommend y'all no to go when she's there. read more

hi it's been multiple times that i've ate/been to hardees the food is good every time but it's the staff that i do not like . the restaurant can be swamped with people nd the manager marsha or the GENERAL MANAGER tammy will be sittin on there phones walkin in n out of the store . the bad thing is they sit in the front while customers are lookin seein them on their phones . they don't help out their employees all they think ab is themselves. there is no team work . no effort. it's loke their jus there to be there. read more
