No brown sugar cookie dough blizzards available for over a week and half now at Suncrest nor Chaplin hill road. Do you have cookie dough? Brown sugar? Customer satisfaction? Sorry for grueling review but this place and Chaplin have gone downhill. Last time I ordered, took over 20 mins in line for 2 ice cream cones. Also have rcvd wrong order several times. In today's economy , I'd really like to get the right order for my moneys worth please. And if a menu item is advertised, please keep in stock. read more

Not good. Ordered two large, pumpkin pie Blizzards through the drive-through. After a 25-minute wait (with only one car with one person in it ahead of us), we were handed two melted Blizzards without any pumpkin pie crust pieces. Gross and missing a key ingredient. No receipt provided either. Had to ask for napkins to wipe off the melted ice cream dripping all down the sides. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - Just what I wanted--I cup surrounded by napkins because I was handed a slopped Blizzard. - Fast Food Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

don't go here after 6 pm unless you want to wait forever and deal with snobby employees that can't make anything right

I went to the DQ drive through tonight. It was backed up, which I didn't mind waiting. Well, I had waited 30 minutes to finally order, again not a big problem for me since I didn't have anywhere to be. I ordered a Royal New York Cheesecake Blizzard, no strawberry filling, replace it with fudge. I had to repeat it twice, then I ordered a popcorn shrimp basket meal. It took about 10 minutes to get my drink/blizzard, then the cashier told me to pull up to the thank you sign to wait for my popcorn shrimp meal. Once again, really not a big problem, I've worked at one of Americas most historic resorts, as well as multiple different restaurants so I understand getting backed up. As I park and wait for my food, I decided to grab the blizzard and start mixing it when I noticed it had fudge and strawberry filling. Once the guy gave me my food, I nicely notified him I had only asked for fudge filling, no strawberry. He took it back inside, I waited another ten minutes, and he brought a 'new' one back out to me. I started to finally drive off, and while I was going home I tried a spoonful of the blizzard and--They just re-blended the entire thing, strawberry filling and all, filled it with more fudge, this time added whipped cream on top (my guess is to not notice the red tint in the ice cream at first from the strawberry filling). I REALLY dislike the taste of strawberry glaze, preferring fresh strawberries, and I feel like for waiting the time that I did, very patiently and completely nice to them throughout the whole encounter, I should've at least gotten my order right. read more

I feel horrible for the workers at this location. They are always severely understaffed and running around like crazy. They def need more people working at a time at this location. read more

We ordered two of the new Pumpkin Pie BLIZZARD® Treat and somehow they are sold out already, sure I can accept that, but when they asked what we'd like in place of the items they didnt care to listen as we explained what we wanted Morover we recived the wrong size and mine was pretty much just vanilla icecream. They gave my wife cheese curds instead of fries, we also paid for extra gravy, we recived not a single one. This is the last time we will be returning to this location, as they have failed to deliver on our order Every. Single. Time. Worst Dairy Queen ever. Management seriously needs to make some changes if they ever hope to raise that 1.5 star rating. read more

Dairy Queen Grill & Chill - This was supposed to be fries, with 2 sides of gravy. - Fast Food Near Me - Morgantown, West Virginia

I'm honestly very impressed. I got there like three minutes before closing and they were super respectful and nice. They got our stuff done quickly and they didn't skim the ice cream. I was a little worried by the other reviews, but it was great service :) read more

We got there just before 10 o'clock and they told us they were closed. I don't know why I bother with these people. The McDonald's is 24 seven and was very happy for me to order a shake from them. read more

After trying the Chaplin Hill Dairy Queen and consistently being disappointed with the service and food, we decided to try the Suncrest Towne Center Dairy Queen. Now the Suncrest Towne Center Dairy Queen was such an improvement and so amazing we had to write about it. First of all, they had an employee that sang in the back of the store, lending to the overall feeling that the employees were very upbeat and happy. They actually made our blizzards and turned them upside down, that was cool. We also had a minute to talk to the employees, they smiled, were polite, and seemed to like their customers. That means so much. A great restaurant, with good fast food and wonderful employees. read more

The workers were hanging out the window laughing and running in and out of the back instead of taking orders and I watched a tall black haired girl putting her fingers in someone's ice cream and talking about how she should spit in it. read more

I went to this DQ tonight to order a small M&M blizzard. The employee who took my order stated the total as $5.29 at the order board. When I got to the window, I gave the employee my card. Upon looking at the receipt, I noticed a $0.71 charitable donation charge. No one ever asked me if I wanted to donate to any charitable cause. It was added on without my knowledge. Had I not looked at the receipt or my bank account, I would have never known. Beware when going to this DQ, and always ask for a receipt!!! I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. read more

They actively leave their lights off at night so no comes through. They have someone stand in the drive through to deter customers from coming through at 9pm even though the drive through is supposed to be open until 10. Terrible service. Why am I waiting 20 minutes for a bowl of ice cream and a blizzard? Does your grill really close at 9 pm??? DO NOT GO YO YHIS DQ!!! I wish I could rate a zero star read more

The food was fine, but the service was completely horrible. They took almost 20mins to make a burger when it was an empty store. They also just handed me the burger box without a bag, receipt, or anything and then slammed the window before I could ask for it in a bag extra. read more

I just walked into this place to get an application, and the girls behind the counter were rly rude and judgy. They acted like they didn't want anyone new working. Also the boy working was doing everything while the girls were complaining that he was slow. Bless his heart. He's the only real one in there. #prayformyboy read more

The worst DQ! The wait was literally 5 minutes and when I got my blizzard it was melted! 1/4 of the medium blizzard I ordered was melted; not even slightly. As the drive-thru attendant turned my blizzard upside down, it dripped all over the cup it was in. I told the staff it was melted already, and they offered me napkins instead of rectifying the situation. I have given this DQ too many chances. They are awful, and have an unprofessional staff who goof off too much. read more

I'm glad this place got some help that wants to work! We've ordered ice cream, but the ladies working there now are very helpful and try to let you know ahead of time if they are out of something. Seems like they've had some equipment issues, but that isn't the staff's fault. read more

Dont bother going here during lunch hour. Waited 25mins after i placed my order at the drive thru. Two cars aheaahe first one left because no one came to the window to take their money. Second car stayed..me third had to leave to get back.to.work. Managment needs to get it together and learn how to run a business to.meet the demands of its customer load. read more

Cashier was so rude to my friend and I. I ordered fries and a blizzard, and once the blizzard came out I waited for the fries that had been sitting behind the counter for 10 minutes. Once I was handed the fries, I had told the cashier that I ordered barbecue sauce with them, and she asked me for 50 cents. Then, as I was eating inside, she went to the door to write "no indoor dining", and asked my friend and I to leave. read more

We came here and ordered three cheeseburgers add bacon and two onion rings we ended up only getting one onion ring and three normal cheeseburgers then went around again and told them but gave us the same thing but with a large onion ring and one burger with bacon not to mention they said sorry about that and literally didn't give us our food correctly, One star. read more

Very clean, awesome staff. Very friendly and making sure you got exactly what you ordered. Great food. Kids don't always LOVE hamburgers, they ate all of it. I actually have to say great food. Perfect fries and ice cream sundae. Busy place and the line went fast!!!! Highly recommend! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. This "establishment" is poorly run, the products are not consistent, and the staff is rude. Do not waste your money at this location. read more

Messed up every aspect of my order while being rude and playing on their phones as people lined up inside and in the drive through.

Employees here are brutal bad attitude and service. 3 workers were all in the back doing nothing while I waited at front desk to order.

this place sucks horrendously. I spent 30 minutes sitting in the drive-through, all for one car to get through. I ended up driving there, leaving with nothing, and simply wasting my time. it is an absolute joke that they call themselves a fast food place. I would leave zero stars if that were possible. read more

I understand that places are understaffed.. but that shouldn't excuse the fact that orders have been wrong the past 2 times I have gone there. I'm officially done with this location. Like how hard is it to make a cookie dough blizzard??? It's especially frustrating after waiting 20+ mins in the drive thru. read more

Such a poorly run establishment. Went to go get ice cream, got there at 9 PM (an hour before the closing time as listed online). Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes only to be told that they were done taking orders for the night. If you plan on going here, I would suggest showing up at least 2-3 hours before the alleged closing time... hopefully they will not have stopped taking orders for the night already. read more

The hours state this place closes at 10 pm. The facility shunned us and 4 other cars away at 9:31 pm notifying us the car in front will be their last order. Very unprofessional overall. I will not return to this business. Perhaps correct your hours to reflect to what you truly operate at so people do not waste their time in line. I took my business to sonic across the street. read more

This location is understaffed and the employees are running around working their tails off which causes backup in the drive thru line. My blizzard was straight liquid and the employee didn't flip it because she knew! Waited around 15 minutes at the window for my blizzards just to get them and have them be the consistency of milk. Get more staff on a Saturday night DQ! read more

I don't write reviews to begin w so if I'm saying something y'all know something is up. I was minding my business on this hot day, I waited in a long drive- thru line and when I get my blizzard you would have thought it would have came w a nipple cause that thing was the consistency of milk. Turn it upside down my ass. If I wanted to get sticky in white shit then I would go somewhere else. They handed it to me already running out the damn cup like this some marathon. That ice cream sure knew something I didn't. I'm over here in the parking lot for 10 minutes tryna clean up. And then I feel it. A hair stuck in the back of my throat. Ain't nothing worse than when you got some unknown object stuck up in your throat all scratching and shit. So I inspect the rest of my order to find a hair all coiled up in the whipped cream! Had to straight throw that shit in the trash. read more

went there for dinner and completely messed up our order. we asked for a large got a regular. then on our sandwiches we asked for ketchup added to my chicken sandwich didn't get it. the lettuce was brown and tasted bad then on my boyfriend's sandwich he asked for no tomato and onion they again didn't listen. read more

I have been here multiple times and the staff has never been nice. They have managed to mess up every time I order something.

Ordered a cake for my mothers birthday a week in advance. They lost the order and gave me a chocolate cake from the display case after I specifically asked for vanilla. I am furious with the poor service and irresponsibility shown by this establishment. read more
