Ordered online tonight. Got to DQ and my order was in the process of being completed. The lady asks if I needed a bag to go and I said yes, she placed the order in the bag and try to hand me the Blizzard and triple brownie treat, I ask for those items to be placed in the to-go bag...she looked at me like "can't you carry these" out the door. I could tell her customer service skills were never something she was accustomed of exercising. The service was sup-par and everyone behind the counter had attitudes that "damn, another customer". I'll never go back to this DQ. I'm sure the response will be a canned one from Corp office because all the others were that way that I had read. read more

My husband and I came in and ordered two sundae's and his was absolutely perfect but mine was a piss poor job done by a chick with blue hair; not sure if she was having a bad day but I was very emotional, disappointed, and couldn't eat my sundae at all. I ordered a vanilla sundae with strawberries and I said to please make it as tall as you can, it came out not tall and was leaning badly. I myself and other customers who come Into Dairy Queen expects perfection and satisfaction, I on the other hand was displeased and probably won't be going back for a good while. I'm a DoorDash driver. When I come in to pick up an order, I try to be as polite as possible, stay out of the way, wait for other guests to be taken care of. But time after time, when I walk in, I am ignored. And not just ignored, but it seems like my order (which someone else has already paid for and is waiting to have delivered) is pushed to the end of the line. I seem to wait longer than anyone else for their order. I'm sure their are corporate protocols that should be followed regarding guest greet times, as well as customer service guidelines. I feel more like a bother than anything else. DoorDash has been instrumental in keeping a lot of restaurants in business through this Covid era, and I'm just trying to survive, like everyone else. We ordered 2 plain hamburgers at drive through window plus 2 small shakes this afternoon, as we don't care for spicy foods at all. The order needed to be repeated a couple of times and each time we requested two plain hamburgers. We left town before opening order and when we opened it, we were surprised to find burgers with extra condiments. We did think our order cost more than we planned on, so okay - we must have gotten got bacon cheeseburgers instead of plain - Not. After checking the menu on the website, I realized we had received two Flame Thrower Burgers with pepper jack cheese, jalapeno bacon and flame thrower sauce - not a good substitute for customers wanting basic (aka bland) food offerings. read more
