Wow what a great place! The atmosphere is top-notch, and a local legend that went by the name Matt kept the energy going all night with great music while helping seat tables. The drinks were excellent, the beers were ice cold, and the service was a perfect 10/10. The food came out fresh and hot, and while I didn't grab a picture, the Greek chicken pita was absolutely out of this world highly recommend. Came on June 21st, father's day. Have never been here before . Will never go back now. We were told the wait would be 30 minutes. We waited an hour to never be called. We sat at the bar and I intended on using my NY beer trail pass. After the bartender had to ask his manager how it worked he said my beers didn't qualify. There is no description on the pass saying they didn't qualify . I proceed to ask to talk to a manager and he never came . I did see the bartender talk to him. He never came over to talk . The bartender said he said "it is what it is, he'll come over shortly" after waiting an hr with my 9 month old we decided to close the bar bill and leave . Multiple tables empty yet the bar was completely filled and people standing. I will say the bartender was outstanding don't know his name . When I went to ask the host why we weren't seated yet she said" no tables are opening up " we left and went to woodcock who had no wait. Quite the manager who won't talk to customers and just walks around pretending to do stuff. Very professional. Was really excited to try a new place. Too had we never will now. read more

The menu had a nice variety and the prices weren't ridiculous. We ordered a pretzel for the table, I ordered a salad andh coworkers ordered wings & fingers. The pretzel was the most impressive! I think it was like $15, but it was HUGE and came with 3 dipping sauces. It was soft and warm on the inside and salty & a little crunchy on the outside as it should be. On a recent Thursday night I had dinner here with three friends We all had different meals. The meatloaf, patty melt, grilled chicken salad and Cobb salad. We came in for our first time. There's a bar that is separate from the dining room, there is also tables in the bar. We sat by the window in the dining room. Our waitress Lilly was phenomenal, outgoing, and friendly. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. I ordered chicken wings with the Marlboro sauce. It brought back memories from the old Marlboro. The sauce was very similar to the original Marlboro sauce. We also ordered the bourbon bbq flatbread, which was also yummy. The boys ordered the roast beef on kimmelwick and the Pittsburgh salad. The portions were perfect, not too little and not too much. I thought the upcharge for gravy was a bit expensive. The boys ordered martinis which were bogo half off. I ordered the summer rum punch. All of the drinks were delicious. We definitely want to come back. I highly recommend this bar and restaurant. read more

There's a nicely paved and well lit parking lot. The restaurant is divided into a large bar room , a separate dining room with a mix of low tables and booths. There is a banquet room upstairs too. We enjoyed the free popcorn and the variety of seasoning salts to shake on top. It was busy the evening we went with about a half hour wait for a table in dining room . It was convenient that they take your cell number and text you when your table is available to sit. The roast beef was tender and served with a side of aus jus as requested. It was on a medium sized kimmelweck roll with a finer grain salt and caraway seeds. The roll held up well , even with putting aus jus on the sandwich. The fries were plentiful , but not extraordinary. The staff all seemed to work together serving the tables. It's nice to see a neighborhood place open again and busy. read more

Just adding on a bit more about food - fish fry is decently crispy but lacks pepper or other spices. The coleslaw is rather liquidy but the top parts were good before sloshing the liquid out on the fries. It's a good price for being 2 servings. The brisket Mac n cheese tastes like cowboy burger in a bowl. The beer cheese is extra creamy and it's comfort food at its finest. And still, 5 stars for the service and friendly staff. read more

This was the first of what I know will be many visits to Marlboro Kitchen. Plenty of close parking. Inside is a nicely decorated, very clean bar and eating area. Mr husband had the burger a fries and I had the Southwest shrimp salad and both were very good. Their fries in particular are very good. We shared the fried cheesecake and snickers pie for dessert and they were both great . Our waitress was attentive and friendly. Very nice find. We'll be going back soon. read more

The menu made things so difficult to decide so I have gone home with a lot of extra boxes AND I still need to go back and check a few more things off the list. The Marlboro Kitchen and Bar ( formerly the Marlboro Inn ) had its grand opening in March of this year and was on my list to check out as soon as possible . The restaurant looks great ! The look is clean , attractive and spacious . Definitely a vibe fitting of the name . We were greeted with a smile and promptly seated . Service was friendly and helpful. We ordered the poutine as an app and it did not disappoint- good amount of gravy and cheese with the fries. I ordered the black and bleu burger with salad as my side . Both were delicious ! It was nice to have a side salad with some thought put into it . The burger was wonderful as well . My partner had the southwest burger and she was very happy with her choice as well . We would have had dessert to go , but sadly they were out of the chocolate cream pie so we passed on dessert but will try next time we visit . I recommend checking The Marlboro , out . This area was in need of a great place to grab a drink and some great pub food . Went here on a Friday night for an early fish fry and a pint. My date and I sat at the bar, service was quick and the food came out fast too. My fish fry was very good, while my date's Ruben was also tasty. My only gripe, and it's not necessarily a bad thing, was that it got so busy on Friday night with people waiting for a seat that the bar area got packed while we were eating. No big deal overall, but it did feel like we were in a fish-bowl. That said it's great to see this version of The Marlboro up and running and seemingly doing great. Will come back again to try some other menu items like their burgers or wings, perhaps at a more pedestrian time than 530p on a Friday! read more

I will start with the service as it was absolutely exceptional. They allowed my dog to sit with me on the patio, which not all restaurants do. I'm unsure if it's a thing they allow across the board, but they did it for me! The sandwich was extremely delicious on a bun I've NEVER had before (kimmelweck) . The fries were unfortunately overcooked and a little on the cold side, but we're eatable. It's a nice quiet spot not too far from the Niagara Falls (state side), and I would recommend it to anyone either passing through or just needing a quick bite to eat! Last minute decision that turned out great. This spur of the moment decision was due to a failure at another restaurant. We were greeted in a friendly manor and immediately seated even though the place was really busy. The exceptional waitress stopped by and got drinks for us quickly.
