I doordash for extra cash, had to drive to this Dairy Queen, the lot was full with cars from the drive thru blocking parking spaces. I finally get in a parking spot and the doors are locked. This was at about 7pm. I had to unassign from the order and finagle my way out of the lot, because the unpredictable drive thru wait is not worth it. That poor person who ordered from this DQ probably had to wait a ridiculous amount of time because I bet other dashers unassigned from their order. If you can't have your lobby open at 7pm, you shouldn't be on DoorDash. read more

Stopped on a long trip. Drive thru is backed up so decided to go in. Doors are locked. It is an hour 45 until closing. Store hours posted as closing at 10 pm with inside closing an hour sooner. Obviously that is a lie. Store was closed inside and had been for awhile. Got line for drive thru and when it didn't move for 5 minutes, we have up and left as there were 8 cars in front of us. Ordered burgers, fries and blizzards. Hamburgers were drowning in mustard, they gave us two napkins, even though the mustard was, literally, running out of the wrappers on the burgers. Fries were cold and tasted (and looked) like they had been fried in old grease. Blizzards were frozen enough to survive the upside down turn at the window but immediately started to melt and were a bit of a mess, with some running down the sides of the cups (again, we only had the two napkins they gave us for the entire order). I just paid $6.19 for a freaking Peanut Buster Parfait, and it's smaller then they used to be. I asked the person at the window if that was the price at all DQ's, and he said he didn't know because franchises set their own prices. The new DQ opening at the corner of Taylor and Broad Street needs to take note. I should have gone to Whit's or the Dairy Hut. A better healthier product at a reasonable price! My family have been going to this location since we moved to Etna 3 years ago. i have read the reviews and i am really confused, every time we go are food is hot and fresh, the ice cream is exactly as DQ advertises. The staff, through the drive thru (its to difficult for us to go in because of our childrens handicap), are professional and precise, i can see where someone would think they are being rude but honestly they are just trying to get it done, you can see it. i highly recommend this location, keep in mind you might have to wait a minute, but its for fresh hot food, so we think its worth it. read more

Order placed via DoorDash. Upon arrival, bag was sealed with 3 stickers. Opened bag we found missing items. Called store to inquire as I was going to go pick up our daughters missing meal. Girl that answered claimed she was the one that packed the bag and blamed the doordash driver for stealing from sealed bag. My wife told her it was fine to own up to our mistakes, but to blame someone else was ridiculous. Male claiming to be "GM" got on the phone and proceeded to scream and cuss at my wife. I was blown away by my visit to this location. We went through the drive thru and ordered several meals and all were correct and the price wasn't too bad. The staff was polite and friendly when giving us our food. Really was impressed by how good my chicken finger basket was. And the blizzards are to die for. The ice-cream here is pretty hit or miss. Usually miss. They get their ice-cream mix off quite often so that it does not taste all good and creamy but more like frozen milk made up of ice crystals. When they do get their mix correct it's the good ice-cream I like from Dairy Queen. Their food is alright. It's fast food type stuff so I usually steer clear of that because I like my heart and fitting into my pants. Every now and then I'll get one of their flame thrower burgers which is pretty good. It's expensive for fast food which is another reason I don't get food from here very often. read more

Absolutely wonderful experience. Restrooms were the cleanest public restrooms I've seen in a long time. The French fries were almost too hot to eat. Burgers were great too. This location is really hit or miss. Sometimes, I get halfway decent service and good ice cream and a good Julius, but more often than not, the people that are working the window and inside are generally very rude and have attitudes. I understand everyone here is young but customer service should not be put aside with this as the excuse. Often, I have gotten ice cream that was half melted, Julius' that were pure liquid, and missing items every other time I come here. My recommendation to DQ is to spice up your employees demeanor, make the customer's experience fun and memorable so they return and insure that each and every order is 100% accurate and made perfectly. This is a decent Dairy Queen as far as Dairy Queens go. I would rate it higher for the food and ice cream, but it frequently, read always has a huge line after all it is the only ice cream joint in town other than a seasonal stand which I will probably need to add to review. These places tend to hire teenagers and it isn't their fault really, so the service is average but the ice cream and food is what you would expect from a Dairy Queen. I almost feel bad for not rating higher just on the birthday cakes but this is really an average experience, no more, no less. read more

They served my son a crispy chicken sandwich that was pink with red veins. When asked for replacement was originally told no problem then a woman I assume to be the manager decided it would be a good idea to come into a full lobby and tell me how their chicken is pink with red veins because it isn't processed (never saw it look like that before but whatever) my son didn't want a pink crispy chicken sandwich so we had to leave and get him food elsewhere. At the very least it was a very unappetizing piece of chicken and basic customer service should be if the customer can't eat it you replace it. It's a shame I am forced to give a whole star. We have lived nearby for a decade and only come here when we are truly bored of all the other places to go nearby. The service is exceptionally slow and always inaccurate. Today, it took over half an hour to get our food from the time we ordered and our order was wrong. 4 out of the 9 things we ordered were wrong.
