No question, this DQ has become a real disappointment under current owners. My favorite dish has been Blizzard banana split. Tend to order same thing every time. Prices have increased and Blizzards have become nothing but vanilla ice cream with strawberries and bananas. I asked for extra chocolate at various times and was charged $.79 cents extra. On our last visit, we ordered two Blizzards of my liking. They price was $13.50. I received two Blizzards, whipped vanilla with few chunks of bananas a few strawberries on top and no chocolate flavor. I understand price increases during these times. What I can't tolerate is inferior food quality at those prices. My advice, avoid this place. New owners have taken this business in the wrong direction.. read more

We have always loved Dairy Queen's ice cream. It just has that certain flavor that makes you go, "Wow, I'm so glad I got this!". This Dairy Queen, however, has added something to the ice cream or it is not ice cream at all; they taste like airy whipped creamer. We will never go here again!! We threw our cones out. read more

The food has now taken a downward turn and the "ice cream" is pathetic! The once delicious soft serve that DQ was known for has become a joke! Terrible. We went last night(Sunday) around 730. Went through the drive through . It literally took us 45 to order and get our food. We only ordered 3 ice creams. This place is always slow no matter when you go. I could've gotten a steak dinner In that time. They weren't busy inside, and had plenty of staff. Their must've been 10 cars behind me. It would've taken them an hour to get ice cream? Cars were leaving the line, because it wasn't moving. No excuse for poor service like that. They definitely lost my business. The service in this store is horrible. A bunch of new employees staring aimlessly around. The man taking the order was impatient, rude and extremely difficult to understand. A young girl was there for an interview and they had her standing for quite away. Then the interviewer spoke to her standing up and in the middle of the customers ordering for a few minutes. I am currently eating in the parking lot (by choice). The food is delicious, and the entire experience has been one to rave about, I was greeted at the window with a smile and a super happy good morning. The staff seemed extremely pleasant and even happy to serve me, which is not something you get from most fast food places these days. Overall it was probably the best Dairy Queen experience I've had! The food was awful. The ice cream tasted disgusting. The workers were so unbelievably rude. They were talking smack about me, in front of me. I've never left a yelp review before but my experience was so bad that I felt as though I should make one. When I asked about ranch for my cheese curds they literally just laughed at me. Run ,run, don't walk away from this DQ. We purchased 2 medium Blizzards. We received them with the covers still on. We left and took the tops off to enjoy our treats only to find the level of the Blizzard an inch below the rim. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We have always either experienced a full cup or when they had the domed covers , an overfilled cup. Besides the false advertising, we felt cheated. If they had downsized the size of medium to fit in an appropriately sized cup that is one thing,but to advertise filled cups and deliver much less than that is criminal. I stop to get a oreo peacon blizzard at least once, twice a week. Well today i decide to order one the young girl come to window turn it up i said is anything in there? She said, ugghh.. the cup was barley full i said why it look different it didn't look the same she still just look dumb!!! I call the Manager when i got home and let her no oreo's & peacons wasn't blended and all that happen. Horrible customer service! I went there with a friend. My friend asked them to wait to make her blizzard until the food was ready. They completely blew her off. I heard them say, "just make the blizzard." I asked for a side of sauce in addition to what was already in my basket and I got attitude..."you didn't say that." I watched them hand a blizzard to my friend that had ice cream all over the side. On top of it all they were extremely unfriendly and acted like they didn't want to be there. I've worked at two different DQ's and I know that's not the way they're trained. Hire someone who actually wants to be there and is an asset to the business. read more

Everything else is good (including the service), but for the love of god stop microwave-reheating the burgers! It ruins what otherwise would be a fine sandwich. Every time I've gotten one, the bun is wilted, patty is dry and the whole thing is artificially boiling hot (including the bun). I have tried to order at peak times and non-peak times, the result is always the same. I dunno how much longer it takes to make one to order but I'm sure everyone would be willing to wait for something edible. Cheese curds and fries are excellent and the reason I go there. read more

Husband and I went for Ice Cream last Sunday Night. Sat in the Drive Thru line for almost 10 minutes and didn't move. Luckily we could back out. Decided to go inside. Saw four people pretty much moving with no sense of urgency. Finally a gal who I am guessing was the manager came out from the kitchen and looked at us... no greeting... just a half nod. We ordered two Hot Fudge Sundaes. The lady next to me in line made a comment that she wasn't too impressed with the staff either. Got in our car to eat. I ate a spoonful and then felt like I had a hair in my throat? I put the spoon in and lifted it up...there was a very long hair covered with Hot Fudge hanging from it. I nearly threw up. I was clearing my throat the whole way home trying to clear out what I am guessing was a hair I had swallowed. This DQ even looks disgusting on the inside of the store. I was getting a bad feeling when we were inside. I should have trusted my instinct. I wouldn't eat here again if you paid me a $1000. read more

So the line is out the door and one little girl is working her butt off trying to serve customers as another is at the drive thru working like crazy. Another girl says to the other just tell people we are short handed and only take one customer at a time and she leaves. When I left which was about 4 or 5 minutes later - that girl (the worker that left) was sitting outside smoking a cigarette and enjoying the nice weather. So talk about GOOD service - i don't think so. Also the hot dogs were so salty that I ended up throwing them out - which means they were either cooked too long or starting to spoil and they came with nothing on them and I ordered them with everything on them. Slowest Dairy Queen in the history of fast food. It was as if they were waiting for the ice cream to freeze. It doesn't really matter if you go to the drive thru or inside the restaurant. Service is exceptionally slow and the staff seems disinterested in their work. They also seem to always be understaffed. The inside of the restaurant is not unclean, but dated and dingy in appearance. The pregnant girl who waited on us at the nearby custard place we ended up going to had more hustle in her than the entirety of the DQ staff. read more

I'd give this place 3.5 if possible. It's an average DQ. It's decent fast food. Nothing amazing, but solid. They have a $5 lunch special that is pretty decent. I would say avoid the cheese curds. Wisconsin takes its cheese curds seriously and the ones they serve just aren't the best. read more

TERRIBLE customer service when eating indoors I ordered a chili dog it tasted bad asked for something else the lady made it seem like I was in the wrong I said nothing is wrong it just taste bad I get a sandwich instead and it was made sooo sloppy like they didn't care how it was put together but they did take off the tomato like I asked but I've been there before and they're service is jus all bad it makes you not even want to eat there read more

I've been here quite a few times and over the years this DQ has gone down hill. The food is ok but the service is awful. The last 3 times I've gone there, I went through drive thru. The boy taking my order acted like he didn't want to be there. The woman who took my card was just plain rude. As I looked through the window only 2 people had a DQ uniform, the rude woman was in a nasty stained up white t-shirt and what appeared to be yoga pants with stains all over them.
