Something about the hashbrowns first day in the morning with a coffee the grease with the caffeine you cannot go wrong. I do prefer to go to McDonald's in the morning hours I like that more adults work vs the kids in the evenings. Anyways definitely order the hashbrown and steak bagley sandwich if you are looking for breakfast Lunch you cannot go wrong with the zfish sandwich just make sure they give you the correct bun. It makes the sandwich so much better. Dinner definitely the chicken nuggets with hot mustard. Something about the hot mustard at McDonald's I can't explain. Me, my mom, and my friend were bored and decided to take a trip to Caesar's Creek. On the way, we got hungry, and decided to get McDonalds. From where we were this was the closest one, and man was it worth it, the burgers were cooked to perfection, and were consistent. The fries were very nice and fresh.The cookies were just as chocolatey as you could imagine. The Sprite, I don't even need to explain, it is a McDonald's Sprite after all. The only downside I have is that the fries didn't have a lot of salt, but all the positives including the nice workers, and the neatly kept place overpowered it by a mile. It's been about a year since my last review and I thought it was a good time to update it. The employees are all minors with minimum experience. For about a month now this location has not accepted debit or credit cards. They do not have a sign stating this and when you ask them why they are cash only they blame corporate. According to employees their card machines are all broken and corporate refuses to send them new ones. I was under the impression that this location was franchised. This is the absolute worst McDonald's I have ever visited. I live in town and would rather drive the 25 minutes down to Lebanon to try one of their fast food locations. Don't waste your time coming here unless you want to get yelled at by an employee and have half your food missing from your bag. read more

First, you have to question why on earth you would choose McDonalds in this awesome town full of mom and pop local eateries? The answer is that you are just passing through, on a very long day, with 4 very hungry kids. We aimed for the drive thru, but the line wrapped all the way around the building so we figured we would beat the odds by going inside. YIKES!!! It was almost dinner time and the only way I can describe the scene inside is CHAOS! The line was to the door and there was one cashier. Apparently another had called off, I know this because the manager was standing around complaining to another employee about it. The cashier proceeded to take everyone's order without helping get any of them ready. So instead of using common sense and taking an order or two, Shipping them out and going to the next one, the orders kept backing up and people were missing multiple items on their order, or given wrong items. After a 15 minute wait for our 4 happy meals and nuggets, I had to ask again for our drinks. I started my life working in a McDonald's and I know it can get crazy, but Good Lawd, it was ridiculous because they were allowing it to be. That poof cashier had no guidance from the manager who could have fixed the whole situation. When we finally did get our good, I will give them credit here, it was hot and tasted good. As we were cleaning up our table to leave, the trash was so full I had to push it down to get our trash added to it and still, the manager was standing around talking instead of doing anything to help. McDonald's - Not loving it! So, it's only 1 degrees outside in Waynesville, Ohio tonight. My husband and I had an intense craving for McDonald's ice cream - him, a milkshake- me, a cone. I know, I know... it's cold and fattening. But, who cares! A craving is a craving and we all know that a craving has to eventually get it's fix before it causes us to pull out our hair and go crazy. So, we bundled up, walked through crunchy snow and slippery, iced sidewalk to the car. I did an illegal U-turn, drove the three blocks to the nearest McDonald's - and really the only place in Waynesville to get a milkshake through a drive-thru and wait out turn. Finally, we get to place our order. "Would you like to try our delicious pancakes this evening?" "No, thank you!" "What can I do for you?" "Yes, I'd like to order a small, chocolate milkshake and an ice cream cone?" I said to the intercom while turning to my husband with a look that said - "yes, we're doing this!" "I'm sorry, we aren't serving ice cream products tonight," I heard said in the thin, cold air. I put the car in gear and started to drive away without a response... "I'm sorry" I heard the employee's voice in the whipping wind. How can you not be serving ice cream? Is your ice cream machine regulated by the outside temperature? Is it housed outside? OR- are you too lazy to clean and supply the machine for what it needs to actually make the ice cream? I'm sure it's the latter. If I go through all the effort and decision making of finally deciding to get an ice cream cone - you better be serving it! That's all I have to say! McDonald's you failed me today! This McDonald's was basically being being run by teenagers. There was no manager and/or general manager on site to direct these young people but they did the best they could under the circumstances. The manager should be fired for leaving his employees under these conditions. It was the first weekend of the renaissance festival for goodness sake! This store is ran by a bunch of children that are more worried about socializing with their friends than doing their jobs. The trash cans are overflowing, tables are not wiped down or cleaned off, trash on the floors, and the bathrooms are a mess. I live very close and there aren't many fast food places to eat so McDonald's is one of my only options. 99.9% of the time I order food there they find some way to mess it up or leave items out. Even on very small orders they'll forget stuff and act clueless when you tell them you're missing stuff.
