Here the cashier was friendly and preemptively apologized again about the soda, just in case I really did want one...It was nice of her to acknowledge, but I just wanted my sweet tea! Given that I ordered onion rings, they had to prepare them and directed me to pull up to wait. After about 4 minutes, another Associate came out and delivered my food. The staff was very efficient getting people sat and orders in and food served quickly. There were 3 servers a bus person 2 food runners and a host plus kitchen stall all working together. They refused to even refund my money and told me to return to the store on Sunday to speak to the store manager. On Sunday, I called to see if the store manager was in and they said no. Not until Monday at 7-8 AM when they open. So come Monday, I'll call the store manager and attempt to return the sub and get a refund. I learned from other reviews that they 'steal' people's money by refusing to refund. I learned that they don't serve good quality food at this restaurant. They don't care about the quality of food and whether a customer becomes sick from food poisoning.
