It's Dairy Queen- what more do I need to say? The food is, for the most part consistent. Honestly, I love their tacos because I feel like they are some of the most fresh tacos to be found in fast food including mexican fast food joints! I love the portion size of them, they are huge and you can get taco sauce! I also, recently, have really been enjoying their chili cheese fries. I think they can only be order a la carte but something about their fries make them perfect to be topped with their hearty chili and creamy cheese. I have been disappointed that the potion size of this item can vary a lot but, they are delicious and I usually stop by here only for those! Of course, their ice cream is amazing and inexpensive. I appreciate that the toppings always seem fresh, not stale or day old. The service is a little lacking, I come here often and sometimes the cashiers are really rude and almost always they make me pull around and wait in excess of 10 minutes whether they are busy or not. read more

Veteran's Day free medium blizzard. Told gal at order window it was Veteran. Said $5 and something. Got to window to pick up and she had to get somebody to adjust cash register. Ordered new snicker brownie. Then i was told it would be 75 cents. I ask for what-the added brownie. Saw nothing saying that was extra. Thought that was a flavor. I said never mind. Short time ago try to go inside-dining room was closed. The drive-thru can accommodate 5 cars before they are in the street. This is a very poorly run location. read more

I went there with my fiancé tonight. I noticed that all the workers were extremely young. It may not be perfectly clean and organized but those kids are working to the best of their ability. It's more than many are doing right now. It's good for their future to figure out customer service and multi tasking. read more

What a joke! You can't find your cordless phone for call in orders! Your drive thru cashier rolled her eyes at me when I was confirming my order. She walks to the counter and does her best Bon QuiQui impression "KIDS CHICKEN STRIPS" and I replied "Steak Fingers". She then rolled hers dropped the bag on the counter said "What Ever" and went back to leaning on the counter in Drive Thru playing on her phone. In the meantime I was allowed to wait another 8 minutes on two blizzards while the rest of your team searched for your antiquated cordless phone that is used for phone orders. I don't want to tell you how to do your business but the Internet was invented tested and is a highly successful method for transmitting and delivering messages along with ordering food and beverages. You should really check this out it could benefit you greatly. I'm sure some of your staff is familiar with it considering the young lady working drive thru was on her own device. I really hate that you were the only game in town for blizzards. That's the only purpose you serve I can get crappy service and deep-fried steak fingers other places than Dairy Queen. Quick sidenote I was informed as I was leaving that the cordless phone was found buried under some stuff in the back. Well.... let's just start by saying it took me 15 minutes just to get to order menu. Then an additional 5 minutes till window. Young lady that waited on us was very nice. They have 3 staff running the front and 2 cooking. Plus saw managers there. Not sure why it took so long. We ordered food so now waiting at front of store for them to bring it out. So far it's been total of 30 minutes to get a chicken strip basket. I attempted to call 3 times before leaving house to do to go order but no one would answer. Epic fail today read more

Sent the wife down to get a blizzard for everyone and they got everything mixed up and wrong. They put no effort in customer service and have a poor attitude when we brought their mistakes to their attention. Not to mention when you ask for extra candy and you get to last three inches of the blizzard and it's only ice cream. Wish they would take some effort in their job. Went through the drive through and then got asked to park out front. Waited 40 mins for a burger and a chicken finger meal. They had forgotten about our order & still managed to get it wrong. Yummy food, low prices, nice people. It's a fast-food joint, so little nutrition really, but fun and filling. The one drawback was it took awhile to get the food. Otherwise, all you'd expect from the traditional longstanding DQ name, famous for fun ice cream. read more

The worst dairy queen ever. We ordered a kids meal and a birger they had us pull around to the front waited 45 minutes and no food. This is ridiculous. I went in and the red head sat there acting high or slow just horrible never go. I will never go back. We live in Mansfield, so we decided to make a trip to our local Dairy Queen. Based on a previous experience, I had a feeling that the drivevthru mic system was a bit shabby. This time there was poor customer service at the drive thru, again, with a young female employee who was probably anxious to get off work, but could not pay attention to my order over the poor intercom system. She had me to repeat it 3 times because she said she couldn't hear it. So I repeated it 3 times....this is ridiculous! Get it fixed! read more

so, two weeks ago ordered a burger for the wife, "Dry, all the way"...got it and it was meat, cheese and bun. Today I placed the order with a manager and told her what happen the last time. Told her, we want all the veggies, just no mustard, ketchup, salad dressing or anything like it. She told the cook about it, I heard her. Lo and behold got the burger with meat, cheese and bun. Let me tell you about this place. Filthy. No customer service skills. untucked shirts. slobs. bathrooms were filthy. Yet still for some reason, I decided to order. Big mistake. I repeated my order 3 times, plain and dry. how hard is it to slap a burger on a bun, put cheese on it and call it good????? fries were soggy, and looked like the grease hadn't been changed in 6 months. This is the only daily queen close. I loveee their food, but customer service and wait time is REDICULOUS. I went on my lunch break with my son and after the drive through line didn't move for 10 minutes I park and go inside. there is 1 couple sitting down, one person waiting to place an order in front of my and myself. after standing there for 10 more min they finally take the guy in from of me order. then after 15 additional minutes standing there (total time there now 35 min without even taking my order) I leave and go somewhere else. Couldn't even eat during my lunch time.. total ridiculous.. the time was 1:15 so past the lunch rush. read more
