Wow, the lack of customer service here is astounding. They have so much room for improvement. It's only up from here. Total unfriendliness, total apathy. I understand that this job may not be easy and customers can be difficult. But, when the customer is polite and expresses gratitude, a thank you in return would be nice. I went here and ordered 3 hamburgers, fries, and a Michigan mix. The food came out hot and quick and was very tasty, our server was also kind and helpful. This place was pretty clean with the only issue being the order machines were greasy, but besides that, great! read more

This McDonalds has improved greatly over the last few months. New manager? New employees, some with disabilities and the service has went from poor with attitude to fabulous with customer service and satisfaction A1. My favorite McDonald's drive thru because the crew are fast worker, friendly and helpful. Always a long line but doesn't stay that long.

A crappy McDonald's with crappy employees. The girl taking my order today spoke with an attitude and ultra fast I had to keep saying "what?" to understand her. She talks before you are even done speaking and talks so fast she just wants to get rid of you and move on to the next person. After my order was done I didn't hear what she said for the total so I said "what?" but she didn't respond. The gentleman at the cashier window and food receiving windows both have zero personality. They don't speak to you. They don't say hi. They just look at you weird and wait for you to either give them your money or take your food. Hire some normal staff. read more

No. I won't even get into the gritty details of how awful the service, food and management were during my recent "adventure." I watched a fellow walk in, get disrespected and walk out. Manager does not speak English. Took exactly 15 minutes to place and obtain a carry-out order -- at 3:00 in the afternoon. All food items were "slapped together" and tasted like cardboard. My boyfriend and I were craving something sweet and we decided to stop at this McDonald location and surprisingly enough, we were greeted by this refreshingly nice girl. Drive Thru. She had a great attitude, and we got our S Caramel Frappe ($2.00) & Caramel Sundae ($1.44)within minutes. My boyfriend even asked her for extra Chopped Peanuts and she gave him two. I'd give zero stars if I could. Drive to this place just to get my pregnant wife a chocolate shake. We were allowed to order and pay for a chocolate shake. Got to the second window. Girl asks what we ordered and then said that they don't have chocolate and were offered a grimace shake instead. I asked why we were allowed to order and pay for something that wasn't available. Second window girl says "because she slow" - in reference to the girl taking orders. I asked for the manager and the girl at the second window seemed to think it was a joke and had "no idea" if a manager was there or not. Very quickly a young light haired guy with braces comes to the window and says he is the manager. Clearly he was not. We waited in line for 20 minutes to end up leaving with nothing. read more

i came to this location in the past and i gave them the benefit of the doubt for a while but when you got rude ass staffing and unprofessional behavior it becomes a problem. i came in and tried to order a simple but small order... a chicken nugget meal and a caramel frappe as my drink. the cashier seemed stressed out (which is understandable) but when she throws my money back at me and tells me she doesn't have time for anything, and that i should go somewhere else when i not only patiently waited for someone to take my order for 20 min, that's when something should be done abt it. i understand McDonald's is a very big fast food industry and it can be stressful but please don't take it out on the customers. i was never mad when she did this, i just think it's wrong. i'm a teenager myself who's been working in the food industry for years, and i never would even imagine doing that to someone. pls be kind to one another. read more

This is still the world's worst McDonald's. I have made the decision to never return. Ever. Today I took the kids there out of convenience. We circled the building and the drive-thru menu looks like someone took a baseball bat to it. I mentioned it to my wife later (she wasn't with us) and she said it's been like that for 6 months or more. Apparently this is where she grabs coffee on her way to work. We walk into the restaurant and it is hotter in the restaurant than it is outside. I jokingly say, "Is the air conditioning broken?" They just smile and laugh. While we waited for our food, the kids got their drinks and ketchup. My daughter says "I think there's something wrong". I look at the ketchup and it's orange. Upon closer inspection, there are millions of tiny bubbles. I give this to the manager and she says, "That's not right. I'll have someone check it out." They never do. I keep the little cup of ketchup and watch it begin to grow and take on the appearance of a mushroom. Then it starts to look chunky. I have no idea what was going on. Next, the screwed up our order and had to remake it. What the hell is wrong with this place? Why is it such a terrible location. My personal belief is that the franchise owner is a cheap bastard and doesn't take care of his restaurant or his employees. Therefore, everything is a disaster and never gets better. Pulled into this drive thru ordered my food and was in and out. The young lady that took my order was plesant and courteous. I didnt have to pull over and wait for my food, it was ready as soon as i pulled up to window 2. Good job guys! read more

Stood so long for half an hour in drive-thru and then got the chance to gave order for two different type of burgers - one was chicken McMuffin and another was crispy chicken sandwich. I have been to this location several times, and they consistently get orders wrong or forget to include items in your bag. I was picking up some drive through for my S/O, and ordered 2 breakfast sandwiches. The individual taking payment even read my order back to me to ensure they got everything, and I corrected him when he only said one. He adjusted the order to two and adjusted the price to include the second sandwich. When I got home, we realized that we were charged for the second sandwich but never received it. Something along these lines has happened almost every time we go to this location. The only reason we still go to this McDonalds is for convenience and late night snack if nothing else is open. I would recommend you always check your bag to make sure everything is in there before pulling away. Also- the ice cream machine is always broken. read more
