I am very disappointed with the service I received at this location today. I came here on a Friday…read morenight around 9pm July 10th 26; not super busy, however only 3 people working and just a nice family being helped ahead of me. After waiting in line for a few minutes just waiting my turn, I witnessed the staff member bypass me and assist the customers who arrived well after us. When I politely pointed out that I was next in line, the representative responded with an unprofessional attitude rather than acknowledging the mistake. He seemed rather Irritated that I Spoke up and pointed out i was next. I'd like to show pictures of how he gave me my ice cream as well... Changed me and just walked away, nothing else said. It felt very rushed, and unwelcoming. I'm a normal here at this location, given i only live 5 mins away... I just hope the man who helped me tonight never helps me again

The place is clean. The restroom is not available the whole time we are there. I should have tried their boba drinks instead. Next time, I'll try their classic taiyaki and boba. I am hoping that it will be a better experience for us.

The mozzarella sticks were also very good. I prefer them with ketchup instead of marinara. They are your typical mozzarella sticks and taste good, but the popcorn chicken is what really stands out.

I think this place has been around since before I was born. Its a very old, walk up window Dairy Queen with a couple of tables outside, but I would not use them haha.. I always get the same thing here: A Vanilla Ice Cream cone Dipped in Chocolate, Topped with Peanuts! Its a fairly decent size. The funny part is, Baskin Robbins is across the street (its also been there forever). When it comes to ice cream, Dairy Queen gets it right. The worst ice cream I have ever had is Coldstone Creamery so save yourself a trip there. read more

I just remembered about 3 months ago I ordered a one of those damn cotton candy blizzards with extra of each topping and I couldn't believe my eyes they sent me a large cup of vanilla ice cream that said "remove toppings" now what kind of maniac orders a blizzard with no toppings. They should've called and asked me but some silly person sent it to me anyways shame on them, they get 3 stars because they sent another one and it was a good time but damn I was so mad I actually started levitating let's get it together guys read more

i have had the worst experience at this location due to the old white lady supposedly the manager there, being so rude to me and the employees working there. the employees are just trying to do their job and i can hear her humiliating them in front of everyone. I found this place charming because of the old fashioned theme but the lack of professionalism with the manager left me and my wife upset. Hopefully things can change soon. read more

Sinve I can remember I have always ordered a strawberry cheesequake blizzard. Not once have i ever been disappointed in my order. Every diary queens knows how to make this and everytime I see one i must buy one. My personal favorite food i love it, live for it and crave it. They offer a variety of ice creams and bakes goods here that are pretty good but the thing that sets them apart is there cheap and affordable prices. Be prepared to wait in a line if you decide to go though. Personally I like the banana split and its always the perfect temperature most places just freeze the banana read more
