It is a great balance of different flavors you don't usually see, and it works. They also use clearly pretty good bleu cheese, because it's super flavorful. Other great burgers I've had are: jalapeno burger, western burger, bacon burger... all pretty standard, but the patty is always cooked nicely (juicy, not overdone, seasoned well). What a great brewery in Snohomish. Huge selection of house made beers. I had a lower octane guava IPA. Super delicious and slightly sweet. Just my style. Immediately I could tell this place is a locally run place. Also because Aaron told me so. I believe he also said that it's the oldest brewery in the area. I will just say it's legit a great brewery.
