Yes, they have a limited number of choices, but they had exactly what I was looking for (who really wants swans etched on their doors anyway - right?). They had exactly what I wanted, but if you want etchings of koalas in bamboo trees on your shower doors, you may have to go elsewhere. :-) I had a bit of a difficult situation for them which they were VERY willing to address and answer all of my questions. Since I'm tall, I mounted my shower head 7 feet off the tub floor. This would cause issues with a standard door, but they were able to meet my taller door needs without adding much to the final price ($25 more). Service: Every time I called (during business hours), they answered. I can't say that for all the shower door places I tried. They answered my questions in a timely manner and the showed up exactly when they were scheduled. They were in and out quickly. Quality of work: They were able to drill into my significantly veined Turkish Marble. Veining in marble makes the material very fragile. I thought for sure they would hesitate, but they were able to do this without cracking (the main reason why I didn't want to do this myself). Fit and Finish: I must say that the door and frame fit very well. Since I knew I was going with a larger door and a heavier glass, the door would be heavy. They made it all work - and work well. The amount of silicon used to seal up the seams was nothing more than they needed and nothing less. Price & Value: Saccullo is not the cheapest, but for the price, I believe they're the best value. If you can get past the fact that their "showroom" is in the back of an Army Surplus store, you're probably going to be very satisfied.

Took it 3 feet to make sure the threads would work with my propane grill and was approached, item pulled out of my hand, told it was old, not for sale, and they had no more of them?! This place can die on the vine, prices are outrageous compared to moss landing or surplus shops in SJ. In fact you would save money even after factoring in gas and time to go that far. Mre are 12$ each but missing the date codes. Ammo cans start at 25$ for the little guys most of a kidney for the big ones. There is more crap not for sale than is and the cast iron is 20-50$ more than you can get just about anywhere else. Will not ever ever go back or suggest anybody darken their door. To many other people will bust their hump and give you good service with competitive prices around here to make them a necessary business.

I went into this location in late October 2025 because I was trying to completely rethink the way I dress. Up until then, I mostly dressed like your average Bay Area person. A lot of graphic tees, sneakers, streetwear, hype brands, athleisure, puff jackets, all that kind of stuff. I wanted to move toward looking more put together and mature, but I honestly didn't really know where to start. I originally planned to stop in for maybe 20 or 30 minutes just to browse around and get ideas. Instead, I ended up spending over an hour there because Carlos, who I believe manages the store, was genuinely incredible. From the beginning, he actually listened to me. Not in a "retail employee trying to make a sale" kind of way either. He asked me questions about what I was trying to change, where I go, how I wanted to dress, what kind of look I was aiming for, and what I wanted to feel confident in. Then he started helping me put outfits together piece by piece. At one point it almost felt like I was getting a personal styling session. He was pulling jackets, shirts, pants, different combinations, explaining how things should fit, why certain pieces worked together, and even teaching me little things I honestly had never thought about before. He also re-measured me and double checked measurements I already had because he wanted to make sure everything fit correctly. He explained how clothes are supposed to sit on your body, how certain cuts should look, and what worked best for me specifically. That part really stood out to me because it felt like he genuinely cared about helping me improve my style instead of just selling me stuff. I also appreciated how patient and kind everyone was the whole time. They kept bringing pieces in for me to try, helping clean up the fitting room, giving opinions on outfits, and making the whole experience feel comfortable and collaborative. I even felt bad leaving clothes around and they kept telling me not to worry about it. Many months later, I still think about a lot of the advice and tips he gave me. I really have changed the way I dress since then. I've moved away from a lot of the graphic tee and athleisure-heavy stuff and toward a cleaner, more classic look. I still remember some of the outfit combinations he put together for me and I still use a lot of those ideas now. The way I put myself together now (much shaped by this experience) genuinely made me feel more confident in myself both just in clothes, as well as how I carry myself overall. That sounds dramatic for a shopping trip, but it's honestly true. Carlos gave me a level of attention, care, and sincerity that people rarely get. The whole experience felt personal in the best way possible, and I'm genuinely really grateful for it.

HOWEVER, it's incredibly awkward, annoying and desperately needs improvement. The way the registers are set up are cubbies on each side of the monitor/scanner/pinpad. This is so you can unload on the right side, scan in the middle, then in the bag on the left. The way this store is doing it, is the employee stands there awkwardly block the left side of the register, waiting for you to put your items on the table, max like 5 items because the table is very small. She scans, then hands it back to you...one. item.at.a.time. I am not even over exaggerating, this has happened the last 4 times I've been here. So not only am I unloading 5 items at a time, but I have to wait there for 1 item to be scanned then handed back, then I put it in the bag, until the table is cleared, then I add another 5 items and so on and so forth... If 5 below is adopting this new policy of having employees scan your items, wouldn't it make sense for them to then put them in the bag too? I mean...how does this model work when it's busy? It was actually insane how awkward and slow this whole ordeal was, it makes me not want yo go back and that sucks because my son and I like to go pretty frequently. I wouldn't even mind if an employee stood right next to me while I scanned each item. That would actually be less awkward than this ridiculous new setup.
