It a little Asian experience when you walk in. The selection of Asian candies and chips are impressive. It's like an Asian version of Five Below. Prices are a bit different. They have charts all down the different isle which explains how to read the prices. Covert it to dollars. Some things look like you could pick up at the dollar tree. While they do have loads of things. Homeware, gifts, food, snacks, decoration, supplies, toys and the list goes on. It's a fun little store to check out and browse. Im sure there's something that'll catch your eyes.

This is Daiso is always stocked up on their Sanrio items! That's usually what I come here for and I love how affordable everything is. I also love their stationary and beauty section! They have great finds. This location recently got a self check out kiosk also which is great.

Surprised I've never reviewed this place as I've been here many times but a fun place to shop for almost anything. Like an Asian dollar store - which I'm sure it's been called many times. Better quality but also more expensive. Can get really anything here from food to school supplies to home goods to stuffed animals. You name it. Place is clean, organized and well stocked. Fun place to just peruse.

Loved my visit to Daiso! It's like a Japanese Version of the dollar store. All items are $1.75 unless otherwise priced. I had so much fun walking up and down the aisles looking at all the cute items. I left with some Japanese drinks and some cute Disney pens. They had a lot of office supplies as well so I'm definitely going to go back and grab some of those. They have a lot of storage boxes, plushies, toys for kids, makeup, cleaning supplies, kitchen items, and more. The list goes on and on. Most of the items are priced in Yen but they have a pricing chart that you can easily compare it all to dollars so you know the correct pricing.

Store was stocked with lots of goodies I remember seeing sold out at other locations I've been to. The cashier was friendly and wish I could remember his name. I went on 02/05/2023 and I've been here before and it's a busy parking lot. I didn't buy much but I'm eating some cookies I bought and writing this review.

Came today to get some goodies for sushi plating. It was a bit crowded but everyone wore masks- there's plexiglass separating customers and staff. There's social distancing tape for the line to check out but otherwise, it was hard to socially distance from other customers in the store. Check out was a bit slow- 2 cashiers but also lots of customers to go through. They have hand sanitizer at checkout for you. Bags are 20c. No returns as sales are final. Everything for the most part is $1.50 except for the ones that have red price tags on them. Plenty of parking in the plaza.

Okay first timer going here and lemme say what a selection of stuff they have!!! Walking in they have shopping carts for your kiddos, going down each isle everything was well organized and clean! Selection wise they have lots to choose from, storage, beauty, tech, household items, school supplies, pets and of course snacks!! Most everything In the store is $1.75 unless other wise tagged and they have price breakdowns posted throughout the store so your not wondering. This is definitely a fun place to shop to find various goodies! I'll be back for more snacks!!

    Ask the Community - Daiso

Does their carts have a seat for children?

From what I can remember, no. They are small carts to fit in the aisle, also you can't remove them from the store. So either take your own bags so you don't have to pay for the plastic store ones

    Do they have plushies?

    Yes

    Do they sell Sanrio pens?

Bad news, No they do not.

    Do they have dasio clay?

    no they do not

Prices are fantastic, people are amazing and while not a ton people working at the Chatsworth or Northridge place at one time, they multi-task like no one's business. Okay, so while I came here to say how awesome this place is (I'm at either location once or twice a week), never had a bad experience. With all that said, the one star comments under this from two people (Birdee and Monica) make me realize how annoying they must be. Saw the reviews they both made on previous made and nearly all of them are one star so you both are entitled and don't understand what it's like for hard working people dealing with customers who blame everyone around them for things they can't control. You are why employees hate their job. Karen's at its finest. That "employee wearing wigs" has a name which I won't mention but she's amazing. She's run both locations like a pro and I've never seen her stop. I heard her one day talking to who I assume is a manager saying she was sick and was gonna lay down for her break/lunch. I would absolutely love to have her work in my department at my place of work. Kind, hard working, super sweet, and all of that while dealing with jerks like you two. Both of these locations are great. Go for yourself before you listen to any of these reviews, including mine :)

I like to come here especially for their electronics, such as the charger cables. I have tried different phone car tripods, but I do end up dissatisfied from the quality of them. I guess it makes sense for the price you pay them at. It's also pretty ideal for candy trips, cheap tshirts for adults and nieces or nephews. I can imagine Five Below coming through for emergency buys for travel essentials!!! They have a good spread of shampoos, deodorants, soap, wipes, brushes etc. There's even a ton of snacks and drinks to buy and for party planning you can come here too with balloons, gift wraps, boxes, etc. - easy self checkout area, with staff able to assist but they close like 3 registers and leave only 2 open even if there's a long line!!! - lots of parking but can be in a busy lot due to nearby businesses

Upon entering I noticed many toys and trinkets so I thought it's more like a store to buy things for the kids, however then I found an aisle dedicated to working out and all the stuff there was really nice. I mean I'm a girl and pink stuff is cute, and they had pink weights and things like that. Honestly, if I need a new yoga mat, or weights, or even a weighted vest, they have some nice options there. They also have a small area for hair accessories, and a couple aisles full of very nice looking art supplies, and then a giant area full of candy. I found some cute care bears stickers for me and a pack of balls for my dogs. Overall looks like a cute place to stop by for something affordable for a kid's birthday.
