Depending on what you're looking for, Daiso may have it at a very cheap price. But don't expect high quality or anything durable. You don't come to Daiso for that. You come to Daiso for fun stationary that features animals and heart-shaped whatever because everyone likes getting notes with animals and hearts. While in the area I visited this new location of Daiso at the Redmond Town Center, which is a nice addition since Redmond Town Center desperately needs more retail. The store was well-organized and clean, and there were employees stocking up items. It's always hit and miss for me at a Daiso because I don't really need much, but I do like to see what fun stationary they may have, in case a pug is featured, or if there's a lime green house accessory that I just have to have to match my lime green waste bin that I bought from here years ago for my bathroom. It's my kind of relationship with Daiso. They may have something fun and quirky here, but often times you're better off going elsewhere for something of quality and durability.

The aisles are nice and wide, making it easy to walk through and browse without feeling cramped. Everything always feels organized and easy to shop. My favorite sections are the purses, pet toys, and the home decor. They always have a great variety, and I love seeing what new finds have come in. Their seasonal decor is also always fun to browse, especially when they start putting out holiday items. They currently have Halloween stuff out, and it was so fun looking through all the spooky finds! The fitting rooms are available too, which is always convenient. Like any Marshalls, TJ Maxx, or HomeGoods, there are definitely some items that aren't the best quality, but if you take a little time to look, you can usually find some really great pieces that are absolutely worth it. That's part of the fun, you never know what you'll come across. The employees have always been friendly here during my visits. Just be prepared to be asked a lot about the TJX Rewards card at checkout, even if you're purchasing a small item. Overall, this is my go-to Marshalls, and it's the location I keep coming back to!

I especially loved browsing through all of the dishes and home goods. There were so many fun and colorful pieces that caught my eye. The store is huge and packed with clothing, furniture, home decor, dishes, and so much more, so there is definitely a lot to explore. I could easily spend hours wandering around and looking at everything. Such a fun place to thrift when you're in the mood to treasure hunt and find something special!

Their designated handicap…read moreparking was on the side of the building that had the entrance closed at the time we went; their lower displays of women's clothing, books, furniture, and accessories are so crammed in and packed together that it makes navigating with a walker, wheelchair, or stroller very challenging and truly impossible for certain areas; their men's, household, pets, children's books, children's clothes and other items are all located upstairs which makes access literally impossible for those with mobility issues or parents with strollers. The sheer volume of items on the floor and shelves makes this place a bit overwhelming, and I couldn't find any organization as far as their books go so if you love a long riffling through heaps of stuff then this is your place, but if you like more of an organized and accessible experience this is definitely a place I would skip. The prices range from a couple dollars, to $7.99 for most clothing, and up depending on the item. I'd say they're asking higher end for things, similar to a current Goodwill. I don't have direct experience with the service as neither me nor my companion purchased anything, but the clerks behind the checkout counter were talking amongst themselves as several people looked at the accessories in the area. I don't see myself going out of my way to come back here, unfortunately.

In my opinion, it's the best Dollar Tree in the area! There's also plenty of parking, and the location is surrounded by other convenient stops like Grocery Outlet, UPS Store, and Starbucks, which makes it easy to knock a few things off your to do list in one trip. This is definitely my go-to Dollar Tree, and I'm always happy to stop by!

DOLLAR TREE @ KIRKLAND…read more There is parking available right out front, and it's free. This Dollar Tree is also located in a plaza, so you can easily walk to many different places before or after shopping. I found a great parking spot right in front of the store. Walking inside, the store honestly smelled really bad, like someone's armpit, and it was throughout the entire space. It was a bit hard to breathe, but I just needed to grab two candles. It was a little difficult to find everything, and I do wish there were more staff walking around. Luckily, I was able to find an employee who happily guided us to the candle section. They actually have a great selection, and everything is cheap. I love their cards, small appliances, and seasonal décor. They have so many Christmas and fall items, and most things are around $1.30 now. Prices have definitely gone up a bit, so it's not exactly a "one dollar" store anymore, especially after tax. We grabbed the candles and checked out quickly. There were two aisles open, and the cashier was really nice, which I appreciated. Overall, the experience was good, but I did take off a star because the store smelled really bad, some of the items were messy, and the overall quality is just decent, which makes sense for the price.

It was my…read morefirst visit, and while I didn't end up taking anything home, I'm still glad I finally got to see what it was all about! This is definitely more of a furniture and home improvement focused store than the type of thrift store I usually gravitate toward. There were lots of larger furniture pieces, unique home decor, artwork, tools, paint, and more. I could see this being a really fun place if you're remodeling a room, furnishing a new space, or tackling a DIY project since you could easily pick up both the supplies and some one of a kind pieces in one stop. One thing that stood out was the artwork. There were some really fun and unique pieces hanging throughout the store that made browsing enjoyable. The biggest downside for me was the pricing. Some items felt reasonably priced, but quite a few of the larger furniture pieces seemed expensive enough that I found myself thinking you could buy something new for a similar price. Of course, that's going to depend on what you're looking for and whether you fall in love with a particular piece. The staff was incredibly friendly, though, and that definitely made a positive impression. There were signs throughout the store encouraging shoppers to ask for help reaching artwork or items on higher shelves, and everyone seemed genuinely happy to assist. Overall, it wasn't quite my style of thrift shopping, so I probably wouldn't make a special trip back. That said, if you're hunting for furniture, tools, or unique home pieces, it's absolutely worth stopping in to see what you might find!

The price label SOMETIMES tells you what the item is on items most people are not familiar with. I wish HFH would do that more often.
