I got to try Dalat's as part of the Too Good to Go app. It's wonderful that they participate, and it gave me the opportunity to try a wide variety of items. Everything was delicious! I had an avocado smoothie, sesame balls, a spring roll, a couple of pastry items, and matcha tiramisu. The staff is very friendly and the place is absolutely adorable. Can't wait to return for bahn mi!

This place is behind the Firestone on Southside Dr. next to a bakery. The food was light and filling. The coffee was the star of the show! The spring rolls with the peanut sauce were delicious! The service was polite. The seating is cute and comfortable. I will return to try more.

One of the best coffee shop. They really have grown the space in the last few years. It is such a cute vibe, great food and desserts too. Highly recommend their lunch special and weekend special for Bun Bo Hue. They have the sweetest staff as well.

Love this place for having Bun Bo Hue every weekend! That's hard to find at Vietnamese places in Louisville, as BBH is more of a seasonal dish. Dalat's also has good egg rolls (for kids), Combo Banh Mi sandwiches (for everyone else LOL) and cozy Pho w/ a lovely aroma. Tip: Try a unique & tasty Taro Ube Cream Coffee for a creamy and sweet bold snack!

Stopped by Dalats Viet Eatery & Cafe and tried the Taro Ube Cream Coffee. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's one of the smoothest, most delicious ube drinks I've ever had. Perfectly creamy, rich flavor, not overly sweet... just really well balanced. I didn't get food this time, but their menu looks insane and everything coming out of the kitchen smelled incredible. Already planning my return trip for pho because if the drinks are that good, I know the food is about to be next level.

Best Cafe in the Southend of Louisville! With the food selection to the drinks or just even the service, you can find anything you are looking for here. The best Vietnamese Cafe! You cannot go wrong here. It's very casual, you walk in and look over the menu and order right at the counter.

This place was excellent! Food and drinks were both well worth the drive we will definitely be back.

Food was very fresh and good. First time ever trying a fried sesame ball and it was . Strawberry Matcha is the way to go if you go the match route. Vibe check of the sit down area was really relaxing. Service was great also!

I have been to this place plenty of time since before they revamp. This was our go to for bahn mi sandwiches when during college days. This is the one of the Og places ar 3rd street for Vietnamese food and baked goodies. I highly recommend their bun bo hue which is only served on Sat and Sun. Their bun bot loc is good for to go but would recommend asking them to heat if it up first. This place is a hidden gem.

My new favorite pho and matcha spot. The banana cream matcha was very yummy ( the foam was thick and fresh). Lost for words for the pho must try. Great space for working from home.

This place has the BEST banh mi! The cashier is really good at giving recommendations and is so nice. The place has an amazing coffee shop vibe, with cute decorations and lighting. The food is amazing and I have been itching to go back already!!

I have loved the many versions of DaLat over the years. The latest version is a cafe that serves boba, banh mi, street snacks, noodles, with some bakery goods remaining. I got a bowl of Bun Bo Hue this time. It is filled with a big pork hock slice w bone, meatball, beef slices, tendon and a blood cube. It has not been reduced or "normalized" in any way! It was spicy and delicious. All of that was only $14.50. It was definitely worth the drive to the Southside! They also have egg coffee on the regular menu. They still have onion buns and hotdogs buns. I will definitely be coming back for more!

First time trying this coffee shop during their 4th year anniversary & Lunar new year celebration. They were very welcoming to all the different cultures wanting to immerse themselves in this celebration. The lion dance performance was super special for the children to see. The matcha I had was amazing and *not pictured was they're banh mi (sandwhich) which was very tasty ! Definitely recommend trying fairly new spot :)

We love getting the Iced Coffee there on our way to the Fruit Stand around the corner. Bang Mi sandwich is very good also.

Best 3 dollar Vietnamese sandwich in town, Vietnamese coffee is very strong. Don't drink at night or plan on insomnia.

Twelve years ago, my dear friend began breeding Goldendoodles: to produce dogs capable of changing lives and they did (Many Many Lives) One of those puppies is Ozzy. Ozzy isn't "just a dog." He is a highly trained guide dog by Custom Canines Service Dog Academy who gives his person, Kevin Kraly, the independence that many of us take for granted every single day. He is Kevin's eyes. His partner. His freedom. Recently, Kevin and Ozzy attempted to enter THIS restaurant together. Instead of being welcomed, they were turned away. They were asked for identification for Ozzy. They were told they could only dine outside only there was no outside dining . They were even told Kevin could come inside if he tied Ozzy up outside and left him there. Imagine being told to leave your eyes at the door. Let.that.sink.in. A blind man was told to leave his guide dog outside. Even after the law regarding service animals was shown and explained, entry was still denied. This isn't simply poor customer service. This is a reminder that many people with disabilities still face barriers that should not exist in 2026. The Americans with Disabilities Act protects the right of service dog teams to access businesses open to the public. These protections exist because guide dogs are not pets--they are essential medical assistance animals that allow their handlers to navigate the world safely and independently. No one should have to fight for basic access because they are blind. No one should have to defend the legitimacy of their guide dog. And no one should ever be told to leave their eyes outside.

First impressions: very clean facility, very warm and welcoming owner (Trieck was his name) and his adorable daughter doing homework by the cash register. He very kindly explained how he understands that vegetarian pho does not have meat And that he has the Buddhist version of the pho that his mom eats. I ordered to go because I wanted to run next door to their grocery section. I love me a good Vietnamese grocery store and products from all over the world. Pho is typically eaten at the establishment to make sure that the fix-ins and the method of consumption is 10 on 10 aka it does not hold very well when transported. I was happy to find that they had done such a great job packaging all the fixings and the soup. Very generous portions. I proceeded with the taste test. I have learned from my Vietnamese friends that you never add condiments to your soup right off the bat. You must savor the soup the way it is the first couple times to truly get all the flavors in before you start adding stuff . This was excellently seasoned broth base. The base was just perfect to me. After creating the whole experience at home, I can say I truly did enjoy eating pho from here. Good vegetarian phos are hard to come by and I will definitely return to try their other delicacies. If I had a couple words of wisdom, I think the soup could use a few more pieces of vegetables and tofu. But overall, I throughly enjoyed my meal and will return.
