The guy that picked up the phone was very friendly and courteous, he apologized for their online system being down and proceeded to take my order. One thing is the wait was over an hour. I guess it was to be expected with a delivery. But when I received the food it wasn't even hot. Not only that but the flavor just wasn't there. I spent $60 on food that was subpar at best. The spinach tortellini didn't have much flavor, nor did the cream cheese jalapeños. The quality of the food was just overall average. Drove by this place one time and we decided to come back to try it out. My husband loves pizza so we came on Father's Day and the experience was amazing! The slow cooked rosemary roast beef is roast beef perfected. They will make any pizza you want fresh. The people working here are kind and treat you like family. I had never had Dalia's Pizza before, butI thought it was pretty good...not as good as Round Table & certain others. They put out a good variety of pizzas as well as had lasagna, a salad bar, ravioli, fetuccine alfredo, chicken wings, & a few desserts. Overall, everything tastes pretty good. Tasty sauce, fresh pepperoni, everything one would expect and more. Well needless to say, Dalia's quickly became "our" place to gain a delectable, zesty, slice of pizza heaven. Dalia's moved into their present large restaurant, as you may know, but success has not diminished their efforts to offer the best pizza available. After trying many flavors offered, my now favorite is their BBQ Chicken. They offer "all you can eat" pizza in their spacious eating area, but have not taken advantage of this. Dalia was very helpful and took our yelp check in for 8.99$. Although this may be irrelevant, dalia whom this chain is named after was shockingly beautiful. Food- very good, good quality, fresh, better then cicis pizza. They had wings, pasta, ravioli, way more choices then I expected. They also customize pizza. Price -8.99 with discount and 9.99 without. Drinks are 2.49 Employees- came by table to help clean up table, asked if we needed refills and were very kind and attentive. I am a regular at this location and today just proves my why. The food is always excellent, I've never had a bad anything. I always get delivery, yes, I'm lazy when I get home from work, I don't feel like going out again, it happens with age. Ms. Dee, who answered the phone, is the best customer service woman ever! She was present, in the moment and she listened to me, not be as nice, as I should have.
