I stopped by Luna Grill in Rancho Cucamonga and had a really nice experience. I ordered the chicken kabob with double kale salad, and it also came with pita bread. Everything was fresh and my meal was pretty good. I didn't really care for the first sauce I chose for my chicken, but the staff was very accommodating and gave me a different sauce that I enjoyed much more. The customer service was great throughout my visit. The restaurant was fairly busy, which is always a good sign, but everything still seemed to run smoothly. They also have a nice selection of drinks, including specialty teas and lemonades, in addition to the regular fountain drinks. Another little thing I appreciated was that they have two restrooms and you don't need to ask for a code to use them. The restroom I used was very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my meal and the service. We love Mediterranean food, but unfortunately Luna was a miss for us. Tried to order through Yelp, not available. Tried calling restaurant, no luck. Downloaded the app and still unable to place an order. Walked in and placed our order but unable to use the coupons that the app had offered. The young lady at the counter didn't care to solve the issue. Finally food was ready and we ate outside on the dirty tables. (I brought a tablecloth because we were having a picnic). Overall the food is meh. The chicken had good flavor but their rice is bland. The beef gyro meat is dry and tasteless. I scheduled a mobile order and when I came into the restaurant to pick it up I noticed the cleanliness right away. As I walked to the front, I was warmly greeted and helped with a smile. I ordered the Bistro Filet Steak Kabob Plate and added a Chicken Kabob. Immediately I noticed the care put into the presentation of my food and appreciated the side separations in the container. Unfortunately the steak kabob was tough and not very flavorful. The chicken kabob was seasoned great and cooked well. The veggies that came with the steak kabob had a nice little char on them, and was definitely the star of the show. The spicy hummus and garlic feta was a nice compliment to the platter and their flavor helped balance out the lack of flavor on the steak, and the white rice (which I expected to come plain) Lastly, the pita bread was soft and delicious. Overall I did enjoy my meal, but for the price point, I wouldn't order this particular dish again. I'll definitely stick to just the chicken kabob plate for next time. read more

We ordered two byo bowls and she was completely clueless as to what goes inside them! How? We asked multiple times for medi pico and she looked loss as if she's never heard that. The food does come out very quickly. The food is fresh and light. Meats are not greasy. Well cooked and seasoned. Definitely felt healthy. The fries are absolute perfection. Rivals that of McDonalds. Absolutely crispy and fluffy and well seasoned. Their Chipotle sauce is really good. Goes good with the pita wrap, the Santorini bowl or the fries. Good amount of heat and salt and umami. They do come by and clear your tables regularly and frequently. Its a fast food but sit down type place. Reminds me of a wawa grill or a Chipotle or a Cava. read more
