Darn you, Dalia's! I wish your quality and taste would match your pricing. I ordered some wings, chicken fettuccine Alfredo pasta, and a side of Oreo cheesecake via DoorDash the other day and I was disappointed in every single aspect of my meal. For starters, the pasta was $14 for what was "chicken fettuccine Alfredo," however when I tried to place the order via DoorDash, it costed me another $1 to add chicken, making it $15. While this did include some garlic bread slices and a small side salad, the portion size of the pasta was a joke and I'm still searching for the chicken pieces. In all honesty, I counted and there were four mediocre-sized pieces. What a joke! Next, the wings were definitely burnt and then dosed in BBQ sauce. I can literally imagine the cook thinking, "Maybe she won't notice if I...." Gross. Lastly (and worse of all), I was craving something with chocolate as it's that time of the month so I ordered the Oreo cheesecake for $4.99. What arrived was a pre-packaged joke of a slice that I was able to pick up with two fingers. What they served was worth no more than $.99! I would probably come back. The Calzone was good and well made with my toppings noticeably included throughout. The free sauce on the side was a bonus. The size is good for the average price $14. I'm not losing my mind over the taste, so not a five star for me. Not a four star either because the inside of the store was noticeably grimy (slightly concerning) and I was unaware based on the menu and ordering process that ricotta cheese was immediately included. I really don't like ricotta, and I thought mozarrella only was standard, so partly my fault for not asking, and I guess they didn't do anything wrong, but I wish that the menu specified, or the owner (I'm assuming) double checked that was alright, before I ordered. The crust was crunchy and the sauce is tasty. Last night we tried the spaghetti and meat ball and meat lasagna. The girl told me the sauce was good and it was. I've been eating at this location for years but I didn't live nearby so it was a friend who ordered the food. That fiend is obsessed with this place. First off, their pizza is amazing. It's probably the best in Upland. Since COVID I've been trying to use contactless services and this place is on The Slice App. So I started ordering and driving over to pick up. The app is super easy and the food is always hot and ready pretty quickly. I'm driving from Ontario Airport area so it's always ready by the time I get there. They have a large selection of toppings. Dalia's has been around a long time, and typically their pizza is good. Lately it's been slacking. I recently got a pizza where the toppings were slid to one side, and while edible, was a 0 out of 5 star experience. Opted to give them another try and their pizza was cooked too fast which left the crust high and stale and toppings undercooked (pepperoni, mushrooms, sausage and cheese). It tasted like a Digorono pizza. Their service is friendly, but they have steep delivery charges. The delivery fees are second to the quality of the pizza because it's my choice to have it delivered. Otherwise their prices are fair. But again their pizza has been poor in taste and quality lately read more

This would be a one star, but they get one extra star because the pizza is decent. Service: We had our pizza delivered. It came at a ehhh...somewhat reasonable amount of time. But the driver was sooooo rude. He was a middle aged man with a shirt that looked like it hadn't been washed in a while (it was only noon when we ordered pizza). Not only did he never smile or even say hi, he just seemed like he was in a rush. My sister had ordered the pizza so I wasn't sure how much it was but I had money in my hand prepared to pay. So I asked him how much it was and he points at the money in my hand and says "that's good right there" so rude. I had to ask him again so he told me and then when I asked for change he just took off without giving me my change. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
