Unorganized place ordered Large pepperoni pizza and order of 10 pc hot wings and breadsticks .. Pizza was good . Asked for cheese and pepper packets didn't have any .. the 10 pc hot wings undercooked almost Raw.. breadsticks were burnt .to top it off called in the order estimated 25-35 min took over 1hr 30min should have just ordered pizza hut or Pappa johns.. will not order from Dalias again not upland. I ordered the meatball pizza and a sample platter. I haven't been to Daila's in years, but I used to love it growing up. Coming back was a very disappointing surprise. The $21 meatball pizza arrived with little pieces of meat. It would have been much wiser to save the money and just get cheese. They over charge for toppings. In the delivery process, I waited a half hour past the max delivery time before I called to check in. When I reach the man, I asked about an update for the delivery. With a quick, " yes, it's on its way" repeated 2 or 3 times as I tried to explain it had already been over a half an hour. Over priced food and rude customer service. I figured I would give this place a try since I was sick of the chain restaurants and the cheese wasn't giving me what I wanted there. Food is better than Domino's or Pizza Hut, but it's not awesome. Delivery time was good. It's hard for me to call most of what I get in CA "pizza". Thick doughy crust and sweet sauce is not my thing... it's similar to a Digiorno pizza from the freezer section in your local grocery store. AGAIN, it's better than Pizza Hut or Dominos for sure. So go for this instead of that. But if you want something cheap, this is not the place. read more

The food was decent and could have been much improved had the wings had more sauce, same for the pizza it was really dry and I had to double check if it even had any sauce in it. The taste was still good despite the lack of sauce. The side salad was absolutely amazing! Love their ranch sauce! Too bad they charge for the sauce. It was not included with the salad. The tiramisu was my FAVORITE part! I would order this place JUST FOR THE SALAD AND DESSERT. I usually order from Ontario but I took advantage of a 25% off coupon. read more

Phoned in an order. Was told 20 mins. 35 mins later finally got our food. We ordered lasagna with extra sauce (which comes with salad and garlic bread), an antipasto salad (mushrooms and olives on side)and an extra garlic bread. We got the extra order of bread but not the bread that comes with pasta. There were mushrooms and olives on the salad. The gal at the register said because we ordered extra sauce it made a mess (??) Their pizza is a definite 5 stars, but their pasta is a sad 2 stars. I'm not trying to be mean about it, but they're usually on their game! I called in to pick up my order. My wife and I decided to have pasta and it was way too saucy! My wife ordered the Lasagna. It comes with garlic bread sticks and a salad. Now her lasagna was topped with cheese and it was burned, cheese was floating in a puddle of sauce! I don't mind a bit more sauce, but this lasagna was drenched!! It seemed like the Lasagna was small surrounded by tons of sauce! My Chicken Parmasian pasta comes into two containers. My chicken was chopped into pieces, but my cheese was burned. I checked to eat my pasta in the other container and it had enough sauce. I was expecting to have a full piece of chicken, not in pieces, but nonetheless it was good. Delicious and fresh pizza always! Such a great hole in the wall pizza shop. I've tried things from their pizza dishes to meatball subs and have never had explosive flavor like this before. I love the managers special I usually order from the one in rancho...not this time my wife and I are stuck at work so I order from the upland restaurant, these guys suck. Not only do they charge extra for another topping but they forget to cut my pizza I mean really aren't you in the pizza business don't those come in slices??? When you order a pizza with 1/2 meat and the other half with meat, veggies and jalepeños and it's wrong... and you call and the manager is rude, immediately says it has no onions (which I didn't mention) and says it was delivered timely. Sure it was timely, it was wrong and he wouldn't even listen to the issue. First off, I ordered 6pc chicken strips and what I got was 3 pieces of soggy chicken. I also ordered their 10 pc wings and I don't even know what they gave me, would not call them wings! Came by because happened to have a 2 hour lunch break and saw the $5 take out pizza sign. I got a half cheese, half pepperoni pizza that was ready in 5 minutes to share with a friend, and a can of coke from the machine for $1. Aweessoomme! The owner was really friendly, if not a bit absent minded - didn't offer napkins and stuff. There were definitely NO cockroaches in the dough. haha. It's been 8 hours since I ate it and I don't feel sick yet. The dough is perfectly crispy and bready. It was piping hot, cheese nice and melted over the sauce and peperoni. I don't hate the Pizza Hut greasy kind of dough, but I prefer the Papa Jon's more bready type and Dalias is more like the latter. read more

A quick word to anybody that is going to order for delivery. Make sure you are not that hungry. I ordered a XL pepperoni pizza. Online it said it'll be 30 to 45 minutes, fine. I finally got the pizza and all the toppings have slid off the pizza and all over the box. Obviously this doesnt make me happy. I call down to complain and the guy on the phone felt really bad. I let him know that im pretty sure the pizza looked fine when he pulled it out of the oven and this has to be a problem with the delivery driver. They got me another pizza for free and it came in about another 35 to 40 minutes. So, just a friendly reminder, try to order before you get really hungry, because you might have to wait over an hour to eat. read more

This is one of our fav take out pizza places. I know most people that grew up in California will probably hate this place. But it is similar to east coast style pizza that I prefer (I said similar not is). Their pizza is thinner crust than the average place and the cheese is not piled up too high. Their prices are very reasonable - even after their recent price hikes. read more
