We have been coming to this location for YEARS, I mean something like 10 years. My husband actually bought a bike here in 2015, and they were awesome then. We pop in where there are rides (like this past weekend) or special events as they are a bit far from where we live now. It's an older dealership, so it's a bit on the small side, as far as HD dealerships go. However, staff is friendly, and they seem to be well stocked for the square footage. Basically, if you are on the east/southeast side of Dallas County, this is probably your closest HD location. I do have to warn you, it's a bit tricky getting to the actual location. You have to exit Centerville, then go past it, turn in and come around back. But if you are paying attention, you'll be fine. Just be careful for the drivers on 635. Seriously, it's almost like they are trying to take out the bikers. But I digress... If you are in the area, and looking for a new scoot, go check them out. I'm sure they'll have something for you.

I just moved back to Dallas, and I was trying to figure out a way to live here without a car. I…read morethought about the DART, but that's not really feasible for after dark. I bought a bicycle, but then the brakes went out after five miles. I decided to get a scooter. Why the heck not? It's cheaper than a used car, and they get about 90 miles per gallon. I bought my scooter from Motion Cycle Sports. I did my research, and I called about 10 different Yamaha dealers around the Metroplex to get prices. Most of them operated like sleazy car dealerships, but Motion Cycle Sports was different. When I called and told them the price I'd been offered, the salesman told me to ask the person for his best "out the door" price, including tax, title, licenses, and other fees. He also told me his best out-the-door price. I called the nine other dealerships I'd been talking to, and only one was able to match the price, beating it by about $10 after talking to several managers and getting various approvals. Because the guys at Motion Cycle Sports had been really upfront about their price, and didn't make me do the sleazy, dirty haggling dance, I decided to go with them. I couldn't be happier. Everyone seemed really honest, and nobody was overly pushy. They actually introduced me to all the people working there, so I know all the technical people who will be working on my scooter if I ever have to bring it in. I highly recommend Motion Cycle Sports for anyone in the market for a motorcycle or scooter.

Worse place for motorcycle repairs. I had a recall part on my bike and brought it to them. 2 weeks…read morelater i got it back..took the bike home and then i open the tank and airbox out to see if they really changed out the tps. Not very surprised. They didnt changed it. Took it back to them and they kept arguing that they did. Then i told them before i took it to them i made a special mark on both tps to make sure if they had replaced it. Also technitian knows nothing about the r1. Saying hes been doing it for more than 15 years and yet every question i asked him he had to open the book. I knew everything off my head and im just getting into bike repairs. Good luck to anyone that wants to get their bike repair there.
