Over the past three years we've been having problems with our a/c units cooling. Every year, I would call out the people that originally installed the units and have them put in freon and do "maintenance" for both systems. The last time they came out, they said "yeah, there's a leak in your system somewhere, but we can't find it." Instead of finding the leak and solving the problem, they just added freon and gave a me another bill for hundreds of dollars. This time, I called Dallas Supreme Air Services and Jacob came out and inspected the system. What he found were failing coils and bad part installations inside the units. In the case of the upstairs unit, wrong parts were used to build the system which now explains why the upstairs never really cooled as it should and would appear to run constantly in the summers. Jacob installed two new American Standard 4-ton units, along with new thermostats and APCO UV-C lights, which help keep coils clean and purify the air in the home. Jacob was able to tear out our old a/c systems and install the new ones in less than a day. He was able to answer all our cooling concerns and provided exceptional service. I just had my first experience using a service company of any kind as I'm young and am a first time home owner. My parents don't live near me and don't have any guy friends to help me with my air conditioner. When I bought the house everything was working fine but last week I turned on my air conditioner and it wasn't blowing cold air so I had to call someone. A friend at work said to call Dallas Supreme Air that they've been using them a long time and their great people, so I called. They scheduled a tech to come out the following day so as I could meet them after work. He was very nice didn't make me feel more nervous than I was and said it was just a minor thing and fixed it and also checked everything else out to make sure was good. Jacob with Dallas Supreme Air Services took the time to educate me about how best to install UV equipment in my air conditioning unit in a way that not only makes sense but also saved me costs in the process. Knowing that a bad UV install can make the difference between damaging my A/C unit and effectively minimalizing bacteria and improving my air quality was paramount information to discover. The fact that he willingly took the time to provide this information even though I live in California just shows the amount of integrity, dedication to customer service, and character of how he runs his business. After my experience I'd be happy to recommend him to anyone and everyone I know just to be able to get an honest opinion in a day where Contractors can be greedy and dishonest in order to make a better profit. A good friend of mine referred me to Supreme Air Service, she has been using them for years. I was having trouble with my air conditioner not blowing cold air, I called them the guy that answered was Chris. He was very polite and was able to get out to my house within a couple of hours. He diagnosed the problem fairly quickly, my air conditioner was pretty old I'd say 15 years old LOL so needless to say we replaced it. They were back out the next morning with a nice new unit and had my home cooling ever so nicely. The guys were terrific, cleaned up after themselves too. When we got home Saturday from a hot soccer game to a hot house I thought I was going to die. My neighbor referred me to Dallas Supreme Air, she said they use them and they have always done a good job and were fair and honest people. I called them and they came out within an hour, which I found surprising being a Saturday in middle of summer so right there they were already making me happy. The technician was very nice, looked over everything and said it was a bad capacitor and was able to replace it right then and there and had me cooling again rather quickly. He recommended I change my filter and clean the unit outside. Price seemed affordable and I will most definitely call them again if ever needed. read more

I called Supreme Air Monday to have my AC serviced it just didn't seem to be cooling real well. I'm a new home owner and am not to sure what to check and watch for. The tech Chris came out the same day was very nice told me my air filters were extremely dirty and needed to be replaced and that I should do that monthly especially during the hot months when it runs a lot. I didn't realize they were there and had to be changed, learned something new. He also cleaned the outside unit, charged it with a little bit of Freon and that was it. He was very polite and gave me lots of pointers and showed me what to do, didn't make me feel dumb which I did because I didn't do them. I will def us them again. read more

I hav used this company at my home and office. In both cases the owner came out and gave the original estimate and was there for the completion of the work. He also appeared a week later to check on the functionality of the install. He spent time talking with me about what I wanted versus what I needed and he saved me money on equipment twice (as I was trying to over-complicate the system). A year after the first install, one unit had a manufacturer short and he came out and fixed it the same day, never sent me a bill. He said "I may not be the cheapest but my work is good quality" and I have found that to be true. read more

I don't normally leave a review but I felt these guys deserved one. I called late yesterday evening after I got home from work and noticed my AC wasn't working. Of course I panicked because I have little ones and didn't want to sleep in a hot house and be home all day today without cold air. Chris came out an hour later replace a part I think its called a capacitor and had it up and running again in no time. I appreciated their prompt attention and his was so very nice. This was my first time using Supreme Air, a friend of mine had recommended them and she was right there are good and fair. When I had got home yesterday I noticed it was very hot the thermostat was reading 85. The air blowing out wasn't cold, my first thought was ahhhh great another expense I hope not a bad one. When I had called the guy was very nice and said he could get there within an hour and he did he check it all out and replaced a small part and had it up and cooling in no time. Supreme Air installed my new hvac system this past Wednesday and did a fantastic job. I had gotten two other estimates theirs was actually right in between. I decided to go with them because I seemed to trust them more than the other places. They were genuine, honest and nice clean cut guys. They got the work done in one day, cleaned up after themselves and seemed to do it all in a timely manner, the price was very fair and the equipment I got came with a 10 yr warranty and they offered a 1 warranty, which was better than the others too. I have had SEVERAL emergencies where they came out the same day and got me up and running for a very fair price. Couldn't have been happier with the service I received yesterday on my AC. I called after I got home from work when I walked into a 90 degree house and my air wasn't blowing cold.
