The Damascus cafa is def 10/10 on the drinks! ( food is great too) My pistachio latte with cold foam is phenomenal! Go try it

    Damascus Cafe !

Damascus Cafe is finally here !! The baristas were so welcoming and inviting. We got a biscoff latte and it was so creamy and definitely reminded me of the good old times back at Starbucks. Starbucks doesn't compare when they have Damascus falafel in the very same room. Finally an amazing lunch right next to a delicious coffee. Me and my partner Lotus go here all the time and it always hits the spot. Their customizable wraps means you can get a different experience ever. Single. time. Get the FRIES!! And now with a loyalty card, that works with both Damascus cafe and falafel, you can earn some good savings !

By the reviews I saw it seemed like a good pick. Place is clean and the staff is nice. The portion for the wrap is very little but the plate portion is huge for a couple bucks difference. They have a fridge with juice, yogurt drinks, pop. They also have a fountain drink machine not sure why if everyone grabs pop from the fridge. The taste of the food is great and I would do five stars but when walking to get napkins you can smell cigarette smoke inside restaurant.

Another place off the interstate for good Middle Eastern food such as falafel. Damascus Falafel is one of the many places around Willowbrook that has similar cuisines that are healthy. It has quite a lot to choose from and with pretty affordable prices. Has savings with the combos. There's lots of vegetarian friendly items. Came in to get carryout. It was for dinner so I needed a lot. The combo meals were a good way to get a lot for a better price. It has a few to choose from. There's meaty and vegetarian friendly options. I got the Falafel Wrap Combo. It's $6.39 for the pita. The combo meal is a little more at $9.98 for a value. It comes with a drink and fries. This meal is good for a few people. Getting food here makes for a fast carryout. It's also good to dine in because you can get free refills. They need to have ketchup and not just the mayonnaise or yogurt based sauces for the fries and other sides.

I ordered via UPER EAT 6 items few days ago. The food tested horrible and definitely not authentic. I am middle eastern and I know how real middle eastern should taste like. They answered me back through UBER eat reviews in a very rude and unprofessional way and blocking me from replying which is very immature. My answer to there feedback would be that I am absolutely not going to order from your restaurant again and you do not need to worry about that. Who would want to pay for food that is old, tasteless and vapid!!

I was looking for somewhere new to try out and ran across Damascus Falafel. When we got there I realized it was basically a Middle Eastern Chipotle, which is really cool because you get a customized meal. First you choose between wrap, plate, or bowl. You pick a base, either rice or bulgur. Then you pick your protein. Then choose between various toppings. (Like Chipotle, some toppings cost extra.) Finally, you choose a sauce. Pro tip: you can mix sauces for extra awesomeness. I got a steak bowl with garlic sauce and chipotle mayo, which was superb. My wife got a chicken wrap with garlic sauce, which she enjoyed. Because it's kind of a fusion place, I liked that our dishes were different than what we usually get at Middle Eastern restaurants. For example, I got banana peppers and black olives in my bowl, and bulgur instead of the usual rice. Plus, it wasn't dry like some other places. Really enjoyed the food here. Service was friendly, parking was decent, and seating was ample.

Decent food. A but on the pricier side for what it is.

Great service. Price is a bit high considering what it is. Def should try it though!

Some of the best falafel I've ever had! The red pepper humus is also very good, can't wait to go again.

This is a great place for a quick bite. I wish there were more options for those of us who cannot consume dairy products though.

Ask the Community - Damascus Falafel

Can you get a sandwich with pita instead of the obligatory wrap?

Thanks for your question, For now, we don't have a pita sandwich, hopefully to add that in the near future.…

It was juicy, delicious, perfectly prepared. I got it with a salad on the side, which was ideal for me. We also had the Lebanese hummus which was a bit different than the 'traditional' one we usually get but very good in, obviously, a different way. The staff was helpful and on top of things. It took a little bit for them to prepare everything but I'm willing to wait for something fresh and hot like what we were served.

Kabob Q is another place for this cuisine in Willowbrook. Has fairly good portions on the various preparations such as bowls. The prices aren't bad as long as you don't order a lot. Came while driving by and thought to stop here because we had never been here. It has a kind of interesting concept as it's like it's two restaurants in one. These are connected to each other and pretty much are the same place. On the one side is this with the Middle Eastern food. The other side has pizza. It offers toppings such as falafel. We wanted actual Middle Eastern food so we chose the Kabob Q side. Cleanliness is an issue. Tables weren't cleaned off and it smelled like old trash. Both of us got a Falafel Bowl. It's $7.99 and comes with fries, rice, or salad. This also has the choice of 4 toppings. Among the ones we chose were vegetables that sounded good on it. These included cucumbers and olives. Certainly we could get back here. It has pretty big portions. The place is kind of dirty, and the food isn't as good as other places, and it makes sense that prices are as low as they are here because it's not as high of a quality.
