I sent my paperwork in after not getting any instruction on what the next steps would be. When i didn't get any reply to my messages i asked that my paperwork and financial info i sent be destroyed as i decided to use another service. In response, i got an email from a Connie with just an excuse how there is only one person working in the office and they were on vacation. They didn't care that they were losing business. It was an "oh well sorry " kind of attitude. I too, am a small business and i know that if i don't communicate with my clients they will go somewhere else. That's not a risk a small business should take. Sometimes as a small business you have to work harder to prove yourself. This was very disappointing and disheartening. Needless to say Alhambra now has my business when i really wanted to support locally.
