No one returns calls, emails that are returned are very frustrating and handled unprofessionally. When I called and questioned my bill I was spoken to by Connie with a very condescending attitude and when she finally listened and saw the error. There was no apology just a very curt tone as if I was bothering her. Then the next statement was wrong yet again!! My previous payment was not applied. ReadyRefresh is owned and operated by Nestlé Waters North America and have an average rating of 1-star to 1.5 stars at all the locations I reviewed. I found out they were taking a long needed vacation and they let customers know they highly recommend that I take my PC service to Josh's shop 'What Ya Break', in Marina, CA right at the mouth of reservation road. Josh did an excellent and cost effective diagnoses on my old PC and helped me design out and build a new, quieter and more energy efficient PC going forward with an intel i5 Hex CPU, DDR4 memory, MSI motherboard and other important parts moved over from my older machine. It Works Most Excellent. So quiet I do not even know it is on ! Color me happy.

Very disappointed with the communication and overall service from this company. I was told one…read morething, while my tenant was given different information, which created unnecessary confusion. After the technician completed the filter service, my water filtration system was not working properly. I contacted the owner expecting them to stand behind their work and help troubleshoot the issue. Instead, without performing an official inspection of the system, I was quickly told that the resin likely needed to be replaced and was quoted approximately $500 for another service visit. My system is only about 5-6 years old, so I was concerned that such an expensive repair was being recommended without properly diagnosing the problem first. We later discovered on our own that the actual issue was that the filtration system settings had not been set correctly after the technicians changed the filters. Once the settings were corrected, the system worked. My biggest concern is the lack of communication and proper troubleshooting. Before recommending a customer spend another $500, especially immediately after your technicians serviced the system, I would expect the company to first verify that the work was completed correctly and that the system settings were properly configured. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.
