I started off by buying some 5 gallon bottle lids off of Amazon. And as a test run I skipped my deliveries from Refresh, cleaned out my empty bottles and went and refilled those a couple of times to make sure this was what I want to do. And it is. I can't continue to throw money at Refresh in exchange for terrible service, mediocre water, etc. First and foremost, cleaning and filling my own bottles cost me half the price of what I was paying for with Refresh and I had the lowest end of water offered from them. Yes, it means a little extra work and hauling those jugs upstairs but it's really not that hard. I could use the exercise anyway. lol Buying your bottles is a little on the pricey side but not horrible. I found mine on Amazon and there are plenty of places to buy them around the area (you may even be able to buy them there, I have yet to go inside and check it out). The caps I bought were inexpensive and work surprisingly well. They actually work better than the crappy seals Refresh was putting on my bottles that would leak the entire time they were being stored, before using them. I have never had to wait when I go and I have gone at several different times. The machines are on the exterior of the building. The change machines take $1's, $5's, $10's (I can't remember if they take $20's) and quarters (not sure if they take other change). I just wish they had a card swipe option but it's not a deal breaker. There are several machines, so I just pop all four bottles into the machines at once and then start putting my money in and let them fill as I go. It's super easy and quick. The water tastes clean and fresh and I have had zero issues using their machines compared to five months worth of fighting with Refresh for a variety of things from leaving empty bottles behind for 5 months straight, not delivering what I asked for, leaking bottles, horrible service, etc. So, half the price and zero headaches for good tasting water? Yes, please. Do yourself a favor and get rid of Refresh, put a little extra work in and for half the price you have tasty headache free water.

Facing a weekend with no water, Andrew was able to arrange for a driver to fill my tank on short notice but we discovered an additional plumbing issue and couldn't fill the tank on the first try. We feed the cats, cook, feed the plant, and even set our parents up with the water. Best tasting water especially because my childhood dream is to have cold water on demand and now I'm living my dreams with Water World. Excellent customer service- these people will get you your water when you need it! For water that is as crisp/ clean as this- I would pay big bucks. Luckily the pricing is VERY fair even below market value IMO Texted for a water delivery over the weekend and received it today. I like the efficiency

Unfortunately, my experience was incredibly frustrating from start to finish. It took over a month just to get my deliveries established and running consistently. Once deliveries finally began, I encountered ongoing billing issues. The company repeatedly withdrew money from my bank account, sometimes totaling more than $300 in charges. Whenever I questioned the charges, they pointed to a long list of junk fees. I've never seen so many junk fees on an invoice, especially considering they already charge $17.99 per bottle of water. To make matters worse, I was charged for water that was never delivered. Trying to resolve these issues was nearly impossible because it was extremely difficult to reach someone who had the time or ability to review my account and explain what was happening. Reliable delivery, accurate billing, and responsive customer service are the bare minimum expectations for a water delivery company. Unfortunately, Water World fell short in all three areas. I cannot recommend this company, and I would strongly encourage anyone considering their service to carefully monitor their invoices and bank account for discrepancies.

The installation includes a 1-year service warranty, which has proven very helpful. Side note, if you add a mineral cartridge to your RO system and that RO system supplies an existing copper water/ice line to a refrigerator, be sure to have the ice line replaced with polyethylene tubing. If not, the minerals will degrade the copper ice line, resulting in leaks. Many thanks to José for the super job he did capping our old copper ice line and replacing it with under cabinet-mounted polyethylene tubing--works great, can't see the tubing, no leaks! Many thanks to Niko for resolving a problem we had with melted potassium in the reservoir tank for our softening system. Niko was very patient as he explained the problem and showed me step-by-step how to fix the issue myself if it happens again. He also tested the water until the results confirmed that the problem was resolved. Many thanks to Angel for taking service calls cheerfully and with kindness and efficiency. I really appreciate the great service my family has received from De Anza Water Conditioning. I would hire them again without reservation.

Our Kinetico system was effecting a major water leak (600 gal over ~28 hours), and I tried reaching them at different numbers after hours; a representative contacted me from each of those lines and set up an appointment the following day, 8a-12p window. Our technician Sonny Vigil arrived at 9AM, very professional and respectful. He explained his triage per step, replaced parts and fixed everything up without hassle. Shared tips about the filtration system and general troubleshooting. He additionally performed a full system checkup and replaced our filters as part of the same service visit; we would've otherwise run out of potable water shortly. Serviced everything efficiently and effectively. I had originally planned to get to work in the afternoon, but everything was resolved and ready to go by 10:30AM.
