I thought I would start off with that description because that's the first thing that 'struck' me when I had my first bite. I've had my share of thin pizzas....this was the thinnest. My only minor critique of my dish was that the pork was a bit fattier than I prefer and wasn't cooked as crisp as I'd like, but the flavor was still great.
