I had an elderly dog that was very sick during her last days, a new dog with a urinary problem. I contacted Dan to clean my rugs for me. Wow!!! I am not kidding when I say my rugs are the cleanest they have been since I bought them. The guys got spots out that other companies had told me were impossible to get out and had charged me extra. We had our 2 story house cleaned this evening and our tech was Dave. He did a wonderful job cleaning our dirty carpets. My Rottweiler liked him too. She wanted to give him kisses and if I allowed her she would have rolled on her back (smh)... But that is when you know you have a good person in your home. We have always used Dan, Dan the Carpet Man and have always felt the price was reasonable. We strayed away once using a company that offered a great deal...but you get what you pay for or not..so needless to say we will continue to use Dan, Dan the Carpet Man. Great experience working with this company! Fred, my sales/scheduling contact, is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to on the phone. Jimmy was my cleaning technician, and he was super professional and pleasant when he came to clean my carpets in my 3 story townhouse - even after a long, full day of working a big project at another home. My carpets look practically new, despite being 10 years old. I just signed up for the tile cleaning and sealant with Dan Dan for all of the tile in my house. Don't waste time & money on the "deals" from bargain sites...Dan Dan is fairly priced, there are no surprises when they come to your house. And ladies - we all worry about this, whether we say it or not - but I felt very comfortable and safe with the tech in my house, and I was alone at the time. But overall, great experience, and I'm glad to have a "go-to" deep cleaning service for practically everything in my house for the future. There are so many carpet cleaning companies to choose from so I read the reviews and went with Dan Dan and am so glad I did. We have a two bedroom condo on the second level and needed the carpets cleaned in a hurry. Not only did Dan Dan accommodate me right away but went above and beyond in explaining the process, sticking to his word and getting the job done efficiently! Alex came over and worked hard making my carpets look great! Just a small piece of advice, if there is a distance between your home and the street let Dan know. The cleaning hoses run from the truck and it needs to reach your home. Alex didn't have enough when he arrived. After a brief conversation with Dan. From the scheduling of the appointment, to the technician arriving on time, giving out information on drying and care of carpet afterwards, this job was all very professional. Alex spent so much time on the trouble spots in our family room, and the results were amazing. Honestly we were about to change out the carpet in that room, but now we do not have to. Oh my goodness! Alex did a fantastic job! Cleaned my area rug, and turned my grout back to white. My tile and carpet look and smell brand new! I had a great experience with Dan the carpet man. They did as promised and my carpet's look amazing. I recently just bought my house and the carpets haven't been cleaned for years. I wasn't hopeful that they would be able to get up everything that could be seen by the naked eye, but they did that and more. What an incredible company! After lackluster experiences with other carpet cleaning / home service companies, Dan Dan the Carpet Man not only rose to the occasion but exceeded all my expectations. He was very friendly and easy to deal with from the beginning, handled scheduling the same day, and his two man crew was excellent. They arrived on time, explained the job specifics, answered my questions, and gave good advice of what to expect after the job was completed. They were very friendly, handled dealing with our dog well, and cleaned up after themselves beautifully. The house looked better after they left! Couldn't be happier with their service. Also they're a one stop shop - they were able to do our dryer vent cleaning the same day. And then got more good advice about how to improve/save money on keeping it clean!
