TOTAL SCAM…read more They advertise a competitive rate, NEVER tell you that it's an introductory rate- in fact, they explicitly tell you that rates "might go up just a little over time, depending on market conditions", and then they DOUBLE your rate after three months. When I called and brought this to their attention, the employee behind the counter had the audacity to respond with "ok, what would you like to do?" Um, what would I like to do?? I would like to deal with a reputable company that treats it's customers fairly and transparently...that's what I would like to do. Moving my stuff out next week.
