After a not-so-good tuning from another piano tuner earlier this year (who broke a string and blamed the piano's age on the string's condition and also as being the problem of why it did not hold the tuning 3 months later), I reached out for a second opinion and re-tuning from Well-Loved Piano. Best decision I made this year! Not only did Kenny assess the condition, he replaced the broken string and tuned the piano to perfection, but also fixed the root cause of a long time sticky key that was able to be replicated on my test-play before he left. From what I read, they are the largest piano store to offer Yamaha Fazioli Bechstein and Bosendorfer pianos. In addition, one would find many used restored Steinway pianos.
