The new owners are not the same, and noticed bugs, bugs and more bugs on almost every plant I picked up. I asked where they get their plants and they wouldn't answer me. I think they are buying poor quality plants and charging the Hardy Boy prices. Good luck with that! I spoke with the staff and they admitted that they are having a fungal nat problem. I couldn't find one plant that didn't have bugs when checking the stems. Lots of stressed out plants too. Will never come back. Sorry. Too bad since it's a cute store and even shopping at the old location.

Unethical business. 1) Brought mower in to have the…read morecarburetor rebuilt. They did, but also charged me for a tune-up without my permission. 2) Started it the next day and the engine was smoking. Turns out they forgot to add oil during the tune up that I never asked for. 3) Brought it back in since they didn't believe me. They added oil and I went on my way. Between the ride home and overnight, all the fuel had leaked out. 4) Brought it back in and they fixed the fuel line, but by morning, most of the oil had leaked out into our garage. 5) Brought it back in for a 4th time and they explained something else was broken. Not sure how they managed to create more problems then fix. Power at Hand is now the laughing stock of my neighborhood since I had to borrow neighbor's mowers all summer long. Condescending, rude, and inconsiderate sums up this place well.

Google had the closing time listed as 6 PM and I arrived at 4:50 PM, not knowing the store adjusted their hours to close at 5 PM. The owner then repeated that they close at 5, "it's cold, and I want to go home." I said I could just take a quick lap around then to which the owner responded with "good." Overall, not the vibe and not as cute as it appears from the outside.

Went to Datura specifically looking for a plant. We had questions about plant care and waited around for 15 minutes without a single offer of help. Eventually we decided to leave. Honestly, if they can't manage two customers in the store at the same time, I can't imagine how they'd handle a busier day. Pretty disappointing experience.

Most of the stock here are common house plants you can find at any big hardware stores, and you'd likely find them for a fraction of the price and in healthier conditions. There was a real struggle vibe here - just a lot of dried out plants, leggy in low light with significant dried undergrowth that needed to be cut off and discarded, a lot of long trailing vines with leaves only at the tips. We saw dead plants in the sale section, not fit to sell. And more dead plants by the entrance. Overall, not a relaxing experience.

They have whatever you will need for decorations, weddings, prom corsages and boutonnières, you name it. Prices are reasonable and flowers are always gorgeous.
