She did an awesome job on my hands but she did a super wonderful job on my feet. She took all my callus off perfectly. Some places are too rough and that can be a painful experience. I loved that she kept checking to see if she was doing enough. As for the place, it is super clean and relaxing. It was very well needed. Will be back when I have the chance.

My friend and I were immediately greeted and welcomed once we walked in. We wanted gel pedicures and got sat in the chairs very quickly. There was no wait! The nail techs, Bill and Cindy started working on our nails and were very nice and friendly. Bill did a wonderful job on my pedicure and made sure I had a great experience. Cindy did my friends nails and she was so kind. Inside the establishment is very clean and pretty. The massage chairs are so nice. None of the customers were watching the game, yet the staff reacted to it as if they were at a sports bar. The constant yelling and loud outbursts became so distracting that they gave me a headache. I even put on my headphones to try to block out the noise, but then realized I shouldn't have to do that just to enjoy a manicure and pedicure. A salon should provide a calm, relaxing environment where customers can enjoy their services. These people were rude and disrespectful. This wasn't an isolated incident. On previous visits, I've also experienced staff members laughing and carrying on very loud conversations with one another during my appointments. While it's nice to see employees enjoying their work, the focus should remain on creating a pleasant, peaceful experience for customers. The one bright spot was the woman who performed my pedicure. She was kind, professional, and did an excellent job. I truly appreciated her service. I hope management will recognize that the customer experience should always come first.
