I think the owner should just stick to colors/ curling (that's apparently the main style on her IG page, which is pretty don't get me wrong, but the service I went in for was just a waste of time for me). It lasted less than an hour, and my hair was long, thick, and frizzy. The "deep condition" felt like regular shampoo treatment as it was a quick wash. The blow out part is what disappointed me the most, I had to go home and retouch it with a straightener. It was like she didn't care about the special she ran. It was in and out, quality of service was not there, and my hair was just blown out without using a straightener after, and that's why it sucked. You would think, for a person w/ a hair business, they'd know to use a flat iron after initially blowing it out. Oh well. I left w/ frizzy hair, and rushed home to literally straighten it myself, although the whole point of the appt was so I didn't have to do it myself. *UPDATE*: owner replied to me (below) and through text pretty quick. I just wanted to make a note that it's nothing personal, and she was very nice during the appt, I just don't recommend for people w/ thick waves/ frizz to expect a smooth finish. A blowout does not have to include an iron after, but I honestly think it should just be known to smooth out the hair when it's coarse and thick like mines is for quality purposes. I've done lots of blowouts and the stylists normally end it that way because of the hair I have. I should have said something after the appt, but I didn't want to pay more if I had to ask to straighten it. But then again, I guess it wouldn't have hurt to ask so that's a fail on my part. Changing the star rating since it was acknowledged. But quality was still not there for me.

Just make sure you give yourself time just in case the market across the street causes some traffic on the way. I did highlights and it only took 3 hours which made me happy! Loved Brianne! I was able to get a quick last minute appointment for a trim. Even though we had…read morenever met before Brianne knew who I was when I walked into the salon and greeted me right away. The trim took all of 45 min for a wash, cut and blow dry. Cut was exactly what I asked for and Brianne even offered a few suggestions on my layers. Salon was clean and friendly inside. Parking was easy. FYI salon is next to the gym in the back of the lot. Took me a min to figure out where it was as my gps kept taking me to all different spots in the parking lot.

(She's super busy, and it took me about a month to get a session) Located literally minutes from my home, it was awesome to have a great salon so close! Parking is sorta scarce since it shares a space with other businesses. You walk upstairs and immediately see it on the right. Inside, it was nice and clean! Pink and black walls with cute simple decor. The wait was about 10 minutes, since she was running a little late. (She texted me in advance to let me know!) Once I hopped into the chair, she asked me what I wanted done. I decided to do a purple ombré, not too vibrant, not uber crazy. She got it and immediately got to work. She made me totally comfortable and was super friendly! She also had Harry potter playing while I waited for the color to set in. (AWESOME, YUS HARRY POTTAAA) it took about 15 minutes on each side then washed. The result was AMAZEBALLZZZZZ. Gahhhhhh. Haha! She did exactly what I wanted and curled it for a more awesome effect.
