I also explained that my bite was not corrected based on the filling that had to be drilled after the initial placement (without any nerve blocker to control discomfort). The doctor said, "you can handle it". To date my bite is not correct. Also, the night guard I was sold for $600+, I was never told how to keep it clean or much about its use. No one ever answers the phone. I have watched 3 people walk in and out due to no one at the front desk. I've seen a customer walk in and sit for 20 mins without someone coming to the front desk. One hygienist goes back and forth from the back to answering phones and checking people out. I was quoted incorrect pricing for services after contacting my insurance company to verify. This also was noted on Google reviews and other reviews that this happened to others. The dentist is nice but that does not make up for the insensitivity of the workers and the establishment. My last appointment, I waited for 48 mins. No one said, we will be with you, or there is a problem sorry for the wait, it may be a long wait would you like to reschedule. Nothing.
