This is the customer service you will be receiving. There's no kindness, no consideration. I have NEVER had this experience before. Again, others are to blame, but not the company. 9/28/26---Update---This was in fact another HARD inquire, as stated on my credit report, which I pulled. As of this evening at 9pm, no updates. Nothing has been resolved, even though this is the error of this company. I didn't send a threating email. I told them I'd be leaving a review so others would know to stay away from a company that has a motto of "we care" and "hold us to our word" yet when you try to address their error, they're very defensive and want to put the blame on the customer/potential customer. Calling me late in the evening and pressuring me to remove a review that is based solely on my experience with this company is threating and illegal. You can't mess up people's credit and deny all responsibility, and force them to lie. I'm not the only person who has had a horrible experience with this company. I have the date the credit was pulled again, and it's listed as a HARD inquiry, no matter how hard this company's owner tries to deny it. It's simple, you want a good review, you provide excellent customer service. Why would I be making up the fact that my credit score took a hit, Optimum did this, when they weren't authorized to do so. I have my email from the new "Madi" loan officer. She told me that she would be using the paperwork/credit report info from the previous loan officer (who somehow just vanished into thin air) when I asked if she'd be running my credit again, she said no, yet they did that the SAME DAY (even though I DID NOT tell her I wanted to continue working with her). Robert told me it was due to human error in the begin of his many texts, then tried to blame it on me. Avoid this company at all costs. I will not be bullied into removing my review. Until there is a good faith effort to correct their obvious mistake this honest and horrible experience will stay. I have no problem leaving a good review, when it's warranted. I do not leave fake reviews, and will not be pressured into leaving one here. Fannie Mae did not pull anything, this company's name shows up 2 time on my "inquires" list, because they did it 2 times. I also didn't get a loan with them, so why are they even continuing to have access to my information?
