Andy worked on multiple plumbing projects at my house at San Jose spanning several weeks. The projects scope span from mundane (e.g. replacing water and drain lines, replacing faucet cartridges, replacing shut off valves, installing water filters) to moderately complex. Andy designed and installed a back-flow/back-siphonage prevention valve in the main water line. He does high quality work. I had my PRV and main shutoff valve replaced. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Andy showed up the day after my call. He was on-time and very efficient[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. He didn't have the right part, so he had to go out and pick it up, but returned quickly. He arrived at 9:30am and was done by 11:00am. I don't usually write a review but I have to give a big shoutout to Andy for his work at my house. I had a major overflow in the toilet when running the washing machine. Andy was able to identify the source of problem and it was an old corroded cast iron check valve in the sewer line under the crawl space. I'm telling you, it's not easy working in that tight space and he did it!! He took it out and replaced it with a high quality PVC check valve that would never give us the same problem for life. Afterwards, he cleaned up and sanitized all the mess in the crawl space. He also completed my request to replace shutoff valve, pressure regulator and spigot in the front yard. Again, excellent work and with quality products. Andy is a very honest person and conscientious to provide high quality service and products at very reasonable cost. Andy helped repair my main water line pipe from outdoors leading to my indoor water heater. The pipe was an old galvanized pipe that was rusty and on the edge of busting any minute.
