Christian was timely, polite and very professional. He showed me where the reset button was and how to use a gadget that came with the disposal. I'm terrible at fixing small things and he sealed the toilet too because it had nothing since the last plumber used something that separated and it all came off. Daniel came out on the time he specified. Gave me a couple of options to clear a clogged kitchen drain. I liked that he put on booties before coming into house without asking. He was able to clear the drain in no time from the vent. He also helped to tighten a nut in the kitchen drain to stop a leak. I did not know the nut can be tighten more. Overall, very professional. Both Master Bedroom and Hallway Bath room toilets were not flushing and the Shower(s) were drains were making bubble noises and sewer dirty water was bubbling up both showers. Called SWAG on a Saturday morning. First, somebody (Jaime) answered the phone. That was a great start as in my opinion when you call these services, especially on a weekend nobody typically answers. He didn't have anyone available until Monday so I booked that but he said he might be able to swing by Saturday and take a look at it. Then on a hunch based on my description he might know what's wrong he had me send a few pictures of my heater. After my brother told me about his high (over 100 PSI) water pressure at his house I decided to check our water pressure with an old water pressure gauge I had. Connecting it to the hose bib near the water supply line my water pressure gauge read 120 PSI, way higher than the recommended 60 PSI for residential pressure. I previously had Swags handle a plumbing job and was very happy with not only the quality of the workmanship, but the friendly and competent plumber, Christian, who responded. Once again I called Swags and told Jaime that I needed a pressure regulator valve (PRV) because our water pressure was too high further explaining we didn't have a PRV. After texting pictures of the water supply line to Jaime so he could see the area where the work needed to be done, he quoted me a price and explained in detail the the work that would be required and the reason for the cost. I gave Jaime the 'go ahead'. Before Jaime came over, I asked if he could bring his water pressure gauge thinking mine may be inaccurate. Jaime brought two different gauges which read just slightly over 60 PSI, took pictures of the readings, and showed both of them to me. So at that point I realized the installation of a PRV wouldn't be necessary. I offered to pay Jaime for his time but he declined. I thanked him for his honesty and integrity. Finding trades people who have those qualities can be hit or miss. Jaime offered to drop by during the week to double check since he came on a weekend when more people were home, when water usage would typically be higher, as opposed to during a weekday, when more people would be away at work or school. Well deserved 5 star service!! I had an gas leak issue. Jaime answered my phone in a slow, clear speech. I am not a native speaker it's not easy to describe it 100% precise at once. Jaime showed great patience. On the other day Christian arrived on time. He performed very professional diagnostics systematically. He inspected all the connections near by and located the root cause. The post fixing inspection includes an pressure test through the entire gas pipes in the house: by injecting air at the meter and see if the pressure drops a tiny degree second. We recently had a great experience with SWAGS across the board! We had a leak in our walls going down into our crawlspace and SWAGS sent out a technician on the same day. Christian did a great job of assessing the problem, and making recommendations on our various options. Since the leak happened on a shower we were still under warranty for, he gave us a quote for their repair but also recommended we get it serviced by our contractor under the warranty and provided the details we should give them to identify and address the problem as easily as possible. Daniel at SWAGS positively rocked it! Long story short: we have a break in our drain line where it meets the city's line in the street. So every 5 to 8 years or so, we have to get it cleaned out. Daniel came, he saw, and he conquered. The pictures: this is the sink in the garage that the clothes washer drains into. When the outside line is getting clogged, the water comes up to the top of the sink, and if it gets bad enough, overflows it. I did this twice to make sure, but you can see it only ever gets up to about half way. Quite literally, it hasn't been this good in years. Thanks Daniel! And thank you, SWAGS! read more

I had a cast iron laundry drain pipe get clogged with material and leak into the wall and ceiling below. As it had been a while since I had ever needed a plumber, I searched around and called SWAGS based on their Yelp reviews. I'll be honest, some contractors don't live up to their reviews. But they are the real deal. Jaime and Daniel came out same-day and got to work, taking extra steps to ensure that they had correctly identified the problem. They also recommended a restoration company to do the needed teardown, drying, and treatment, who also came right away and started work. Within a few days Daniel and his assistant came back with the needed parts and efficiently replaced about 6' of complicated drain pipe which was angled better, and added a new cleanout to help address future problems. They arranged for a permit inspection, which is forthcoming, before I seal up the wall etc. I don't think these are the cheapest guys in town, but I'm very happy with their resposiveness, their concern for me as a customer, and with their skill in putting in a good solution. read more

I called Jaime to get a second opinion on a quote that i found to be too high for repairing a garbage disposal by another plumber. My spouse had agreed to a year "free quote" contract with this other plumber and i have not trusted them the few times they have come out to give free overpriced quotes. And we have yet to use their services they overprice quote us for. I had used SWAGs to fix a problem this other plumber wouldn't about a few months ago. Daniel Lawrence did a great job clearing my sink drain at that time and left a good impression So Jaime walked me through the garbage disposal issue on the phone. I had used my handtool to jiggle the motor but apparently hadn't used it forcefully enough. Once I did that and loosened the blades I fixed my own problem. Garbage disposal miraculously works and does not need to be replaced. This saved me the hassle of working with the first plumber that wanted to replace the disposal and clear the drain lines for lots of money. Now i have very valid reason to distrust the other plumber. And give all my business to SWAGs. And it cost me $0. SWAGs just earned my trust and loyalty for future plumbing issues. read more
