This review is long overdue. It was Christmas Eve 2024 and we were so excited to have dinner here as read so many reviews. First thing was how PRETENTIOUS this place was. Hostess asked if we had a reservation ( lotsof empty tables by the way). we were seated and first thing is a pretentious waiter who wants to UPSELL us on Everything from bottled water to drinks etc. my partner ordered a proseco - not difficult. I also told him that my partner had a "garlic Allergy" he's like oh yeah.....and all he did was talk about HOW great he was and we would give him a 10 before the night was over! i said to him why dont you focus on us and our dinner first. Our appetizer came with a sauce - i asked is this garlic free? he said "I dont know" - i was like we just told you? I made a stink and the "owner came over and was like i'm going to rip him a new one! WOW! not professional. The owner was alos entertaining his own family at theh next table so of Course their SERVICE was superb!!!!!!!!!!!! anyway, my steak was not a $78 steak with fat and tendons etc - horrible! NOthing of the meal was worth $400 except the wine! The only people i see going here are those that have Money to burn and dont care and are as pretentious as the owner and staff! I read someone's review below about being kicked out of the bar because Owner Cousin was sitting there - perhaps Tom should go back to "hospitality " School! Oh wait, he never went - again, never going back and good luck to those who go. BRING lots of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ and be sure you drive the right car. I think the place is beautiful, our waiter was very nice but I don't love the food for the price. I've been to this location so many times over the years & I feel they always fall short, food is definitely good but the portions are always very small, they either have side dishes or no side dishes & they fail to inform you of portion size so you end up ordering too little. I'm a foodie & don't mind spending but definitely have had same quality food or better for a lot less money. read more

(really good) fresh milk bread with rich dairy butter, homemade potato chips with scratch onion dip and caviar, wagon wheel pasta cacio peppe with shaved black truffle, thick cut bacon braised in Florida beer (think bbq flavor explosion), the farm fresh tasting corn pudding, the steaks, the service! We had an amazing time at Daniel's for a girls group birthday dinner. The food was outstanding, and we had an absolute blast. Our server, Walter, was fantastic--he went above and beyond by guiding us through the specials and menu, and we never had to wait for anything. When one main dish arrived incorrectly, a quick mention was all it took, and it was promptly replaced without any hassle. I had the pleasure of dining at Daniel's Steakhouse last night and Tom Angelo and his team have truly outdone themselves. I wasn't surprised but I was thoroughly impressed. Every dish was exceptional, the service was flawless and the space is absolutely stunning. We also had the chance to get a private tour of their new high-end sports bar which is set to open on Super Bowl Sunday. Look forward to checking it out soon. Customer service is amazing. It was raining when we got there. Valet gave us umbrellas so we were covered. Our server was Eric and he was amazing. Everything came out promptly but spaced out enough we could enjoy everything. Steak was incredible. Corn pudding is a must for the side. Caviar appetizer was delicious. Key lime pie to end. We arrived at opening, 5:00pm and were warmly welcomed and seated. Joe was our assigned server/waiter and he was the pinnacle of exerience. It was obvious he has been in this business a long time. I did not catch his assistant's name, but she was on it with refilling drinks and assisting. Funny enough, of our party of four, I was the only one that cannot eat seafood or meat. I thoroughly enjoyed the side dishes. The other three in our party raved at the oyster and the short rib appetizers, as well as their steaks for the main meal. If there was a downside, for the twice baked potato it was a bit salty. By 6:30, Daniel's was a happening place, all tables filled, plenty of people around the bar, which created a festive atmosphere. Their is little space between the bar patrons and the tables, but we were still able to carry on pleasant conversation at our table. The bar area does make it crowded for either making your way to the restroom or even exiting the restaurant, but the ones around the bar realize that and quickly made space for us to get by. read more

Pretty good experience, not excellent due to rude owner. Valet parking which is always a plus for me. My husband and I walked in, checked in early and sat at the bar. Mind you, there are way, way too many tables for the space & they are WAY too close to the bar. We chose the corner seats. My husband is on the end so he turns the chair in order to face me. Turns out he didn't realize he was blocking a back area with bottles where servers needed to get in and out of. He asked my husband to move, which is fine, but his tone was so rude. That's not how you treat customers. Your restaurant is so overcrowded it looks like a fire hazard and you're going to be rude to someone in the way? Really pissed me off. Drinks were good. Food was a-may-zing!!! Luckily we were a party of eight so we sat in a little back room, not the main dining room. Food & drinks & service amazing, but overcrowded due to everything (tables, bar, check -in) being too tightly packed in. Owner: very rude. Needs to learn not to bite the hand that feeds him. This restaurant is a one and done for me. The manager was not attentive. Never once came over during the whole meal. The lobster bisque was lukewarm at best and the amount of bisque was small. I could not get the waiter's attention to advise of the problem. I also find it funny they charge 8 dollars for bread. The waiter kept forgetting to bring drinks. The one good thing was the steaks and appetizers were good. A very disappointing dining experience. For these prices I can get better service and food at a different steakhouse. read more
