After waiting quite some time to finally visit Daniel's Steakhouse in Coral Gables, I can confidently say it was worth every bit of the anticipation. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere set the perfect tone for the evening spacious and quiet enough for real conversation, with lighting that is absolutely on point. The Experience Our server, Logan, was exceptional. His recommendations were spot-on, and his attention to detail made us feel truly taken care of throughout the night. It is rare to find service that is this professional yet genuinely warm. The Food Everything we tasted was outstanding, cementing its place as one of the best steakhouses in Miami. We started with the sourdough bread and the tuna tartare which had a perfect spicy touch that woke up the palate. For the main event, the Tomahawk 23oz (perfect for a couple) was a revelation. It was cooked to perfection incredibly juicy with a smoky, slightly crispy exterior. The combination of the volcano salt and their signature tomato sauce on the side elevated the flavor to another level. The sides did not disappoint, either: Lobster Mac and Cheese: Hands down the best I've ever had. Baked Potato: Soft, cheesy, and the ultimate comfort food. Salad: Fresh and a nice accompaniment, though the steak and sides are the true stars. The Grand Finale We ended the night with the chocolate cake. It was rich, delicious, and so massive that we were able to enjoy it the next day (and honestly, the flavor was even better the morning after!). My husband and I enjoyed every single bite. If you are looking for a high-end dining experience in Coral Gables that delivers on both flavor and ambiance, Daniel's is the place to be. We will definitely be back!

Had a great experience at Daniel's! Weekend reservations are hard to come by without much notice but we snagged a reservation for 8:30pm. The restaurant was busy and does not leave much room for privacy with seating. We were seated promptly upon arrival and the server quickly came to the table. We were provide with options and they displayed the cuts of steak they had. We opted for caviar and chips, truffle mashed potatoes, and 8 oz filet. As for drinks the passion star martini was delicious! Perfectly Balanced, not too sweet or tart. Our server and wait staff remained attentive and were always available or checking in. As for the steak, we both ordered medium but mine came out looking completely different and once I reached center, it was rare. I opted not to send back since I had plenty for leftovers but not sure the disconnect there. Otherwise, everything was great! It's a bit crowded and very busy on weekend but overall, great addition to Fort Lauderdale!

A+++++. Lets just say, I went on a Friday night, and returned that same Sunday! Incredible experience, food was superb, service was top tier, from the bar or table, phenomenal, and the ambiance was uplifting, not your typical steakhouse, good music and vibrant. Highly recommend the wagu trio experience. Will return! Recommend making a reservation ahead. It gets busy!

Over the last 20 years I have been regularly underwhelmed by the food scene in Fort Lauderdale. I have found most restaurants here to be sub par at best. Frequently I found myself having to travel to Miami or Palm Beach for what I would consider a decent meal. Understandably when I heard about this new hottest restaurant I was skeptical. However I was completely blown away. Easily, the best meal I have ever had in Fort Lauderdale. I would even go as far as to say it would be in my top 10, possibly even top 5. A list which includes many of the famous steakhouses from LA to Las Vegas to NYC, Daniel's leaves nothing to be desired.

5+ stars!!! 1st class dining in every aspect. Service is top notch. A whole team will serve your table. From the captain to servers and bussers, everyone is respectful, helpful, and polite. The food was delicious. We started with steak tartar and crab cake. The crab cake was all crab and the accompanying sauces (including a Meyer lemon sauce) made it different than the many crab cakes I have had in Maryland. We shared a porterhouse, which was plenty for two with enough to take home. The meat was well seasoned and cooked perfectly. We ordered the corn pudding which was decadent. It's like the sweetest, richest creamed corn you will ever eat. Dessert was an excellent key lime pie. The staff recognized Husband's birthday with a card. Two managers stopped by at different times to check in. Tables are close and the place is noisy, so not the place for a quiet date. Overall, Daniel's is a well oiled machine that provides fine dining that until now, I had yet to see in Broward county. Yes, it's pricey, but great for a special occasion.

This place is beyond amazing! The quality of the food is top notch, definitely worth every penny! I came with my husband to celebrate his birthday and he was welcomed with a birthday card-- a detail I've never seen before at any other restaurant! We tried the wagyu meatball, the wagyu and pearls and the crab cake (made from really blue crab) from the appetizers and they were all mouth watering but the favorite was the wagyu and pearls tartare which included caviar. From the entrees we ordered the FLORIDA ARROWHEAD DELMONICO 140Z (melts in your mouth, so delicious!) and Wagyu DENVER STEAK 80z --so good! The double baked potato is like nothing I have ever had, so delicious and so different-- no words to describe it. Highly recommend this place for any special occasion!!!

I've eaten at the newest location in miami and figured it was time to try the OG. What can I say it surpassed the miami location in every aspect except the vibe !!! Our service was exceptional, from the sommelier to the bus staff and of course our waiter. We shared all of the appetizers and side along with the special steak of the day a 45oz tomahawk !! If you're looking for a good steakhouse in miami or Fort Lauderdale, although a bit pricey you definitely get your moneys worth !!

It's been a minute since I've written a review, but my experience was phenomenal, so I had to. Had an early dinner this last Sunday. The restaurant was getting busy, we got sat at a really nice table in the middle of the restaurant with a nice view of the open kitchen and the restaurant in its entirety. The valet and staff were super friendly and welcoming. The experience was superb from start to finish. We cleaned our plates-- literally ate everything off the plates. The only thing we didn't eat was the endive garnish and the steak sauce. Food: ** Chicken and caviar - Thank you for accommodating the request (it was not on the menu) - simply outstanding. ** Truffle cacio e pepe- perfectly cooked, just delicious. ** FL NY strip - Wowzers, the crust, rub, and temp was spot on, beautifully cooked. ** Creamed spinach- so good I can't get over it. I'm normally not a fan of creamed spinach, but this was a legit perfect POT OF GOLD. ** Twice-baked potato - had a beautiful crusty potato like a muffin top on the outside and creamy inside. ** Key lime lemon tart - amazing, perfect ratio of graham cracker(lots of it) and filling. Service: The service was top-notch, servers went above and beyond. It was not overbearing or annoying. We did not feel rushed; it was well-paced and on point. Shout out and kudos to our servers-- Geoffrey and Karl, you guys were stellar!! My only complaint would be that the tables are small-- I wish they were bigger. Even for 2 people (we eat for 4 people), playing Tetris with dishes on the table was challenging. Just brilliant and such an incredible experience. I'd put it up there with Surf Club and Hollywood Prime. I will be back soon. Thanks again!

Came here for a birthday and had probably the best meal i've had this year! Everything from the service to the decorations were great. I highly recommend the bao puns as an appetizer. At the time they had a flight of three steaks as a special that I had and it was incredible!!! Their pasta is also amazing! I honestly can't say a single bad thing about this place. If you're considering going do it!

We had a great steak dinner here with family. The service was top notch. Drinks at the bar, while waiting for our table were just what we needed. Everyone loved their meal. Definitely going back. Be aware it's valet parking only.

The place was packed! Service was amazing and the Passion Star cocktail was SO GOOD! I wasn't able to include the Caesar Salad in the picture but the dressing was 10/10. Overall great experience aside from the Truffle Cacio e Pepe pasta which I would suggest skipping as it was very dry and didn't have much flavor. Aside from that everything was delicious and I highly recommend getting the Crab Cake...wow!

A Michelin rated restaurant that deserves a star!! Parking: this venue is in a quasi residential area so there is really only valet parking available. Valet folks were nice and it was not too pricey! Drinks: LARGE selection of wines and spirits...from the very affordable to very expensive!! We some of their specialty cocktails! Food: I generally don't love Michelin restaurants but this one was really amazing. Great portion sizes and delicious flavor! We had the grilled branzino, brisket bao buns, lamb chops, twice baked potato, broccolini and Mac and Cheese! Check out the pics! Everything was great!! Service: very good. Coincidentally, we were served by a guy named Daniel! Atmosphere/vibe: it is not a large venue so it feels very intimate. It was packed. The bar is pressed right up against where you meet the hostess so that is a little awkward. Age group: all ages but no very young kids Bathroom: pretty basic for such a nice establishment Return:yes!

Came here for a long-awaited celebration dinner. We made a reservation for four of us and we were led to our table right away. It was quite a small table given how many plates and glasses we each needed so it was pretty crowded and a bit limiting. The service was excellent, our server and everyone else that approached our table were extremely accommodating and friendly. Some people may feel that the level of service here might be a bit overbearing with the amount of people that continuously come to the table to check on you, I personally did not mind it. The food was delicious and there is no doubt about it, however, for the price you are paying, I would not say it is worth it. The best dishes were the twice baked potato side, the filet minion, and the chocolate hazelnut dessert cake (one of the best desserts I have ever had!). This is a great option if you are looking to really splurge and want an upscale dining experience, but I found it more to be a one-time luxury experience.

Looks like they offer dining room seating and something called federal highway seating. What's the difference and any suggestions?

There is a seating area at the front of the building adjacent to Federal Highway, its slightly more segregated from the seating area in the restaurant, I like it when we have a group of six, maybe 8 people. No real "view" unless maybe you like… Read more

The flavor packed into the carrots is amazing.. smoky, spicy, and maple! The sweet potatoes still in the skins, but soooo sweet without any need for added sugar. I wish that this place existed up in PA! We also grabbed a Mint Lemonade - which I didn't realize would be bottled by Naked Farmer - full flavor, no added ingredients. We also had to get something sweet. That chocolate chip cookie... WOWWW... the chocolate was layered in and the dough had a sweet crunch of brown sugar! It was my first time here, and I was impressed from the moment I walked in. The lighting was dim, the vibe was just right, and I instantly felt like I was among my people. As a vegetarian, it can sometimes be hard to find a healthy cafe where you actually have plenty of options. Even though the place is currently under renovation, it didn't take away from the atmosphere at all. While ordering my beet based juice (I think it was called "Something Stiletto"), I noticed a cozy sofa that felt like home, so I grabbed a seat while my partner placed the order. My drink was a fresh pressed blend of kale, beets, cucumber, carrot, banana, apple, and lemon!! All vegan and it was absolutely delicious and filling. The price was reasonable too, which made it even better. My partner ordered tea, and we noticed they offer a wide variety of food options, from a hot station to pre made sandwiches. One thing I didn't like, though, was seeing a staff member return food (like broccoli and macaroni and cheese) back into the serving area after it appeared to have been part of someone else's order. That didn't sit right with me. As a vegetarian, cross contamination is already something I'm mindful of and beyond that, it raises concerns about food safety and allergies. Because of that, I'll likely avoid that section in the future. That aside, we ended up staying longer than expected because the space was so comfortable. People were working on laptops, having lunch, and just doing their own thing. It had a really relaxed, welcoming energy. The place was clean and organized, and while the staff seemed busy (so I didn't really experience much direct service), it wasn't an issue. Overall, I'll definitely be back.
