We came across Catch & Cut by chance. The food is meh for the price. The calamari were good, the lobster was good, the steak was good, the service was good. Our waiter was a bit cheeky and off putting but the service was good. It was all good BUT for the prices they are charging - I expected a rival to Oxean Prime. This is definitely not that. If you want good food at high prices, then this is the place for you. We won't be back.

Wow wow wow, this place was amazing!! Dare I say, best restaurant on las olas!!! We ordered spicy tuna crispy rice - fire, the snow crab escargot - UNREAAAL, the fried chicken was INCREDIBLE - it was sooooo flavorful, like some of the best chicken I ever did have! Caesar salad was solid, apple crisp for dessert was delish! Also, the service was incredible, they were on top of it!!!!! The vibes were really nice at this place too - we went for an early dinner and it was perfect! Highly recommend.

This place has been on my list to try since they opened and I finally got the chance. I took my mom here for a pre Mother's Day dinner and it did not disappoint. The place is beautifully decorated, both inside and outside. They do have valet for I think $7, so don't stress yourself trying to get there early to find parking. Upon entry we were immediately greeted by the host, who was super nice may I add, and she confirmed that on my online reservation I requested a booth. She said the booths were all taken currently but that we could sit at the bar and wait for it which we did. We got there at 8pm and the place was pretty full (downstairs seating area). We sat at the bar. There were plenty of open seats so we sat and got helped right away. We both ordered a drink and they were both delicious. Not too long after getting our drinks, the host came and told us our table was ready and that it had a reserved placard on it and we could take our time heading over there which was very nice. Our booth was towards the back of the main dining floor which was nice. We could see the sushi making area and the kitchen and it felt a little more quaint back there. The booth was super big and comfy. As for food, we got the crispy rice, the hamachi crudo, the snow crab escargot, the ribeye with scallops added, and the lobster mac and cheese, and bread pudding. Everything was 10/10 amazing, except for the Mac and cheese which tasted a little funky. My favorite thing was the escargot. The crab was super delicious and buttery and it comes with a huge piece of fluffy toast that is legit drenched in butter and then sitting in more melted butter. It was heaven on earth. The hamachi was super fresh and light. The scallops that came with the steak were also super big and delicious. They were cooked and seasoned to perfection. We were ready to roll out of there after all the food, but our server insisted we try a dessert so we ordered her recommendation of the bread pudding and it did not disappoint. It was cooked to perfection and so ooey gooey good. Our server, I forgot her name but she looks like the doppleganger of Chanel west coast. She was the best ever! Such an amazing personality, super attentive. Can't rave about her enough. Actually the whole staff was a 10/10. We went upstairs after dinner to check out the upstairs and I'm very glad I chose to eat downstairs. Upstairs is hot and humid. The area that faces las olas is super tight and a little claustrophobic feeling and the lounge area seemed to be closed but looked like a vibe. I hope they have AC up there cause I don't think I could ever see myself enjoying somewhere in the Florida heat with no AC. All in all, the place blew me away. Can't wait to return.

Their opening tagline boasts the presence of Joe Stone Crab's head chef, who served there for 30 years. The ambiance is upscale, typical of a fancy restaurant with high prices and small portions. We began with the trio dip, which was decent, but the crab dip was disappointing. It was mostly tomatoes, and the chips were insufficient for the amount of dip. Next, I ordered the Las Olas roll but was unknowingly served the lobster roll, priced at $34. It was unremarkable and disappointing. I also tried one of their signature cocktails, which was quite enjoyable considering its $20 price tag.

We were very impressed with Catch & Cut. The atmosphere was clean, fresh and put out a good vibe. The service was excellent. Our waitress was super knowledgeable about the menu and very enthusiastic about sharing all of the menu options. The food and drinks were absolutely amazing. It left me wanting to return and try other menu options. Although there are many places to dine in Los Olas, I'd suggest Catch & Cut to be on the short list.

My wife and I came around brunch time and heard Great things about this place from a friend. I will said it met the expectations and exceeded it. Our serve was Russ, very nice and well versed on the menu. The signatures cocktails were fantastic. The appetizers and main entrees were great! This place has a nice vibe, you can dress it up or dress down (not too casual though) Highly recommend the tuna crispy rice as an app and the lobster and crab Benedict.

What a fantastic new brunch experience at Catch & Cut. From the moment we sat down on their beautiful rooftop overlooking Las Olas Blvd, it felt like one of those brunches that turns into an event rather than just a meal. Our server Jean--who previously worked at Joe's Stone Crab--was an absolute standout. His wit, personality, and attentive service really elevated the entire experience. It's rare to find service that's both professional and genuinely fun. The unlimited NV Perrier was easily my favorite part and absolutely worth every dollar. They also passed around appetizers throughout brunch, which kept things exciting and made the whole experience feel a little more special than your typical brunch setup. I ordered the steak and eggs and it was outstanding--perfectly cooked and full of flavor. Between the food, the service, and the rooftop views, this is definitely a brunch experience worth trying.

Phenomenal place. I had dinner here with friends, and the experience was excellent. It's an upscale spot with a lovely ambience. Our server--Haitian, I believe his name was Jean--was incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and delivered fantastic service. The house Old Fashioned was splendid. The sea bass was fresh and melted at the touch, and both the calamari and mushroom appetizers were great as well. This is the perfect place for a special occasion dinner or even a nice midday lunch. Highly recommend.

Catch & Cut is in my neighborhood so it's often our "go to" spot when we are in a quandary about where to eat. My preferred place to sit is upstairs and outside on the front balcony area as there is always a nice breeze and I like to see what is going on on Las Olas. While I have eaten in the main dining room several times, the tiled ceiling creates a high volume of noise so it's sometimes hard to have a conversation without yelling. They definitely pour a good drink here and the bartenders, no matter where you sit, are engaging and helpful. Know that the same menu is now served both upstairs and down so if you want a burger and don't see it on the menu, they usually will make it for you. Their steaks are always well prepared but I was surprised to see no "surf and turf" option on the menu. When my friend asked about it- he was told he could order a lobster to go with his steak so he did, but that was a full menu price so like adding another entree. They were also lightly deep fried lobster done popcorn style but you can also get it grilled. Additionally on the night I was there, the king crab market price was $179 so you should always ask. They also came grilled which was detracted from the fresh taste of the crab so the next time I will ask if they can steam them for me. All the sides are good and sometimes, we just order drinks and one of their seafood towers which fits the bill. There are a lot of steak houses in the area so I work Catch & Cut into the rotation for steak less than I just use it as a great place to meet up with friends for drinks and a light bite.

Happy hour with my fellow Yelpie Meri. Woot woot!

Catch & Cut has been on my list for some time now. Found a perfect excuse to check it out when I met up with my fellow Yelp Elite friend Meri S. We caught their happy hour on a Friday afternoon. Happy Hour is at the bar only Monday-Friday @ 4-6pm. Discounted prices for appetizers & wine. 25% off signature cocktails. Catch & Cut is located in the heart of Downtown Las Olas. Meri was waiting at the bar downstairs when I arrived. The downstairs dining room felt so formal, almost stuffy. We opted to head upstairs where it was more of a lounge and chill vibe. We sat at the Balcony Bar with an amazing view of Downtown Las Olas. Ana was our bartender at the Balcony Bar and she was just the CUTEST!!! She had the BEST personality. So much personality. Very bright and bubbly. Let me just tell you, she can sell you the whole menu and you probably wouldn't decline. Lol. This girl needs to be in SALES!!! This is everything we ordered: * Honeydew IT $12.75 * Promising Paradise $12.75 * Mini Tuna Tacos $15.00 * Grouper Ceviche $12.00 * Dip Trio $20.00 Everything was fabulous! Cocktails were on point. Appetizers were super fresh and tasty. Ambiance was so nice upstairs at the Balcony Bar. Service was stellar. Promising Paradise cocktail was what I ordered. Absolut Vodka shaken with house made lychee lemongrass cordial, Pierre Ferrand yuzu liquor & fresh lemon juice. So refreshing! Meri and I shared the appetizers and everything was really good. My favorite was the Mini Tuna Tacos, the cilantro aioli and mango salsa was so yummy! Happy hour prices are fair. Food & drink quality was there. You cannot beat the view upstairs at the Balcony Bar. Go see Ana and tell her how much we hyped her up! Good times. Would definitely come back!

Was really underwhelmed by this restaurant. Went for a birthday celebration. The place is beautiful and service was good, but the food really did not live up to expectations. For appetizers, we shared fried chicken, which was good. The tuna with crispy rice was served cold. We mention this to our server, but they did not bring a replacement. I ordered lobster which was tasteless. This order was replaced. Husband enjoyed his crab. With so many fine dining options in South Florida, not sure how soon I would give Catch and Cut another chance.

Went to Catch & Cut on a Tuesday night to celebrate a birthday. We were a party of 4 with reservations at 6:30pm. Upon arrival we were greeted and promptly seated. Service, food and ambiance were all good. I was pleasantly surprised by how smooth everything was from the service to the food. The staff was welcoming and attentive without being overbearing, and the atmosphere was relaxed. The snow crab escargot was my favorite. We also had the land and sea roll as a starter, that was just ok. For my entree I had the sea bass which was good. For the sides we had the lobster Mac and truffle fries. I do wish the portion sizes for the sides were bigger. To drink I tried the margarita cocktail wish I really enjoyed. Overall good experience.

Sherwin was awesome. Lobster escargot was amazing.

The night was blurry thanks to my love of whiskey but I remember I loved the lobster escargot and thats pretty much all I remember but my sister says I had fun and thats all that matters.

Our waitress was pleasant, attentive, and made us feel right at home, which always enhances the dining experience. Although we weren't extremely hungry, the menu had so many appealing options that we decided to sample a few items. We started with the Caribbean Tea shots, which were unique, refreshing, and surprisingly enjoyable. For drinks, we ordered a Malbec and a Peanut Butter Old Fashioned. Our first entrée was the Churrasco Frites, featuring marinated skirt steak topped with chimichurri and served with twister fries. The steak was cooked perfectly, tender and flavorful, but those fries were the true star of the dish. Still wanting more, we ordered the Garlic Parmesan Twice Cooked Wings. They were nicely prepared and satisfying, though I would have enjoyed a stronger garlic flavor. Not quite finished, we moved on to the Oaxaca Burger, an 8 ounce burger stacked with onion rings, bacon jam, house BBQ sauce, and Oaxaca cheese. This was one of the best burgers I've ever had, and possibly the best. The bun was toasted yet soft, the burger was seasoned perfectly, and it was cooked to a juicy medium temperature. Every bite was packed with flavor. Overall, everything we ordered was excellent, and the service and atmosphere made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and look forward to returning.

To their credit, the staff handled it very professionally and took it back without any issue, which I appreciated. The rest of the table had a much better experience with their meals. The steak and salads especially got good reviews from everyone and looked very well prepared. Even though my dish missed the mark, the service and atmosphere were solid enough that I'd still consider giving eTwic another try in the future. Sometimes one item just doesn't hit, and there were definitely enough positives about the restaurant to make me curious to come back and try something different next time. The little sign was so cute because every employee who walked by from the bus boys to the bartender wished us a happy anniversary. We started out with some cocktails. I had an Aperol Spritz , and my husband had an old-fashioned. He was super impressed with the huge selection of bourbons and whiskeys at the bar. Our server, Camila, told us about the "Sunday Steakboard" special where you could share a Porterhouse for $98. It also came with two salads. I wasn't really sure what a Porterhouse was, and Camila explained that it was a fillet and a strip steak all in one, but the bone is removed and it was served sliced. We decided to order that, and she said that we could change our salad choices because I did not want the Caesar, so I ordered a regular house salad. After we placed our orders; we were presented with some warm sourdough bread and artisan butters. The bread was yummy; but we wanted to save room for our meals. Next we were served the salads. They were fairly large and very fresh. The steak was definitely the star of the show though! It was sliced and seasoned to perfection! The filet pieces and the strip pieces were all delicious, they were super tender! We ordered the Fleming's potatoes, $19, to accompany our steak. Everything was so delicious; but of course we had to order a dessert for our anniversary. We decided on the chocolate lava cake, $19. It takes a little longer to prepare , but it's so worth it! It was rich, warm, and gooey; plus it was served with a big scoop of vanilla ice cream and some fresh berries. We enjoyed everything about Fleming's Prime Steakhouse. The decor is elegant and there are many booths for an intimate dining experience. The service team was impeccable and Camila anticipated our every need. It's kind of expensive to add to our regular restaurant rotation; but we noticed that they have a great weekday happy hour; so we plan to come back and check that out soon.
