The office has such a calming environment, which immediately put me at ease. Kiara was incredibly patient with me during X-rays, especially since I have a sensitive gag reflex. She was so kind and reassuring throughout. The front desk receptionist was also very welcoming and had a calming presence that really added to the overall atmosphere. Dr. Chen was professional, kind, and took the time to listen to all of my concerns. I really appreciated his conservative approach to dentistry--he thoroughly explained all potential treatment options without making me feel pressured. During my scaling, he was very mindful of my comfort, which made a big difference. Thank you to Dr. Chen and the entire team for such a great visit. I have lots of pain where over the years Ive brushed my gums away from my teeth leaving exposed tooth....owwy! She has put a patch oj many of these spots because they did not need a filling for a cavity. So no she just not just want to crown everything. I went in this week for pain. We had been monitoring a tooth with a big filling and sure enough the tip of the root was reacting and I could see it on the ex ray. She did tap my teeth with a tool. 2 teeth were fine, the one reacting was "uncomfortable" and the 4th one was a little sensitive. We decided to finally root canal this tooth. I clinch my hands together when im afraid of pain. I did NOT feel any pain and she gave me several injections and she reached down and touched my hands and said "relax!" I did. She has done 2 crowns and one root canal, and lots of patches over sensitive areas. This will now be another root canal and crown. I did not feel any pain through the process and im healing just fine. She does beautiful work and I never have to worry about her picking a bad enamel match or bulky crowns. She will do her best to keep you out of pain and make the work beautiful. Erica at the front and Melody chair side are friendly and kind. I recommend Dr. LEE.

Natalie, Erika, and the doctor are all very kind and welcoming they make you feel comfortable right away. Appointments are easy, you're not stuck waiting around, and they really take the time to make sure you're taken care of. You can tell they actually care about their patients, not just rushing. I finally found a dentist I trust. Highly recommend if you're looking for a place that's friendly, accommodating, and just makes the whole process easy. PS, thank you for not charging for the extra floss.

Beware! Extremely disappointed with the work done here for a crown…read more Initially when I had the temporarily crown put on, the bite was off and Dr. Desai shaved a significant portion off which caused my tooth to become extremely sensitive to a point where I cannot eat from one side of my mouth. Once the actual crown came, I should've known something was off when he spent a good amount of time shaving and adjusting the crown and opposing teeth. After the crown was put on, now both my crown and opposing teeth is extremely sensitive to temperature and I am experiencing pain from chewing. When I brought my concerns to Dr. Desai he stated everything looks fine and the pain should go away over time. I decided to go to another Dentist for a second opinion and his diagnosis was that the crown was oversized and it needs a replacement. He performed a series of bite test and he showed me which spots were higher than the others. Also you can visibly see that the crown was entirely flat on top due to all the shaving he performed on an oversized crown. Dr. Desai should have known that the measurements were wrong when the temporary cap did not fit. But instead of remeasuring the tooth and reordering the right sized crown, he decided that flatting the entire top side of the crown will do the trick. Initially his front desk staff was extremely responsive but after asking for a copy of the receipt and pictures of the x-rays, their response was are "extremely busy" and will try to email me the next morning. Next morning came, still no email.

Dr. Sam Sayegh did an amazing job on the three dental implants and crowns for my mom. She had many…read morecomplicated dental problems, and he carefully found the best treatment plan to give her the best possible results without putting her through unnecessary pain or procedures. He also helped save her money while still providing outstanding care. Even though he is young, his skills, professionalism, and attention to detail are truly impressive. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and takes pride in his work. He must have inherited every perfection from his father, Dr. Antoine -- the dedication, precision, and passion for excellent dental work truly show. The entire implant process was almost pain free with very minimal discomfort. The specially designed crowns gave her the best bite and her recovery was fast because of the excellent care and detailed follow-up from Dr. Sayegh. The staff are always kind, patient, and welcoming, and the office is beautiful, clean, and professional. We are extremely grateful for the care she received. There is truly no "missing puzzle piece" here -- everything was handled perfectly from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I was worried about social distancing but I totally didn't need to be! Dr. Lee was super nice and informative about the procedure, and even took time to reassure me when I was feeling a bit anxious about it. The dentist said I needed some dental work but not as much as this dentist told me I needed. The office was professional but the dentist continued to be pushy about getting dental work done as soon as possible. She told me about a dental credit care plan that I could charge my costs to. I will never return to this dentist office. I do not trust them at all.
