I ended up finding Dr Kassab based on a recommendation from other family members that have gone to him. He was very polite and knowledgeable. I ended up needing to get an implant which I was extremely nervous about because of all the horror stories I would see online. I finished up the process a few days ago and I have to say it was so easy! I was kept informed during the whole process of what the next steps were, he would even call to check in on me to make sure everything was healing properly. Unfortunately I had my braces done here and I felt like I was always quickly seen and like the brackets weren't properly fitted. When I got them removed was probably the worst part for me. The female technician who was supposed to take them off was late that day so I had the other technician take off my braces. She left so much glue residue on a good amount of my teeth and on most of my front teeth she damaged my enamels surface and I my teeth now feel like sand paper. After the removal I requested my teeth be looked at and cleaned because they didn't feel right and I had the other technician on a different day clean my teeth. She removed most of the glue residue still leaving a little on some teeth and did a basic cleaning not addressing my enamel damage. I was so fed up with this place I even had issues with my retainer and asked to get it fixed and they told me it's supposed to feel like that (painful) it was cutting into my gums.. I'm not a confrontational person and hate to bother people but I did on a few occasions here and was told to leave it that way or this is how it's supposed to be not feeling like I was heard. The staff really is personable and sweet but the quality of service doesn't match their personalities unfortunately. read more

I was sadly disappointed in the dentist Kassab and his staff! i went in because i lost a tooth! from the beginning, they were telling me that a partial which I originally asked for would not be good. It would be cheaply made, and I wouldn't be able to eat with it. The dentist and the assistant were in harmony, telling me how bad the partial would be and I would need a $6000 implant. I kept repeating myself that I couldn't afford an implant and for now I just want a partial as a woman. My whole self-confidence was lost. Yes we may be a little vain, but we're talking about teeth here and that dentist was so cold he spoke to me for five minutes and made up his mind that he doesn't want me as a patient. I can already tell I called for 2 1/2 months straight asking if my insurance was approved and I spoke to two different women Lina and I think Patty and they lied. I don't think they turned in at all. first she tells me that I was approved for root canal, then she says, no I was just approved for tooth cleaning! I asked about the root canal. She then says she doesn't see if it was approved yet, which leads me to believe they are unreliable irresponsible, and they just don't care about people. I will not be going back there, sadly I still haven't done my dental work yet! this dental office had me hanging for 2.5 months NO STARS! DISAPPOINTED BIG TIME!! read more

One of my tooth was hurting really bad it felt like it was infected.. So I called my regular dentist and they could not take me in as an emergency just to be fair I did call last minute when they were almost closed and they had orthodontist day the next day so there was no doctors. So I called my Aunt and she told me about Dr. Kassab he took me as an emergency.. Gave me antibiotic then 2 weeks later he took care of my tooth.
