I got my haircut at my usual barbershop, unfortunately my right sideburn was crooked, I went to Daniel's and explained I needed it fixed if possible, the barber at Daniel's did a great job and gave me a taper fade which was the only way to fix the sideburn, my sideburns not only looked perfect but the entire haircut looked better than the one I had earlier that day. Can't beat the prices, the amazing barbers and the clean welcoming shop! At other places my boys would squirm in the chair, not here! My boys felt comfortable and relaxed getting their haircuts and now only want to come here for them. Came into a very clean shop. This was my first visit. Igor seated me immediately. He asked me specifically how I wanted my haircut. He proceeded to cut my hair exactly as requested, using mostly scissors, carefully shaping my hair perfectly. I usually get a haircut once every 2 weeks to keep the same look going and I have a barber back home in NorCal that I am very loyal too and have been going to for years. I'm out here visiting family and I was due for a cut so I needed a place to go close by to where I was staying. I told Daniel what I wanted and he knew immediately that I wasn't from around here. He flawlessly executed the cut that I wanted, got 3+ hot towels and finally a straight razor line up under my neck/chin area without any bumps. I've been coming here for the past 2.5 years after having gone to someone for more than 20 and have found my new go to barbershop. The place is great - old world charm with traditional chairs with lots of space and nicely decorated. Igor and Daniel the two brothers are top shelf along with their team. Igor has been predominantly cutting my hair since I have been coming to the shop. Just tell him what you want and you won't be disappointed. Also throw in a shave/beard trim - its worth the extra - like a coffee at Starbucks go for it - highly recommended. You won't be disappointed - scissor cuts, buzz, fades etc., just tell them what you want - that's key. I've been shaving my head for 10 years, so I can't tell you about their haircuts. However, their shaves are TOP NOTCH. Daniel is my favorite. I've gone to about 20 different barbers at least, trying to find a good shave. He is the ONLY ONE I've found who can shave my head properly. All the others either leave fuzz, or take off a few layers of skin. His skill is unmatched. He leaves my face and head baby-butt smooth, not irritated at all. As one of the other reviews said, it's a cool place with an old barbershop feel, and all the guys are great. I can't recommend this place enough. Every shave I've gotten here has been better than the ones I've gotten at the Art of Shaving (1 at Roosevelt Field, 2 at their shops in the city) or any other shop I've tried. read more
