The sales representatives are not trained on the products that they are selling. I was sold an insurance policy that the sales representative, Stephanie, stated covered all loss, theft, and damage. After my ring was stolen and my claim was denied due to there not being a theft by forced entry, I went back to the store and spoke with Stephanie and she was still adamant that the policy covered all loss, theft, and damage until I informed her of the coverages as explained to me by the insurance provider and corporate office. Policies are mailed after you have purchase the insurance and not provided at the time of your purchase. Sales reps are misrepresenting the coverages of the policies. read more

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would! Upon going to Daniels i read the reviews and can see why they have such horrible reviews. In my experience there I stood waiting while they helped others they were already assisting but then when the counter had cleared the lady working just stood there, I was literally 5 ft from her and had no acknowledgment. She finally looked my way and said do you need something in a total unprofessional manner! My husband had purchased a new wedding ring for me and noticed damage to my ring and wanted to get it fixed, so with it in the box I showed them the ring. The gentleman then jumped in and wouldn't even let me speak claiming purchases online they have nothing to do with and they could not help me. Could not or just did want to? Come to find out my ring was actually purchased at Daniel Jewelry a private family owned business and not Daniels Jeweler which I am happy about because I would never want to support a business that treated people the way they were about to treat me. They looked at my ring like it didn't belong there and talked so condescending to me. I felt like I was in a scene of pretty women and in my life have NEVER been treated that way! As I left I said to them I realize why you have horrible reviews you are very rude! They then proceeded to say things back, again unprofessional! I then got a hold of Daniel Jewelry and had the most pleasant experience and dealt with people who were professional! If I could give negative stars I would went into the store today to get the value I spent for some earrings I bought awhile back because the quality on the diamonds had worn out drastically and upon trying to get same value for my earrings I was told I needed to buy another item 3 times the amount which I was not going to do because the quality on the product I had over the years worn out plus for similar earrings which were triple in price which I feel they should have honored the product they sale and exchanged them but of course that didn't happen so I had to go to there competition to buy the same earring for half the price plus they gave me a lifetime warranty which Daniels should have since diamonds are precious and stand behind the product they sale so in the moment after my purchase from other competitor I went to the store and left the worn out earrings with them since I would never get what I paid for from them and I have been a customer with them since 2013 they have lost a loyal customer for life bad business dealing with Daniels never again hopefully others will read and be advised about there warranty on your diamonds read more

I am going to give the three stars because of the rude customer service provided (by the woman) working their. Jose attended us and he was by far very nice, and he showed great customer service skills. However when I went to the jewerly store, the two woman saw my husband and I and just told us, "You can sit here and wait he will be out soon".I was amazed about how rude she was, and the lack of professionalism not only that she and another worker just sat there looking at "Snapchat". I know because I was over hearing their conversation and she was telling the other worker ,"Did you see my cousin's Snapchat story, She's going threw a break up." Not to mention that their was other customers waiting to be attended . I understand when work is slow look at your social media but do NOT treat others differently. However it was NOT slow and other customer's were complaining as well. They were just rude and I just dislike people with no manners . However Jose was very respectful kept it businesslike and helped my husband and I find the PERFECT ENGAGEMENT ring great job to Jose :) shame on the girls working there they lack professionalism :( MANAGEMENT needs to do some serious fixes many people are not happy with customer service ! Where do I begin. They are awful! Back in 2000 when we first tried using them we bought my husbands ring there. We told them my husband is in the military and that they needed to call me to make the payments. They said fine! So for 5months a woman calls the house saying she needs to talk to him about a private matter between her and my husband who is out to sea. I kept telling her,"I'm his wife,You can tell me." She said no that it was a personal matter between her and my husband. He called and asked why I hadn't paid the bill. I said I've called and tried but they said it wasn't due so I couldn't. They he said I called and they said you hadn't paid anything. I told him about the woman calling. All the calls were recorded. They called and told me they needed to look into it. So they investigated it,realized the woman was not trying to get a payment even when I said I could help. Then saw I did call several times to make payment arrangements. They wanted the whole payment in full. Lol fine! Now here we are with a new ring and payment plan. I told my husband they are NOT trustworthy.So today they called us at 8pm... my husband missed the call. We were NOT LATE in paying them. Not a day or week late! NOT LATE AT ALL! They call the other contact listed on the account if the payment was missed and they called them past 8pm! And NO the payment was not missed or even late! We both agreed to never do business with this company again. They treat their customers awful! Just like they did 17yrs ago. I can't believe nothing has changed! Who calls ppl at 8pm and past 8pm? This place is horrible. Got my wife a new ring and wanted to get some custom work done on it and so far it has taken 4 weeks. Had to have then redo it once already because it looked like they got it from a 25cent vending machine.
