My home warranty company referred me to this company today as a RUSH request as I do not have hot running water. I called to make an appointment. A lady answered the phone. First, she asked me where I lived, to which I replied. My location must have been too far because she promptly told me she was busy eating lunch and that she would call me back. Needless to say, she never did call back. So unprofessional. Don't call this company. I will be reporting them to the home warranty company as well. Don't think they care anyway. My home warranty company put a rush request in for a slab leak. 3 days later, with no running water, and they have not even contacted me though I have called, left vms, and spoke with someone once who promised to call me back. We had an appointment for Friday they called at 11:45 Thursday and said they would be here between 12-1:30 I said I had a appointment for Friday and said if I could not accommodate today's appointment they would have to reschedule to next week? They showed up and said that they do not work around dogs? I have 2 10 lbs dogs and I would of course kept them outside the tech got rude so we asked him to leave and then their office continues to text me trying to argue with me after I asked them not to contact me anymore they continued to send texts! Our water heater needs replacing so we called our home warrantee company, who had DANIELS plumbing come look at the job, take pictures and collect the deductible. He sent the photos etc in and thats the last we've heard of him. We have placed numerous calls to his business and the warranty company over the course of a week and Daniel has NEVER returned our calls. We would not recommend him. read more

Daniel's plumbing is a fraud and a con artist. Do not work with this guy. Sent by warranty company. My water heater broke. Daniel (black guy) came by, looked at my water heater for 3 seconds. Left and said that I would get a phone call back from his secretary. Hours later I get a call from the warranty company telling me that Daniel needs to replace my hoses. Warranty does not cover hoses- out of pocket would cost over $575 to replace 3 hoses. My original hoses are fine and in excellent working conditions, the hoses does not need to be replaced. But Daniel insisted that it does and I have replace them-$575. The same hoses at home depot or lowes will cost anywhere between $15-25 depending on what hose you buy. He's a bullshitter, a fraud, and a con man. Don't work with this guy. Karma will catch up with you! read more

He was sent out by the warranty company to evaluate the leak. He submitted his report to the company. I called the warranty company to receive the copy of his report and they sent him a request to email it to me. I also called his receptionist to request it. I have never received it. Also, I have been trying numerous times to speak with him to discuss the issue with the leak. His receptionist Blanca was informing me each time that she would let him know. She then abruptly was trying to end the call. He never responded to me. But he was happy to inform the warranty company that he was willing to do the work for $850, where I obtained 4 other independent quotes for $350-400. What a joke. I would definitely not choose this company if it wasn't forced upon me by the warranty company. Luckily I was able to have this work done by someone who was responsive, professional and not led by greed by quoting a completely unreasonable amount. read more

Blanca provided great costumer service over the phone. Daniel was really helpful and professional. My warranty company wouldn't cover my clear out service as my mainline was clogged. Daniel could have done things the expensive way but he gave me multiple options and quotes, gave me his personal opinion, and didnt push me at all. He also gave us pointers kn regular maintenancing and the "what not to do" and what products not to use in our toilets and drains. He is honest. read more

Within a half-hour Daniel fixed the issues in three separate bathrooms. After completing the work, Daniel explained each repair. Not only did he quickly assess the problem, but while on site contacted the warranty company and got approvals for work needed. Daniel was the 2nd plumber who came by to try and fix a clog that was extremely difficult to fix. 1st plumber said he could not and said that I might have to cut through walks and such. Needless to say I was concerned as I just moved in here but Daniel came in and with his knowledge and experienced fixed the issue in about 1/2 hour. My hot water heater went out during a holiday weekend. Daniel's Plumbing was sent out by the home warranty company. Daniel was polite and empathetic when he arrived. He quickly fixed the problem. Unfortunately, the hot water went out again after he had left. I left a message that evening asking him to come back out the following day. I did not receive a call back the next morning, so I followed up with another phone call. I was told by his assistant I would receive a call back within 5 minutes. I waited an hour, called again, and no answer. I finally called the home warranty company back and asked them to send out a different plumber. When the home warranty company reached out to Daniel's Plumbing to see what was going on, someone from the business told them they would not be able to respond out for several days. I never received a call from Daniels Plumbing with regards to this information. I was very frustrated with the lack of communication. read more

I was referred to Daniel's Plumbing through my home warranty company. On Saturday (9/11/20), I contacted them for an appointment on that upcoming Monday(9/14/20). The receptionist stated that she would call me back within 30 minutes. I waited a few hours and never heard back, so I called them a couple of times and didn't get an answer. Later that afternoon, I contacted my home warranty company and requested that they refer me to a different company, due to not hearing back from anyone and no one answering my calls. The representative from my home warranty company stated that they would attempt to contact them first. When they called, they were able to get an answer and they confirmed an appointment for Monday, 9-11am. I agreed to that appointment and made arrangements to accommodate my work schedule. However, on Monday morning at around 7:45am, I received a phone call from Daniel's plumbing stating that they were calling to schedule an appointment. Of course, I was confused because I thought I already had an appointment scheduled from 9-11am. I informed the receptionist of this information and she said well "can you do 10-12?". I asked would they be able to accommodate my time slot that was already scheduled and she hung up the phone. I then called back and informed the receptionist that I was still talking and why did she rudely hang up the phone. She replied, "It's too early for this attitude". I responded to her by letting her know that I simply asked one question and that question is, were they going to accommodate the time slot that was already scheduled? She replied, that it's only an hour later and it's not a big deal. She then said, you can call your warranty company, have a good day and hung up the phone. I then called my home warranty company and canceled the service call through Daniel's Plumbing. Unfortunately, I never got to use the service of this company due to the rudeness and unprofessionalism of the receptionist. I will never do business with any company that doesn't know how to talk with their potential customers. read more

At first he made these promises such as coming to repair on a fixed date and time, but each time he finds an excuse not to show. Daniel was really nice when I first met him. He proceeded to fix the issue with my hot water. After replacing a part this did not fix the problem. He then became very defensive as if he is bipolar and his attitude completely changed. He said I had a hot water flow restriction and he would charge $2500 to fix. He ran no tests or even looked at the waterline. Left me with more questions and was very unprofessional in his attitude toward me after he realized it was not a quick fix. When I called Old Republic Home Warranty for a broken water heater they referred us to Daniels Plumbing. Daniels Plumbing came thru for us not only once but twice on very short notice when we needed a water heater fixed in order to close escrow on schedule. If Dan says he'll take care of it, then that means he will take care of it. They do the best they can to schedule you in as soon as possible. My warranty company refereed Daniel to me because of a old water heater. Dainiel came at the designated time, and he was extremely friendly and personable. He quickly identified that there were more problems than just a old water heater, and those problems may not be covered under the warranty. Well, Daniel went to bat for me, and he got everything approved which needed to be done. When he did the repair, he was again very professional. Daniel brought his brother Marquis to help, and they were very careful and quick, and they even cleaned up after themselves. I am a firefighter, and while I was away on a two week deployment fighting one of the large brush fires in Northern California, my wife called and told me that one of our faucets was constantly leaking a good amount of water all day. She called Daniels Plumbing for his service, he came to our house promptly and settled our issue very quickly! According to my wife, he was extremely professional and caring. Had a water heater problem. And ORHP assigned Daniel to my case and he came out took some photos and didn't even really look at the water heater. Was nice upfront and then collected the $75 fee for some photos and said he needed to order parts which I understand. But what I am upset about is the fact that I didn't get any follow up calls after 4-5 days. I texted and called him and I was told I needed to called ORHP which I did and they said he was suppose to call them back and give the labor price. So I texted him what they told me and no answer and I even called and left a VM and nothing the next few days! Just got off the phone with ORHP and she said he had told her I needed to contact Rheem myself. How do you own a business and don't follow up with your customers Danie! This company is a scam! Just like other reviewers - Run as fast as you can if you're assigned to this company by your warranty company. He will collect your trade call fee and doesn't communicate at all with his customers! I didn't really think anything of it because I had a good experience with ORHP before with other claims. But I learned my lesson! We had an issue in our home that was covered by the home warranty company. They sent out Daniel. He came out, inspected the issue and took his $75 fee from us. He was polite and talked as if he was knowledgeable. He Promised to report to the warranty company and get back to us. Two passed and we hadn't heard from him. We called the insurance company and he had not contacted them. They called him and he promised to get back but never did. It is over a month now and our problem is not resolved. The insurance company has given up on Daniel and is sending someone else out. read more

Blanca was rude, not friendly just called and ask for the name on filed and said the time plumber was going to be there by, and hang up. No hello, or what company she is calling from. Plumber came by and ask my husband why is he looking for at his watch even though is none of his business, but my his and told him he received a text. After he comes I'm and looks at the clogged toilet and flushed it, and told my his and the diagnostic without doing other work. After he goes to the other problem about the leaking bath tub which is on the second floor but he only take a picture of a whole that we made because the dry wall seem different texture from the rest of the sealing. He gets his phone and take a picture. Tells my husband he will be back for the toilet after talking to the warranty department and also to look what's causing the leak on the tub which he never bother looking to begin with. We didn't hear from him since and put complete on the work order with the warranty company. Call the warranty company and explain what he did and told me the diagnostic he came up with just by looking without using any of his tools or getting his hands dirty and told them there was so many issues just by looking at a 1"inch ceiling hole. Really!!! They are scammers!!!! They are putting falsely claims to the warranty company so the customer doesn't get coverage and they get easy money for only 5 minute visit. I had a Home Warranty and this company was contacted to come out and service a water heater. I received a call from the Home Warranty Company stating they had tried to call me. I had no missed calls or messages from this company. I called them to find out if they had bad information. I spoke to Blanca. We had a leak in our sink and slow drain that was causing excess water on the bathroom counter. I didn't know where it was coming from but water was collecting and causing a mold and smell. My husband urged me to call our home warranty to see what was covered. We were able to schedule an appointment pretty quickly and Daniel came out to our home on time. He was very professional and polite. He corrected the problem fairly quickly and educated us along the way about clogged drains. Daniel wore a mask for Covid precautions which I appreciated because my husband is diabetic.
