The staff was very nice and friendly. So this review has nothing to do with the service. It's super hot in here and there is way too much fat in thier pastor meat. Also, I've had better flavored pastor meat meat literally everywhere I've eaten except here. You are better off getting from a taco stand. I threw away most of my plate because every bite had fat in it, soft and/or hard. These tortillas also don't look or taste like they are "hecha a mano" which means hand made. I could be wrong though because I don't eat hand made tortillas often. You can't serve your own drinks, so no refills, the rice and beans are ok. I did like the fact that they have a "salsa bar" but they only have two kinds of salsa, cucumbers, limes, radishes, and onion with cilantro. They have one bathroom which was very clean and smelled very nice. read more

Decadent delicioso Daniel's Tacos! This one of two locations eatery is located of Cahuenga Blvd and Collins Street just north of Burbank Blvd in the NoHo Green Village plaza along with Ari's Pet Grooming , Moby's Coffee & Tea, The Juice Parlor and more. They have a wide size shared parking lot in the cool little plaza and some good seating inside. The service is stellar and they do a lot of pickup/takeout and delivery. The flow was non-stop when we stopped in for a pre-outing meal. Daniel's has an extensive vegetarian menu which can be view online (all of which can be made vegan friendly sin queso, leche y huevos). When you step in you'll notice mostly a simple menu board with pics of all their popular items which was a little confusing for me since I knew they had so much more online. The guy who helped us was pretty awesome and even guided us to their small salsa bar on the right once we ordered. It was tacos for my friend Shaun and a savory burrito for me. The beverages are fresh como el come (like the eats). Your choice of fountain style drinks including iced tea (team this on a warm day), horchata, jamaica and their orange bang Agua Fresca, which Shaun enjoyed. It's booth style seating maintaining as well as some standard tables and chairs. It's very well kept up and run. A full menu on display even on the counter would be ideal, even if it was simply taped on top of the counter as I'm sure takeout menus would go fast here. Daniel's has combos, plates, bowls, tortas, sopes, mulitas and more. And D.Ts. keeps it simple with casual decor and friendly service. They're abiertos everyday from 9:00 AM - 11:00 PM, extended hours on Friday and Saturday until midnight. read more

I ordered a simple bean &cheese burrito. Afterwards i had an upset stomach for 12 hrs. I spoke to others who work near by and who have eaten their food. They claim they experienced the same symptoms after eating similar food items, therefore they now avoid Daniels for food, but might get a drink due to convenience. The taste wasnt bad. I can only wonder if the cook is touching uncooked meat and possibly preparing other food items at the same time without gloves or handwashing and cross contaminating meals? read more

My favorite meal at Daniel's Tacos is the 4 cabeza taco special with an horchata drink. The pictures of the tacos I believe would not do them justice, but the cabeza is very tender and tasty! Because of that, I have not tried the various other menu options. Fairly priced, fast and friendly service, and plenty of plaza parking. read more

We had Carne Asada mulitas, with avocado, Al Pastor tacos and a California burrito. Their quality of food is consistent and always cooked to perfection. I have the worst allergy in the world to tomatoes and they NEVER disappoint. No cross contamination because I will know. Never has been an issue here and this is another reason why we love Daniel's Tacos!!!!!!! You will not be disappointed! Driving back from Burbank I was craving Mexican food, and without using my trusty Yelp app I decided to go rogue and find a place on my own and landed on Daniel's which I already liked the place, because its my name :) Parking there is ample as this location is in a small strip mall. When you first walk in you are greeted with a menu board up above with a lot of delicious options. I asked the guy at the counter for a few recommendations which I found him to be super helpful and very patient. I ended up ordering the Chicken Bowl which I found to be AAAAAA MAZING! First off all the prices you can't beat.. nothing was really over $10, and the amount of food definitely filled me a guy who can eat a lot. The chicken was nicely seasoned mixed with the rice and fresh salsa. I will say it did take a bit longer than expected. The dining room was no frills, but I didn't expect much as the prices and the quality food compensated for the lack of decor. Daniels Tacos was highly recommended to me by a friend, so I made the trip over from Pasadena to find out what it is all about. On first appearances Daniels is one of those taco joints that doesnt stand out from crowd, but once we walked through the door, we were greeted by a friendly cashier who gave us a few recommendations for popular menu items. In addition to the popular items, he also recommended a few of his favorites which lead me to ordering the Pastor Mulita. I've never had a Mulita before and had no idea what I've been missing out on in life. It wasn't a normal tortilla, it was a bit thicker and made to order and was delivered to the table hot and fluffy. It was full of pastor with diced onions and cilantro and was absolutely cooked to perfection. My girlfriend went for the California Burrito with carne asada which was also very tasty. The red hot sauce had a great flavor but was spicy so try with caution! The green salsa tasted great as well and wasn't as en fuego , so that was my go to. Very grateful for my friends recommendation to try out Daniels Tacos and even though it is a drive, will definitely be making it back! read more

Taco Tuesday ! We love their taco Tuesday ! I got 3 pollo tacos, rice and beans, as well as the 2 for $1.99 churros. The tacos were delicious and the rice and beans were tasty as well. I think it looks better than it actually is. Other than that, it doesn't taste authentic. Just fast food. The chips were good but overly greasy and the cheese wasn't melted. Also, it wasn't the typical jack cheese. The beans and chicken were just meh, and although the guacamole was probably the most authentic item on the plate, I didn't like it. Not a bad little taco shop. A small salsa bar but very clean and comfortable. The carne asada tacos had a bit of gristle to them but it wasn't consistent so I'm going to give that a pass.
