Daniel's is a friendly Mom & Pop auto shop that does a bit of everything. It's not uncommon to find a few Good Ole Boys sitting in the waiting area talking shop. I've taken our Honda Civic and Jeep Wrangler there and received good work at a fair price. But as the proprietor started making fewer appearances over the last year the vibe and responsiveness seemed to change. Service periods became longer, and the work became shoddier. On my last visit I had the spark plug cables replaced on my Jeep. When I picked it up it immediately began to misfire, but since it was closing time on a Friday just before a holiday weekend, I had no choice but to drive it home. After less than a mile it began missing became so severe that feared I wasn't going to make it. When I was able to get another appointment a week later, I was told I needed to replace the spark plugs even though I had no indication of that before the cable replacement. When asking how the tech had missed the significant misfires during his test drive after installing the cables, I got more than a bit of attitude from the staff. Attempting to ascertain why a vehicle displayed more problems after a repairs than before was a reasonable question from a loyal customer, but their unwillingness to provide an answer ultimately led me to seek another auto shop. This was disappointing. Daniel's is conveniently located and my experiences there in previous years had been good. I still have neighbors who swear by this auto shop and my recent negative experience should not deter you from giving them a try. I've been coming here for years, and ever since Daniel left, the customer service and family-friendly atmosphere have completely disappeared. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude--she even mentioned her $10K rent as a reason for raising rates to $175 an hour. When I asked if they still honored the family or military discounts, no one could give me a straight answer. I was originally quoted $399.99 for a service, but the final bill came out to $1,500. When I asked for clarification, all I was told was that "that's the price for a basic brake job," yet no one could even explain what was supposedly needed over the phone. My husband recently had a very disappointing experience at this business. A woman who identified herself as the owner confronted him while he was prospecting in the area for ADT. He was simply doing his job, introducing security and safety solutions to local businesses. Instead of treating him with basic respect, the woman questioned why he was on the property and began lecturing him about crime in the area, which is exactly why he was there, to help. When he moved on to the next business within the same shopping center, she began driving around multiple times while recording him. When he tried to calmly address the situation, she jumped out of her car and began yelling at him. He felt as if she was profiling him and ended up calling the police. After reading other reviews, it seems this business has a pattern of unprofessional behavior. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when dealing with them. read more

DO NOT COME HERE GO TO YOUR DEALERSHIP! We brought in our car for an AC leak and a new battery. Brought it in on a Friday morning and didn't get the car back until Monday which is understandable as they are closed on weekends; only thing is, we had to call multiple times to figure out when they would take care of the car and it was one thing after the other. Get the car back just to find out they couldn't find the leak and replaced the battery. We were told to return in a few days as they put dye in to help find the leak. Returned and they found the leak without the dye because it was located in the grill of the car because of the air condenser which was VERY VISIBLE and should have been found either Friday morning when we dropped it off or even nearly ALL DAY Monday when returned before close. The screen on the radio is also no longer working and they tried to claim that it's from the "heat" when it is obviously not. On top of all the terrible service, Daniel was extremely rude, hard to work with, and kept interrupting me. He was not listening to what I was saying whatsoever and I hope you read this and go somewhere else because this is a big waste of time and money. read more

I spent an exorbitant amount of money at this place and my BRAND NEW engine is leaking fluid. My vehicle was towed (again) to this "shop" and I was told it was low on power steering fluid and no other problems. Upon calling back with my concerns I was yelled at by Angela and told that it didn't matter how much $$$ I'd spent to fix my vehicle, they were too busy to address my issues. I honestly couldn't get a word in the conversation with this woman. Angela DOES NOT give a shite! This has been ongoing since Halloween of 2024. It's now almost Christmas. I wouldn't bring a pair of roller skates into this shop for repair. Here's another pro tip: Replace the battery cover under the front passenger seat when you're finished so I don't have to, ( heard a noise and discovered my dogs tennis balls had fallen into it and we're rolling around ). Took my car in for a simple oil change, installation of a spring in the door hinge ( which I provided), installation of an electric antennae, re install the reverse lock out reverse Tee bar. Daniel, the owner proclaimed he has proficient staff to handle EVERYTHING about cars - foreign and domestic. I called him on Wednesday June 12th and discussed these items with Daniel. He informed that he had 2 cars to get completed before mine gets serviced. I said okay when do you want me to bring it in for service. He said Tuesday June 18th at 8 am. He never called me to update on what was happening. Tuesday...Wednesday....Thursday......Friday at 9 30am I called him and asked when I could up and get my car. He informed me that they have not started it yet. I questioned Daniel as to why not? He told me he was working on getting a Firebird out. I asked him where my car was? He told me - "OUTSIDE" Now, I have a 1978 Corvette all original with 82,000 miles. I have ALWAYS garaged here the whole life of the car. I installed a new 2024 interior into the car last month - all leather seats and door panels with corvette emblems stitched in. Over 6k for interior and all outside materials...... I said, What do you mean - that it has been sitting in the outside record temperature heat next to a dumpster? Daniel says, No we had it in - I asked so you at least got the oil changed and a simple spring installed. NOPE was his answer and I informed him I would be right down to get it and he said fine. I arrived to find my recently waxed car sitting out back next to a dumpster with a truck parked inches from my car. On top of that the WINDOWS were OPEN. I looked over to a vehicle outside sitting and it was a Firebird and a guy driving out a dirty golf cart and start to wash it. Summation: If anyone has a classic car to work on forget it unless you're a personal friend of his. Daniel talks a great game and he may very well be proficient yet he has zero idea of planning specific car jobs. In my opinion he should stick to cars made from 2000 to 2020 cars. Even going to the shop hours after the repair was supposed to be done, I had to wait for an extended amount of time. Never received an apology, let alone compensation. They lack skills in communication and professionalism. They discuss their Christian faith but fail to display the values. Very rude, Poor Customer service. Extremely honest and kind business. My kids and I attend the Jiu jitsu academy next door. My check engine light came on about a week ago. I was taking my kids to class and popped in and asked if they diagnose check engine codes. He (Daniel himself) said yes and grabbed his computer and went out to the truck and plugged it in. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR to Daniels. My daughter did and I'm sad for the treatment she received. Car towed in on a Monday morning early as Daniel said he will get an estimate soon. Tuesday, still no call! Wednesday, I called for her and he said he would get right back to me. Thursday, I called him, and he said give him a few hours. He finally called back and gave a quote of $3492.73. I said fix it. Work completed and my daughter picked up the car and said it keeps stalling when in idle. Daniel told her to bring it back and after 2 days with the car, Daniel told her it's ready that there wasn't anything wrong with the car. 1 hour later it stalled again, and Daniel told her to bring it back again. 3 days later, she was told the AC compressor was bad and it would cost her another $1700. I called Daniel and got a whole different person. Daniels just replace the AC hoses and condenser and now he wants us to pay for the job again. This was a gross misquote and Daniels claims NO responsibility. Daniel hung up on me when I asked the tough question. Now we have no choice but, to go in a new direction. read more

Don't waist your money here!! We came in to get our car fixed and after almost 2 weeks of having it we get a call and it's ready. We go and pick it up and we pay the hefty bill ($3,500). Assuming that the car is all fixed we take it and as we are sitting in idle the car bam it stalls. We call Daniels and explain what's going on and he tells us to bring it back in and they will check it out. A couple days later we get a call saying we found nothing wrong with it and so again we go back and grab our car. We go maybe 2 days of very partial use and you guessed it, it stalls again. So once again we call Daniels and we get nothing but disrespect and he says "well we don't have time for it until Thursday" considering it was Monday when we called. So Thursday finally comes and we bring it back. Friday we get a voicemail saying that he has answers and we call back no answer. Monday we call no answer. By Wednesday we get another voicemail by his wife saying that they have been trying to reach us. So we call back and talk to Daniel and he says we need another part fixed and it's going to be another $1,700 for a part that is max $200. So we hang up and go back to get our car.
