I am one to only leave reviews in select instances, and the OUSTANDING experience that I've had with Danny Keys definitely merits a review. I recently upgraded the front door of my home from a single to a double entry. While the new doors where very custom, oddly enough the hardware choices offered by our door company were only entry level. I began searching for higher end hardware to coincide with my new doors. I decided on Baldwin for their classic look & quality, but kept running into dead ends in trying to line up installation. Our door company wouldn't touch the install. I tried working with Studio 41 who could place the order for me, but they couldn't confirm what handle sets had the right specs to fit my door. They did have one good piece of advice for me though and that was to find a locksmith. I was nervous about finding a locksmith that had experience with high end door hardware. Most locksmiths that came up on my search didn't seem very reputable. Thankfully in doing a random google search for "Baldwin hardware locksmith," Danny Keys showed up in my search options. I was relieved to see that they sold Baldwin hardware & had a show room that I could visit. When I called into their office, I spoke with Sabika who was very helpful & professional. I explained my dilemma in needing help with finding a Baldwin handle set that would fit the specs of my doors. She eased my worries and explained that this is a service that Danny helps his customers with all the time. We set up an appointment for me to come in to discuss options. They are located just under an hour away from me, but it was more than worth the drive in finding an experienced professional that could provide this type and level of service for me. - At my appointment, I met with Danny & Joe. They welcomed me into their office & offered me bottled water. They have a beautiful office & were able to show me on a large screen several different handle set options that could fit my doors. I wanted to customize the interior door knobs & they worked with their Baldwin rep to ensure that we chose the right knob model to fit. - My new doors were to be installed a few months later. Unfortunately after the door install, several problems came up with our new doors that needed to be repaired and addressed by our door company. This delayed the install of our new handle sets by 3 months. All throughout that time, Sabika routinely followed up with me to check on the progress. I am used to always being the one to follow up with contractors, so her follow through & consistency really made a great impression with me. Once our door issues were rectified, I was finally able to schedule our hardware install. Both Danny & Joe arrived on time & the whole install was a breath of fresh air after the headaches we had previously experienced with our door company. Our new door hardware looks absolutely gorgeous on our doors & I couldn't be more pleased. They even found yet another flaw left unnoticed by our door company concerning the top locking pin that they were able to fix. Danny & Joe are both gentlemen, professionals, & excellent at what they do, no question about it. From the start of our project with them 5 months ago all the way through to completion, they have gone above and beyond in every aspect. If you're looking for a great locksmith, I just used Danny Keys 24/7 this morning. Charlie replaced my conventional door knob with a door knob that has a digital keypad and can also be accessed by a physical key. He was even able to make the new lock use the key from the old lock so I didn't need to have new keys made for multiple family members. The process took about 15 minutes and you can set up numerous access codes with restricted days and times - if that's something you need. Everything works through an app on your phone and it's a breeze. This is going to be great for all those times my son locks himself out of the house, the times that I travel and someone needs to come in and take care of my cats, etc. Danny Keys 24/7 also does things like digital garage door openers so you can track access on your phone, Ring doorbells, and Ring cameras as well as all the typical locksmith stuff Today's services were not inexpensive, but it was well worth it and Charlie even waived the $75 service fee. Plus I got a $100 gift card that is good through December 2030 to use for additional services. read more

Spoke to the owner Danny. He cares greatly about the business and understood from my view how this could be overly priced. He stood by his pricing, which I respect, and more so on his resolution of the dissatisfaction with a phone call, monetary compensation, and probably my future business. -------------------------- Things were great in the beginning. Nice lady answered, listened, and scheduled a few hours later for a visit. They even removed a travel charge of $55 because it was local. The tech came out, looked at the lock, fixed it in literally 10 minutes, the final charge was $388. I asked if it was quoted wrong because the mortise (did not replace handles on the patio door) was probably at tops $40 and I understood the $129 labor charge (although crazy for 10 minutes of work). He said that's what the company charges. Ridiculous. I love to use local businesses but this is a shame that some of us get ripped off like this. read more

I haven't written too many reviews in my life but after contacting Danny from Danny Key 247 I was compelled to write a review. I had just moved into a new home and wanted to change the locks. After making an appt with another locksmith, who didn't show for his scheduled appt, I called Danny. Danny was just about to leave for a couple days off. After I told him what happened with the other locksmith Danny said he would come to my house and help me within a couple hours. Danny drove to pick up the specific lock I wanted and then to my home. He installed a key pad, swapped a door lock knob and rekeyed my other locks in about an hour. Danny thoroughly explained what he was doing and how everything worked. I had a great experience when I walked into Dannykeys! I walked in just to have a few keys made. The staff were all super nice and happy to see me. Very welcoming! The girl at the front desk was so nice and helped me get my keys made. Then the young gentleman at the counter asked my why I was getting my keys made and I told him how I just moved u into the neighborhood and wanted to have extra keys. He then informed me that it might be a better idea to get get completely new keys made because you never know what previous tenants might have the same keys.., a thought that never crossed my mind. The nice young lady at the front desk helped me set up an appointment and the next day the same young technician was out to help me get new keys made. Thank you Danny Keys for the amazing service while changing my lock! I moved into a new house a week ago and didn't feel safe in my home like i should. I called Danny Keys and got an answer within only 2 seconds! The lady at the front desk was very polite and was very sympathetic when i told her about the safety situation i was in, she made me feel very good about how high quality the locks will be and let me tell you, she wasn't wrong. The arrival of the technician was very quick and made it to my house in 20 minute! He showed me how to use the lock and helped guide me through the easy steps to use my lock in different ways. Danny Keys was great! I've had Danny come out a few times for my properties and Danny came out on time each time and was very easy to coordinate with. He knew exactly what was wrong with the different locks by a very quick inspection. These were also commercial locks that are more complicated than the typical residential locks (push lock with scan key, connected deadbolt and latch). He was able to finish the repairs pretty quickly and let me know about how long it would take. He has always done a great job and offers excellent prices and he did all of this in the freezing cold. This Danny 24/7, INC guy is amazing.... Super professional and knows locks inside and out. I hope the federal reserve doesn't piss him off. This guy will show up at 11pm if requested. Danny, The owner, worked with our schedule, was early for the appointment, provided his expert knowledge about the various lock brands already in our house to help us make better decisions about resolving the situation.
