I can't say enough good things about Craig's Auto Upholstery. After years of going back and forth…read morewith Stoneridge Jeep and Jeep Cares trying to get my Jeep Grand Cherokee dash fixed--and getting absolutely nowhere--I was beyond frustrated and gave up. Jeep Cares knew about the Jeep Delaminating -X81 Warranty but has shown little concern--even after I explained that this is a serious safety issue, as it could prevent the airbags from deploying properly in the event of an accident. Definitely, they don't care and closed my case twice. I even reported it to 7 on Your Side but still nothing. They just referred me to the Bureau of Automotive Repairs. On top of that, I couldn't even find a shop willing to take on the job. Six years later... my driver seat torn so I found Craig's Auto Upholstery to repair the job and that came out awesome. Obviously, they saw my dashboard and advised me that they can also fix it. Craig's Auto Upholstery not only took it on, but absolutely exceeded my expectations. Victor was confident and went above and beyond--the original leather had become so hard and damaged that he had to create his own template from scratch. He carefully matched the vinyl and stitching so it looks just like the original, if not better. The process itself was no small job. An electrician had to remove the entire dashboard and then reconnect everything afterward, and it was all done seamlessly. The quality of the work is incredible--my dash looks amazing, like new again. You can tell they take pride in their craftsmanship and truly know what they're doing. And it only took Victor, Jorge and their Electrician a day and a half to complete the job making it seem like this was an easy project to them! After years of stress over this issue, it feels like such a relief to finally have it fixed the right way. If you've been struggling to find a shop that will actually take on a difficult job and do it right, this is the place. Highly recommend! Thank you Victor and Jorge! Your kindness and willing to help means a lot! Feels like I have a new Jeep now!

**Excellent Same-Day Dash Cam Installation**…read more I spoke with Raymond, and they were able to fit me in for service that same afternoon--even without an appointment. He took the time to explain the different dash cam products they carry. I was especially pleased to see they offer the Thinkware U3000 Pro, which is widely regarded as one of the best dash cams available. It also includes a three-year warranty, which says a lot about their focus on quality, reliability, and customer experience. I purchased the system along with a cabin camera. Their professional installation technicians had everything installed and ready to go in less than two hours. The wiring was exceptionally clean and completely hidden--you cannot see where any of the wires run. The technician also spent time walking me through the operation of the system, which I appreciated. My only suggestion would be to add a basic customer waiting area. It could also give customers more time to check out the impressive car-audio products they offer. It is great to support a local business that delivers real quality and value--something you do not always get when purchasing online.

There are many repair shops that are rated highly on Yelp. What made me decide to bring my car here…read morefor a repair was their customer service and lifetime warranty (without any of the regular disclosure or exception). While their price is not the cheapest, if you need to pay out of pocket, the workmanship is fabulous. They only use manufacturer suggested parts and fix the car to how it should be orginally. They are responsive, on time with the repair as they don't take in too many works all at the same time. They also take care of customers if customers need to pick up a rental by driving you directly to the car rental place, instead of you waiting for a pick up.

On top of that, his price was competitive (not the least expensive and not the most) and the workmanship and care was obvious. I would highly recommend their services to anyone. It works so well and I'm truly so happy as this has been a game changer in just the one day I've driven with it so far. It definitely bites into your wallet but the price was fair for Bay Area level.
